Sheikh Chilli was a very poor man. He was poor because he was too lazy and did not want to work. He always used to dream about becoming rich. But, we all know, you cannot become rich, if you do not work hard. His story teaches us the importance of hard work and warns us against daydreaming. A funny instance of Sheikh Chilli’s folly is narrated here with the help of rich illustrations. Let us begin reading!

It's such a sweet little story about a man who is lazy and day-dreams. I've always been a fan of Sheikh Chilli and his short stories. The illustrations were really good.
An easy and light read. A perfect chai time book. Also a perfect something to go back to your childhood days an relive them again. The book leads you to simpler times and simple thought process as well.

This book just isn't what I thought it would be. The edition I got was def longer than this one, 150 pages I guess.. I thought it would be funny, was it? No. It was rather lame sometimes and probably not funny anywhere, read it at your own choice, lol
