This is no fairy tale.
Deacon cares about three things. Getting wasted, getting dirty, and getting his wet mouth between my trembling legs!
He's a Beast!
So what's a smart, curvy girl like me doing, quivering at his every touch?
I grew up in the fanciest part of Boston, only daughter to a rich and powerful man. I had everything money could buy, and I was lined up to marry a man just like my father.
The only problem?
Those rich guys had no heart, no passion, and their idea of love was having a piece of arm candy to show off to their business associates. They would never fulfill me, not in the way I craved.
Deacon isn't like that, he made that clear from the beginning. He might not be winning any popularity contests at the country club, but when danger comes my way, he has my back.
Um, my back, my front, my mouth, my lips, and every other part of me he wants! I'm his for the taking!
And my man has an appetite!
You've never seen a girl come as hard and as often as I do in Deacon's powerful, possessive hands.
I never claimed to be a princess. I'm a kind person, I have a good heart, but I have desires too. I lay awake at night and think about being taken by this man, of feeling the weight of his muscular body on mine, of getting wet to his touch and feeling him slide inside me, making me moan his name.
I didn't see this happening, it wasn't part of the plan, but I'm Deacon's now. And he's all mine.
Every throbbing, rigid inch of him.
Princess and the Beast is a four hundred page standalone with triggers, dominating love-making, detailed climaxes, and a Happy Ever After for the two lovers.

My expectations of this book weren't met. At all. I expected an epic love story between the Deacon and the Savannah. But that's not what I got. Instead I've read about an 18 year old girl who falls in love with a beast of a man at first sight. He wants her, but only for one night. After said night he leaves her heartbroken. But then Deacon can't resist her, he has to think about her all the time. So what does he do? He goes back to her. And then somehow he decides that he's in love with her. But there's danger ahead, so he want's to leave her for her safety. Savannah won't have it, because she has to keep him. Then they decide to go together, somewhere, doesn't matter where. But the trouble is near, and they have to safe her friend Olivia. So they meet up with these really, really dangerous people. All alone. Savannah has no experience in shooting and fighting. But on they go into the dark and hope for the best. They love each other so much, that there's no way this could go wrong. Then there's some shooting, a lot of dying, a bullet wound and a savior. Savannah and Deacon survive and they can save Savannah's friend. They decide to move on and up they went.

This whole story happens in 3 days. Yup you see right. 3DAYS. That's just epic. NOT.

I wanted to love Deacon. But I couldn't. First of all, I didn't get to know him well. 3 days of him is too little. There's so much more to him, I'm sure. But we'll never find out. I don't even know how old he is.
Then there's the issue of him being a man-whore. A big one. He sometimes doesn't even remember who he had in his bed. And that's not sexy at all. Bedding women was his hobby, his way to pass time.

Savannah was all right I guess.. A little too young perhaps, and a little bit naive. But I liked her nonetheless.

Another issue I've had was the many POV's. There were so many. I didn't really want to know about Olivia. Sometimes I've got the feeling that this book is related to other books. Because some stuff I didn't get. There's a brotherhood mentioned and Deacon had some friends and we read about them in their POV, but we didn't get to read about the beginning. So everyone just floated around in uncertainty. And there was this guy named Grand or so, and he got his own very story in this book. So we didn't read only about Savannah and Deacon, we read also all about Grand (or whatever his name is). His story was a little too much for my taste. Over the top. I mean really? When every instinct screams at you that you shouldn't do something then you just don't do it. I was really disgusted what he did with Ravenna. I hated her. And how can a pregnant woman live in a cabin up to 7 months without doctor appointments etc? That wasn't realistic at all.

The end was ok. We don't get to read an epilogue. Deacon and Savannah decide to start a new life in the mountains, near his friend Hunter. It was ok, but I would have loved to read about them in the future.

I have read every one of Chance's books to date and as usual he always provides and amazingly interesting and solid read! I have never been disappointed with any of his work yet. But this one I have to say is by far the "naughtiest" book he has written so far. And I n=mean that in a GOOD way! If you like your men, dirty talking, gritty, protective alphas that know how to make their women scream but also puts their women on a pedestal and also treats other women respectfully, then this is a MUST read! Although it can be read as a standalone, it's much better if you have read his other books. Some of the secondary characters in his previous books crossover into others. But not so much that you would be unable to follow the story-line. As usual the story-line flows very nicely and never once stalls out or falters. I can say that not once was I bored or side-tracked while reading Princess and the Beast. And Deacon, AKA, Beast, is most definitely swoon-worthy! What girl doesn't dream about a big muscular, tattoo covered, long haired Adonis that comes along and swoops you off of your feet and carries you to the bedroom, throws you on the bed and ravishes them? Well, that's not what Deacon does to Savannah but it's kinda the same idea! I can't go ruining the book for all you beautiful women out there now can I? Let's just say, that if you ladies like some heat-things-up sexy time...well you won't be disappointed in this one! Great job Chance, look forward to your next one!

