Connor and Emma are undeniably attracted to each other. Is what they feel for one another enough to overcome the pain of their past especially when Emma’s past shows up in person and threatens their happily ever after?
I live in Pinellas County Florida with my husband and two adopted daughters. I have a B.A. degree in Art, a diploma in Missions from Maryland Bible College & Seminary and a TESL certificate. I spent two years in People's Republic of China teaching English. I enjoy reading, cross stitch and needlepoint, and making jewelry. I am working on a series of books called the Osprey Inlet Chronicles. I love living in Florida and still teach English occasionally.
Emma Jenkins was trying to put a post traumatic experience behind her and move on with her life. Moving to Osprey Inlet Florida seemed like a lifetime ago. Working at the local library has helped keep her busy.
Conner Gibson had his work cut out for him. Trying to make a go of running the town newspaper The Osprey Inlet Gazette and winning over the heart of the woman he was crazy about.
I love the characters in this book. They are all so much fun and Osprey Inlet seems like the ideal place to live. This book had some real excitement when Emma's painful past threatens her longed for happiness. I enjoyed reading this story and look forward to reading the next chapter in the Osprey Inlet Chronicles!
