Something Wyverian This Way Comes

Rate this book
Pryllan wishes she could bask in new motherhood, but disaster looms: a plague is attacking dragonkind. The normally indomitable Wyverian population is in danger. Even the wrath of the (bite first; ask second) Dragon Lord will not deter her in her quest to contact a certain husband and wife team.

Together they go in search of answers they may not want to find…

Something Wyverian This Way Comes is a light-hearted fantasy adventure story of unlikely friendships, acceptance, and determination as one unwavering dragon does everything she can to keep her family safe.

I have been a big fan of this series since I read the original trilogy which sent Steve and his wife, Sarah, through a portal to Lentari. This book brings back Steve and his wife as they deal with a crisis facing the dragons of Lentari. The dragons are losing the breath weapons, their ability to communicate telepathically with each other and ultimately their ability to fly. A fun read. 3 more novels, so far, for me to read along with a short story. Looking forward to revisiting the characters for more adventures.

What can I say; this book was fun as the all the rest. I really enjoy Lentari. All the characters are wonderful. Mr. Poole really brings Lentari to life. I can hardly wait for the next. Keep up the good work.

Once again another delightful story in this series. It is a light, fun, and funny fantasy with a dragon as the main character. What is not to love? I would have given it five stars but the editing was pretty bad, not bad enough to pull me out of the story as I was enjoying it but enough that I noticed each time.

Yet another brilliant book in the series!!!

I have literally just finished reading this book, and the only thing I can say is it is brilliant!

It was great to have both Steve and Sarah back in this installment of the series, I am looking forward to starting on the next book. Jeffrey Poole, you really are one of the best authors I have ever come across!

I would strongly recommend this book to anyone, either Child or adult, as the storyline is easy for any age group to read.

Love these books!

I know it's not popular in today's 'sophisticated' society, but I like the fact that Lentari books end -primarily- happily. If I want to see something that doesn't, there are all too many places I can look. I know some have objected to this, but if they want depressing fiction, they can read other books (maybe P.K.Dick?) and quit raining on my parade.
