I love the premise of this book. I firmly believe that for most of us, we must show up daily and grind to be successful. Even those at the top of their game and who seem to have the most talent in the world grind to get there (think Tiger Woods before his downfall). Where this book falls short for me is, it's mostly observations by an individual without much to back it up or illustrate the points. I would love to see more stories about people we know, or at least know of, and what they did to grind. (Michael Phelps, Andrea Agassi, Tom Brady, etc.) I would also love to see studies or research done on the topic. Is there any? What is the definition of grind? Is it the same for everyone? Does it vary by industry or person? How do I know what I am doing is considered "grinding"?

This is a good primer, but there is a lot more about "Grinding" to explore.