Princess and the Beast is the newest title from Chance Carter's Bad Boys series. This book is about Deacon, a man who grew up on the rough side of Boston. He had a horrific childhood, including being raised in an abusive home. Life was never easy for Deacon (aka Beast) and he learned quickly that he would have to fight to survive. Deacon is fighter and good at it. In this story, he works as a bouncer at a club in Miami.

Savannah was raised in Boston, but unlike Deacon, she was raised in a wealth home. All isn't as it seemed though. While she had never known hunger or having to do without the necessities of life, she was raised in a home lacking love. The behavior of her father made her wary of wealth. She had watched, firsthand, how her own mother slipped away and die after being in a hopeless, loveless marriage.

On the surface, Deacon and Savannah are light years apart. He is a large man sporting tattoos and an appearance that would make the most sensible of men cause to use extreme caution. Savannah is a gentle, shy woman who is still trying to make her own life away from the influence of her father. Yet, when you look closer at them, they are both struggling with their pasts. They each have gone through a form of abuse as a child that has helped to shape them into the person they each have become.

Deacon works at a night club as a bouncer. When he sees Savannah arrive with her friend/room mate, Olivia, Deacon ushers the girls in. He is taken with Savannah, though sees her as a bit of a shy mouse. Savannah surprises both Deacon and herself when she finds the boldness to flirt with Deacon. Their relationship is super-nova hot and they have a wild 24 hours together before all hell breaks loose. Trouble comes when a man at the club, who has sadistic tastes when it comes to how he treats women, takes notice of Savannah and wants to take her as his own. Now, Deacon must fight to save Savannah and her friend, Olivia, from being the next victims of this man's cruelty.

I loved the story as well as the pace that it was told. I never felt that it was taking too long in one area or another. The story was very well written and held my attention from the first page. I hated having to set it down and couldn't wait to pick it back up again when my work was finished.

Intermittently through the story, we also are treated with a side story involving Grady. Grady is a member of the Brotherhood, whom we were introduced to in Chance Carter's earlier titles of this series. The Brotherhood are a group of men who have formed a “family” that is intensely loyal to each other and will use whatever means are necessary to right the wrongs that come at their family. Each of the Brothers are total bad ass. Yet, for how scary they may be to others, they are extremely protective and loving to their women.

Grady get involved with a woman at a bar who is trouble on legs. He makes a mistake getting involved with her, but later, he tries to do all he can to help her overcome her demons. His story is very touching and I cried as I read how his story ends. I hope that there will be another book in the future with Grady getting his “happy ever after.” Princess and the Beast by Chance Carter

In the last book we find Deacon taking off for parts unknown...However, he ends up in Miami. Where he meets Savannah and Olivia out at a famous night club that Savannah's mom went to before she got married. Deacon is playing bouncer and when he saw them, he let them in and bought them a drink. Savannah is already smitten. And as the night goes on the girls were invited to the private party upstairs. But the guy's that want the girls are very bad men. However, as soon as the men start grabbing the girls Deacon feels that he has to step in to protect them. And that is when all hell breaks loose. Meanwhile Grady is having his own problems trying to protect a drug addict and protect his unborn child. Unbeknownst to Grady, the brotherhood is trying to get a hold of him to help Deacon. Wasn't too impressed with Deacon..He had rough childhood but he wasn't book boyfriend by not using condom. Grady was the book boyfriend here. Two stories within this book and then they intersect.

Cover is Deacon!

