Every curse has a beginning.

Every curse has an end.

But no curse is fulfilled without sacrifice.

Someone has been lying to Porschia Grant—someone she loves. And the secrets withheld might spell disaster for her and the world. Much like curses, lies can hurt. They can ruin everything.

When everything falls apart, is happily ever after even a possibility?

Hunger is deceitful.

RONE Award-winning author Casey Bond lives on a rural farm in West Virginia with her husband and their two beautiful daughters. She writes phoenixes – gloriously flawed and morally gray characters that fiercely rise from the ashes of their circumstances.

Worldbuilding is one of her favorite pastimes. She thinks thunderstorms are better than coffee and that watching a meteor shower is the closest thing to magic you might ever see. She’s a firm believer that every amazing book needs a world you want to wrap yourself in, a character you want to win, and a love you would fight for.

Casey is the author of When Wishes Bleed, Gravebriar, House of Eclipses, and Where Oceans Burn.

This is my favorite series from Casey L. Bond. It weaves in multiple genres to a gripping story of love, loss, magic, and so much more. I don't want to spoil the story but someone important to the MC dies in this book and it devastated me. I was pulling for this person. Despite glaring flaws, I needed this person to get a happily ever after. I am a hot mess and must pull myself together before I can move on the final book in the series.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wow!! Just WOW!!

I absolutely love the Frenzy Series!!
This series keeps you completly entranced by it...
When you read Fraud you will have more twist than you ever saw coming.. Just like the rest if the books in the series.. Casey Bond took the story the way it needed to go.. Yes it left me sad at the outcome of some of it but I loved the way the way everything transpired.. I shed a few tears for my favorite characters.. I want to desperately tell you more in my review but their is sdo much I could reveal and I don't want to spoil it for anyone... If you haven't even started the series grab Frenzy and dive in you won't regret it..

Wow

I did not see that happening. Tage just wow!! Saul redeemed himself totally in this. Seth was adorable and I hope we get to see something about him and his abilities that was cool. There are so many hidden meanings and things going on that it is hard to write this without spoilers. Ramon is bigger than what I thought and I'm glad he showed his true colors. Mercedes really matured and put others before her. Porschia is finally taking time for herself which I'm glad for she deserved it. Overall this was good ending and I hope we get a novella or something to let us know about Seth.

Casey Bond is an author I love. I will always come back to her for more. I didn't think the Frenzy series could get better but omg! What a way to end the series. The whole series is one that you could come back to time and time again and not get sick of it. A re-read for sure! I am happy to say this one will be sitting on my shelf. There are so many twists and turns and no-she-didn't's, times you may want to throw your kindle, and I can't help but love it all. This is quite a finish to this series.
If you love vampires and paranormal or are just looking for a story to immerse yourself in pick up The Frenzy series.

Omg this one was so tough to read! I was like Tage Tage Tage the whole book. I loved all the drama and secrets and then OMG towards the middle of the book I was in tears. It was just so emotional to read this book. And I love that the main character, Porche, was not an insta love type of character. We see her grieve and then find herself again. And the little boy OMG. This is a book I just wanted to read over and over.

Okayyyyyy so this series just totally flew off into some weird, magical never never land. Not. Cool.

I found the first few books really interesting and original. I could even forgive the way Porschia jumps back and forward between the 3 leading men really, really quickly. But this is just redic. I only gave it 3 stars due to the awesomeness of the previous books. Sad sad sad that the main theme was really lost by the end of this book.

Oh my gosh this series has gotten me more and more hooked I don't want it to end. Talk about plot twists and the being so enthralled in the book you don't want it to stop. I absolutely love Porschia Grant as a character she is absolutely determined in any situation she is brought into. I just love this read.

Holy plot twist.

I can't believe what happened to Porshia and everyone in this book. I'm not sure I would have handled it nearly as well. Another great read by Casey!

Heart breaking but still going strong

It was like the book had a genre switch in this one, but it was every bit as good as the others, if not better! Gotta read what’s next!!

