This is a good study on Job. I used this as a supplement to our women's Bible study written by Lydia Brownback. Eric Ortlund takes a different stance on some aspects in the book than Lydia Brownback does, so it was interesting to see. In some of the controversial areas of Job, Ortlund addressed differing views, and even asked questions probing the reader to come to his/her own conclusions. I appreciated this, and thought it was helpful when encountering different viewpoints among the women with whom I was studying.