Deacon is good friends with Hunter. He is from Boston. He has tattoos. He smokes. He drinks. He is not a good guy. He is from a broken home. His parents were both miserable and took it out on him. After he got fed up with being their punching bag, he took to the streets. He refused to sell drugs, he worked with his hands. He is now living in Miami. He is a bouncer at a club.
Savannah grew up in privilege. She grew up in a cage. Her mom was the perfect trophy wife. Her father ignored her. Her parent's marriage was an empty shell. Her mother told her of her "wild times." Savannah wanted to replicate that magical time. She felt trapped, she wanted out. She moved to Miami. She has a roommate named Olivia.
On Olivia's birthday, she convinces Savannah to come out with her. They meet Deacon upon entering the club. Both girls are entranced by him. Savannah more so. A guy grabs Savannah, Deacon comes to her rescue.Trouble starts.
Savannah is a virgin and has held onto the stories her mother told her and from watching her parent's loveless marriage she wants the opposite of what they had. Deacon is all that and more. She takes Deacon back to her place and he rocks her world in more than one way. Deacon is now a wanted man. The guy he attacked is attached to someone very dangerous. Deacon attempts to leave town, but after speaking to Hunter he goes back for Savannah. It's a very intense story.
We get a bonus story about Grady, a member of the Brotherhood. He has a one night stand that comes back to haunt him. He slept with a woman he shouldn't have and must face the consequences of his actions. I won't give away details, but this story is also intense.

We first met Deacon in Heart Of The Hunter as Hunter’s mate. From the little I read about him I could tell he had a troubled past, the same as Hunter, and I couldn’t wait to find out what made him tick.
I loved how it went straight into Deacon’s past/childhood a little. It explained a lot about why he grew up to be the way he was and how he viewed the world, a lot of pieces fell into place. It was the same with Savannah, I loved getting to know the background of her past first as well. I liked the connection I felt to Savannah, it hooked me right in and I had a hard time putting this book down.
After reading the blurb I thought that this story would be about Deacon and Savannah but when I got to the parts about Grady and other characters I was a little surprised. As the story does switch back and forth between six characters it is a little hard to keep track of everything, but after a while you do get use to it and the story becomes a lot more interesting.
Although I would have loved to see Grady in his own book, I still enjoyed reading about him and what he’s going through. He was an easy character to love in the first 3 books that he made an appearance in. I really hope he gets his happy ending!
It was good to read about the previous characters lives’ again and where they are at (I do miss them!) however, it was a little annoying to begin with. I felt that the story about Grady and Deacon and Savannah did end quite abruptly, I would have loved to known what happened next with their lives.
A really good 4.5 star read

Deacon & Savannah both need someone to love to save themselves.

Princess & the Beast is the first book that I've read bu Chance Carter & it just blew me away right from the start. I must admit it was the gorgeous cover that drew my attention right off & I just had to buy it & read it straight away! It was absolutely the right decision; I literally did not put it down till the end of the story of Deacon & Savannah. Carter draws you into the life of his characters so that you can feel their pain & sorrow a well as their burgeoning love for each other. Deacon is an impressive bad boy hero; he's used to fighting for his life, since childhood & killing his father was his first step towards a better life and meeting Savannah was the saving grace for both of them.
There's alot going on in this multi-strand story & it might be better to read the other four books first, but I don't believe that I missed anything by not doing so.
Like so many publications today, there was more than one story on the book & I thoroughly enjoyed Hunter's tale as well & Deacon makes am appearance here as well. Since I have the other books in this series, I will go and start from the beginning & I expect to be as charmed by these characters as well. Chance Carter is definitely an author to watch, buy & read.

Deacon and Savannah come from totally different lifestyles but that doesn't stop them from coming together like two magnets drawn towards each other. When things get messy and their lives are in danger the couple works together to save their lives and the life of Savannah's friend. Sparks ignite into a roaring flame when these two come together. Chance Carter has a knack for making a woman feel sexy and wanted in all of his stories, I can't wait to read more from him.

PRINCESS AND THE BEAST-DANGEROUS AND ROMANCE THAT SIZZLES!

Beast Deacon finds pleasure in the arms of Savannah who quickly becomes the keeper of his heart, but lethal danger threatens to keep him from her and the life he hungers for now. {Grady Cole one of the brothers from the brotherhood has his own tale of woe when he hooks up with an evil-minded woman}. No worries, the two stories fused together give you a most titillating read that will surely give you goosebumps, laughter, some tears too, and keep you glued to each page until the end.

WHAT YOU’LL FIND IN THIS BAD BOY ROMANCE; eye-popping storyline, impressive and engaging characters, picturesque and powerful vivid scene descriptions, phenomenal banter, camaraderie, family love, jealousy, betrayal, bone-chilling action, gut-wrenching moments, gripping suspense, horrific danger, life-threatening incidents, pent-up-rage, jaw-dropping heart-throbbing toe curling sensual romance, and a conclusion that will leave satisfied and certainly melt your heart.