This was my least favorite of the series. I did not like this turn at all. It just didn't fit. It seemed off somehow. Not enough was hinted at it to begin with. Yes, you can go back and pick out a few but those felt more like the author went back and added them as an afterthought.
After that twist was over, I won't spoil it, the book seemed to get back on track. I will just say that I am not a fan of magic for magics sake. You have to have it rooted in logic, have some sort of anchor to reality for me to enjoy it. Just having someone randomly wave their arm and a billion different things happen seems like a lazy plot to me. Especially if they had this power and never used it in the rest of the books.
But I did enjoy the ending. That make it worth it to me.

Just when I thought Casey Bond couldn’t possibly top her last book in the Frenzy Series, she goes and delivers one hell of a ride with Fraud, the fifth and final book in one of the best dystopian fiction series I’ve had the pleasure of reading this year.

In Fraud, we catch back up to Porchsia and the rest of friends we have been following and guessing at the outcomes of since ending Friction. Once again we find Porchsia in the thick of it all, chasing after Saul and Ford. With bloodthirsty Roman on her heels for murdering his Infected brother, Pierce and Mercedes desire to protect her sister, we are quickly thrust into the world of Blackwater settlement and the mystery of what is across the river from the settlement.

Without giving spoilers away, I will say Bond completely surprised me with this book with a turn of events I never saw coming. From the beginning of this series, I had a love/hate relationship with each of the characters set on Porchsia. Just as a fell in love with one, Bond would lead me astray. But what I didn’t expect was for Bond to completely change my opinion with this novel and make me fall in love with not one but two characters that couldn’t have been more right for Porchsia as she navigated her way through the nightmare she was thrust into.

Fraud is one finale book that you can’t step away from until you’ve turned the last page. Bond has a way of writing her stories to where you forget your commitments, your life, and plans until you’ve finished reading the entire book. She digs you deep into her world as if you were there fighting alongside these characters loving and hating along with them as they searched for answers. Although I am very sad to part ways with some of my favorite characters I’ve read this year, I am excited to see what Bond has in store for us next. If she managed to create this amazing series, I am sure what is to come will be even better! #oneclickFRENZYseries #worthit

If you have not read any of the Frenzy books by Casey L. Bond I highly recommend that you DO!

These are AMAZEBALLS! Just when I thought I had the plot figured out, BAM, Nope. Please do not read ahead in the series if you have not started them! It is highly frowned upon if you start in the middle! I was blown away by book one, Frenzy. I mean who writes books about Night walkers and the Infected in one book..Well besides Casey?

Casey freaking knocked my socks off with the turn and twist of events and how the characters developed throughout the series, esp this last book! I mean I did not even see this ending. To think that the cure was found, or is it a cure or a curse? What happens when Casey's Heroine goes out to try to save the rest of the world with this so called cure? She finds another intriguing creature/person/what the heck is she? You find out in this book! And boy will it knock you for a loop! Not only that, what does Tage have to do with all of this? Was the FRENZY his whole idea to begin with?? Wait, what?

Someone is a Fraud..is it Tage, Saul, Mercedes, Roman, Porschia, or Ford??

Casey L. Bond never disappoints with her books. Whenever I get a book of her's I immediately put down what I am reading(beta or ARC, yeah I am bad) and pick her's up and start and finish it the same day. I recommend these books to all paranormal and dystopian lovers out there!

This is the fifth book in the Frenzy series. I've been anxiously awaiting this one to see how everything comes together at the end!

We start right where we left off after Friction with Porschia running after Saul because she thinks he's in danger. What she doesn't know is how much her world is about to be turned upside down!

I would spend it with her. I would not leave. Not now that I’d found her. Not now that I loved her.

After things are drastically changed for Porschia and her friends they have to figure out how to go on and make the best of everything. Porschia has a very hard time with doing this but thankfully she has her friends and family.

I was angry earlier, and she was jealous. But this wasn’t over. I wasn’t going down without a fight.

I've had a hate/love relationship with Tage this whole series...and this is one of the first series I've read that my "team" has changed! I was totally Team Saul but Tage just worked his way in and I switched to Team Tage! That right there is a big kudos to Casey for making me love two characters!

The Frenzy series finale is one that definitely has a major twist that I wasn't expecting at all!! Can Porschia deal with the huge change in her life? Will she find her HEA? Or will she never be happy with the way her life turns out?

