This is a late review but I found this book to be down to earth and enlightening about how I think of myself. It may be a little slow for some (only reason I gave 4 stars) but if you slow down and read really hear what's being said, you will gain a lot of insight to the authors thought process and learn many things about yourself that you may not have realized. You will be better for reading this book over and over again.