Deacon originally from Boston basically grew up wild on the streets. His parents had no love for him and beatings as a youngster made him stronger giving him a vile uncontrollable temper. As a loner, he comes and goes as he pleases taking odd jobs. Now in Miami, he works as a bouncer at a club. Savannah an artist, is a curvaceous blue-eyed beauty from Boston who left her home of riches and moved to Miami to start a new life. She was lucky enough to meet Olivia who had a room for rent on the beach. Landing a job at a clothing store and being able to paint she was ecstatic with the beginning of her new life. Going to a club on the night of Olivia’s birthday changes Savannah’s untroubled life when she meets buffed tattooed Deacon and the villainous Martin Alexander forever. Grady, unfortunately, makes a woman hooked on drugs pregnant. Facing many obstacles to keep his unborn child safe leads him to a world of hurt and anger. These two stories intertwine making this a most astounding read.

The story is fast-paced, brilliantly written and fused with reality and fantasy. The characters are more than praiseworthy and come alive with witty dialogue and vivid scenes that leave you breathless. The chemistry between Deacon and Savannah beams with unwavering devotion and fiery passion. Deacon and Savannah are potent characters; I loved Savannah’s sass, Deacon’s tender side, and protective instincts. I relished all the scenes in this story, but there are two scenes that show how in tune the author is with women; their body type and how men truly feel about catty and jealous women and how jealousy can damper even the strongest relationships. One of the things I admire about Chance’s writing is that though his male characters are alpha types, he portrays his female characters as strong heroines no matter what their body type is and his male heroes show them love and respect. I felt sincere empathy with the turmoil Grady faced. I absolutely relished this story till the last word. An unforgettable and gratifying read. I so look forward to reading the next book by this gifted author. If you treasure fantasy romance this is a fantastic book for your library. {I was gifted a copy of this book and this is my honest review}. In the world of fantasy romance, the possibilities are endless and always fascinating. Without reservation, I recommend this book.

This is book five in the Naughty Boy Series

Let me tell you something!
This is no fairy tale, that is something you can guarantee!

The moody but sexy Deacon cares only about three things.
1. Getting wasted
2. Getting dirty
3.Getting his wet mouth between my trembling legs!

Deacon's a Beast!
The question I keep asking myself is what is a smart, curvy quiet girl like me doing nothing but quivering at Deacon's every touch?

I grew up in the most fanciest part of Boston. I'm the only daughter to a very rich and highly powerful man. I have had everything money could buy most people. I was even lined up to marry a man just like my father. I really didn't want that did I?

The only problem I have is........
1. All those rich guys had no heart
2. They have no passion
3. Their idea of love was having a piece of arm.
4. That arm candy is to show off to their business associates.
5. Those rich guys could and would never fulfill me.
6. Not in the way I craved.

This thing that I've got with Deacon isn't like any of those six points i made earlier. Deacon had made that crystal clear from the beginning. Deacon might not be winning and care about little or any about popularity contests. Contests that are most likely to be known at the country club. Suddenly when danger comes my way. I know that Deacon has always got my back.
I'm sorry I forgot to totally factor in that Deacon's not um, got my back, Deacon has my front, my mouth, my lips,oh and every other part of my body and me that he wants! I'm most definitely Deacon's for the taking!

Hot Damn I have to say that my man has one healthy appetite!

With me you have to know that you've never ever seen a girl like me come as hard, fast and as often as I do in my Deacon's powerful and very possessive hands.

I had never claimed to be a princess. I didn't like that people thought that about me back home. I'm a sweet, kind and caring person. I believe that I have a good heart. I also have desires too. I have to admit this even though I don't like to share most of the naughty thoughts to anyone, I even feel embarrassed to think of them anyway. However I lay awake at night mostly every night and think of being taken by this tattooed and sexy mysterious man. The feeling of the weight of his muscular body on top of mine. Even getting wet to his earth shattering touches and feeling Deacon slide inside me, long and hard. Geeze Deacon even makes me moan his name.

It's a good thing that I didn't see this happening I know for sure that it wasn't part of my plan. I definitely belong to Deacon now. What's better is that Deacon's all mine.
Every throbbing, rigid, long hard inch of him. I can't get enough of Deacon!