Casey Bond. I love this author. I love every word that comes out of her head. I love this series. I LOVE TAGE.
Fraud was excellent, more than excellent, it was amazing, incredible, outstanding! Fraud is a book 5 so don't read it unless you've read frenzy, frantic, frequency, and friction. You will be lost.
This series as a whole is fan-freakin-tactic and this is NOT my usual genre. I normally stay away from all things supernatural. But this author is fresh and fierce, so naturally I read anything with her name on it!

Fraud- This was a really great read for me because I loved that Delilah was spot lighted in this story! I loved the idea for her character and I loved seeing how she tormented the other characters! The story progression was just perfect. All my favorite characters came back with more of a statement and all personality in the past books have been reflected into this one.
Fraud features drama, love, friendship, enemies, evil, revenge, and loyalty. There were so many twists and turns I was pulling my hair out. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND ENDS A BOOK LIKE THAT?! Casey does. And I love her for that. Tage and the rest of the gang will stay with me forever!
Making me sad this story came to a close.. but I really really hope, some of these characters come back in up in the future!

Author Casey Bond turned me inside out with this book. Just when I thought I knew where the characters were heading, she threw in a twist that disentigrated my world. I consumed this book in hours as my desire for more enticed me to fly through the pages. Each new revealtion pushing me forward for just one more chapter.

My love for these characters flourished as their true colors came shining through during their most difficult decisions. The love and courage they showed is a testiment to the great character building the author has done. It felt like these characters were a part of me and I experienced every painful situation they were forced to endure. My heart shattered only to be mended lovingly back together by the brave and selfless characters. Wow, just wow!

"I'd finally found a reason to live, and even if it was only for the length of her lifetime, I would spend it with her."

I have loved this series from the beginning and book 5 was bittersweet for me. I wasn't ready to say goodbye to Porshia, Tage, Saul, Mercedes and even Roman (LOL), but I also know that there must always be an ending. The author did an excellent job and I look forward to seeing what journey she will take me on next.

I absolute adore the Frenzy Series, if you haven't read the first 4 books in the series go read them, you need to in order to understand Fraud. The first part of this book threw me way off balance and I'm a little put off about how it all went down when everyone was cured. I love all the different POVs we get to go into several characters minds and see things differently. Porschia had a rough road ahead of her, dealing with being healed, tragedy of losing a loved one and a really BIG twist that will change her life (again!). I've had a love/hate relationship with Saul but watching him care and grew into a great man really pushed me into just loving him. The ending has me questioning everything and hopefully we will get some answers.

OMGeeee

This book.... I thought I was gonna freak out. She specifically said in the note at the beginning, don't freak out... and I about freaked out.
Casey L. Bond I think you literally tried to give me a heart attack with this one!!
We picked right up where we left off, and we almost instantly find out the secrets Tage has been keeping. Heart attack place #1.
There are so many plot twists I can't even tell you more, because.... spoilers!
There is a different feel to this book, I think it's because there are a few time jumps. Casey didn't hold back the feels either, and I'm curious to see if there is a spin off in the works, because we are totally set up for one!!
Loved every word of this series!!
I wouldn't mind more my dear!

Oh Casey, why have you done this to me!?

This series is a favorite of mine and I always give it a five stars. However, due to certain things that happen within the story, I have to give it a four :'( I don't want to, but I seriously am so unhappy how this book turned out.

Mind you, if another book comes along and somehow rectifies the story, I most likely would come back and change this review.

I think, had the author not made Saul such a whinny, annoying character in the past books, I could feel for him more. But honestly, I just can't stand the guy :P

I really enjoyed this series. The first four books in this series are just as good as this one. The only thing I didn’t like is this is supposedly the end, but I still had a lot of questions. I am one of those readers that, by the time I am done, I want everything tied up in a pretty bow for me. I didn’t feel like I got that with this one. The story itself is well written and well flushed out. I could have kept reading forever and been a happy girl.

This series takes you on an intense journey with a cast of characters that you can't help but fall in love with and root for right until the bitter end! With twists and turns that take you to unexpected places this series is an epic adventure that culminates with Fraud. It is not your typical vampire series.

My selfish reason d6or giving a 4

Love this book. Love the series. While a bit slow at times, it definitely had action! It would have been a 5 if out ended the way I wanted it to but it was so unexpected. The while book is like a never ending surprise
