In this volume, Ms. Smith sends Kimihito and the girls on a short trip while she has his house repaired/remodeled, sending them to spend some time at a hot springs resort that just opened up -- not to relax, like they originally assume, but to do a job for her, trying out the hot springs amenities and writing up in-depth reviews.
The resort is currently being looked after by Yukio, a yuki-onna monster girl who is staying with the resort owner. Her cold demeanor is a little much for most customers, and the resort has been struggling because of this, with fewer and fewer customers willing to brave her icy gaze. Kimihito helps her learn how to smile, and he and the girls brainstorm ideas for how the resort can draw in more customers.
With the resort problem sorted, the main characters start exploring some nearby places. They go to a shrine, where they meet a nine-tailed fox girl who works there as a shrine maiden, and they go to a nearby farm, where they meet a minotaur (cow-woman), a pan (sheep-woman), and a pair of "vegetable lambs" (cotton-based plant monsters that resemble sheep). Each monster lady they encounter needs help with something -- from promoting patronage at a shrine to milking a minotaur -- and, true to form, Kimihito and his girls are generally happy to help out!
When it's finally time to return home, Kimihito, Suu, and Mero are apparently kidnapped straight off the street. Their kidnappers, as it turns out, are a newly established security detail, made up of a lizardman and an oni, who know that they're supposed to be protecting somebody but aren't completely certain of who that somebody is. After some awkward groping, flashing, mistaken identities, and some sexually charged slapstick, the group is rounded up by Ms. Smith, who explains why the security detail is here and who hired them.
I think this is the first time where a bunch of monster ladies were introduced where they're each already in a relationship (or end up in one by the end of their story segment), so none of them were actually interested in Kimihito. They already have cute human boyfriends, so they don't need him. I found it very refreshing. (Of course, that doesn't detract from the sexy shenanigans each new girl is featured in, LOL!) The volume ends with a funny short where all the new girls are relaxing at the hot springs and chatting to each other about their various boyfriends and situationships.
I actually really liked each of the new monster girls that were featured in this volume. I found them all very cute! My favorite was Yukio. I just can't say no to a gorgeous ice queen with a resting bitch face. 💙🧊❄️

Weiterhin liebe ich diese Reihe. Allerdings war dies der bisher schwächste Teil der Reihe für mich.
Wie immer ist der Manga in 4 Kurzgeschichten/Kapitel unterteilt. Die erste Story handelt von dem bereits am Ende des 6. Bandes angekündigtem Urlaub. Den verbringen sie in einem Onsen und man lernt dort ein neues Fabelwesen kennen. Die Story war gut und das neue Fabelwesen interessant.
Die zweite Story handelt dann von einem Schrein und einem Neunschwänzigen Fuchs. Die Story fand ich irgendwie total langweilig und das ist das erste mal, dass mir das bei dieser Reihe passiert. Die dritte Story gefiel mir dafür wieder sehr. Da kommen Kimihito, Zentrea und Papi auf einen Bauerhof und man lernt auch dort wieder neue Wesen kennen. Ich fand hier vor allem die Szenen mit Papi und den Hühnerküken einfach zum umfallen komisch. Die vierte Story war dann wieder nicht so meins. Auch hier lernt man zwei neue Charaktere kennen, allerdings gefielen die mir nicht sonderlich. Die Handlung war hier auch wieder sehr übertrieben. Aber grundsätzlich hat es mich trotzdem gut unterhalten.
Absolut nichts zu meckern, gab es wie immer, am Zeichenstil. Der ist einfach so toll und ich könnte stundenlang durch den Manga blättern und mir nur die Zeichnungen ansehen. Auch der Humor ist weiterhin voll und ganz auf meiner Wellenlänge.
Ich freue mich schon auf die nächsten Bände.

Classico Story arc dedicato alla visita di gruppo alle terme (imprescindibile per le storie di questo genere) e introduzione di una yukiko hime, creature del folklore nipponico che appare come una bellissima e nobile donna per attirare i poveri malcapitati nella grotta in cui vive per congelarli, che, nonostante sia una presenza tipica della pop colture e dei manga con "monster girls" sin dai tempi di dororon enma kun di Go Nagai, fino a questo momento non era comparsa nella serie.
Nel complesso un numero prevedibile ma molto divertente.

La principessa delle nevi è stata una sorpresa... E le terme sembrano un posto fantastico. E mi han fatto venir voglia di andare a immergermi da qualche parte. Quanto darei per fare un bagno al mare... Visto che da queste parti non ci sono molte terme!
La parte in fattoria... Divertente, anche perché devo ammettere che l'autore riesce a creare delle mostre che sono fantastiche.

I finally have something good to say about this volume; it's my last. The author(s?) of this series must be obsessed with boobs. Since the books score in the 4's, many readers must be as well. It isn't my cup of tea!

Off to the Onsen for some much needed rest! I love when they journey away from home and we get interactions with new extraspecies.