Deacon is my addiction! Deacon is the one drug that I refuse to give up.

Chance Carter has done it again. I've enjoyed this book so much can't wait to download the next ones.

This book deserves 5*s

Sizzling Hot

Not for the weak of heart. If violence I've a problem for you, then stay far away. If violent alpha men, with dirty month's, and even dirtier minds bug you stay away. If sizzling sex scenes aren't your thing, again stay away.
But if you love sexy alpha men that go after what they won't read on. If you love series about friendships that started in the gutter and spread from friend to friend, most who have never laid eyes on on another yet who would stop at nothing to cover the back of the man in this loose fitting brotherhood, read on. If you enjoy sizzling sex scenes that end with sizzling love stories, read on.

Here is Chance Carter's note to his reader's. I simply was blown away.

Dear reader, before you dive into my story, I want to take this moment to thank you for what you have done. You have chosen to read my book, to offer me your trust, and to open your heart to my words. It is an honor that I cherish. Few things in life are as intimate or as powerful as the bond between reader and writer. It is something magical, unlike anything else on earth. It defies time and space. Through the power of words, we are creating a connection that will bring us as close together as two people can possibly become. We will go to a place of extreme intimacy, intense beauty, and excruciating pleasure. Together, we will journey to the very essence of the relationship between man and woman, the moment of orgasm. This book is about that spark, that moment, when a man and woman share climax. It is mystical, it is spiritual, and it is the one thing in the world that leads to new life. People call it sex, but those three letters fail to do it justice. It is so much more than that, and I am proud to spend the time we are connected exploring its meaning. I dedicate this book to you, my reader. You have chosen to enter that moment with me, to explore its magic, and to experience its pleasure. It is something that will link us forever. Chance Carter

Has anyone ever read a note from an author of this magnitude? I think not......even though I think I started this series out of order I intend to remedy this immediately.
Recommend this series to anyone over age 18. However my warnings hold true. Just from book one. DON'T make the mistake of starting in the middle!
And one last thing....Chance Carter you sexy thing, thank you for your time and effort in creating and finishing this series. While another famous writer with initials of N.S. writes love stories of tender heart felt genre. You my friend write love stories of brutal, passionate, possession. But no less strong with heart felt redemption and a love of a different kind.

Princess and the Beast will take hold of your heart with a furious passion and a raw honesty that will shock and reshape the very core of your soul. It doesn’t pull any punches. In fact, you may find yourself literally on the floor as you explore the full and true meaning of life-changing passion and love. I know I wasn’t sure which way was up or down half of the time as I wrestled with this journey in every sense of the word. Nothing about it is easy or simple because the heart and especially love is anything but predictable. It’s a wild and carefree force of nature that consumes and chooses at will. Forget what you think you know because rules and guidelines don’t apply. Above all, it will blow your mind.

Savannah is on a mission. She is single-minded focused on building a life that will let her spread her wings and breathe in life deeply. While on the cusp on achieving her goals, she is side swiped by a rampaging tornado. Left dazzed and confused by the hurricane that is Deacon, she doesn’t know what to think beyond one word – mine. With no knowledge of experience of love in any true or deep capacity, she doesn’t know how to feel or what to think when he overtakes every part of her. Can Deacon really fit into her plans, or will he leave her dreams shredded beyond repair?

One word that I would use to sum up story is raw. There is no easy-going tempo. It’s full speed ahead with no slowing down in sight. Normally, I love those types of stories because they keep my interest and have me frantically turning the pages to see what happens next, but this one truly gutted me. It made me stopping more times then I want to admit to really and truly think. My thoughts hurt, and they forced me to keep going. I desperately needed to know how this book ended but moreso what it wanted to speak to me. I am still reeling from it, and I don’t know that I will every truly recover from it, but I do know that I am better off for reading it no matter what.

Chance Carter never fails to find a dark corner in my heart that I keep hidden for very good reasons and shines a brilliant light on it. His ability to make me trip over myself as I journey through one of his books never ceases to amaze me. The visceral nature of his stories strips away any pretense I want to put on it, and I am left utterly vulnerable and in awe. He is one author that you absolutely must read at least once in your life. To read one of his books is like experiencing a moment of true revelation and honest transformation. There is absolutely NOTHING like it.

I really wanted to like this book more than I did. For me I was a little disappointed. I enjoyed Deacon and Savannah together and their chemistry, but the progression of their relationship wasn't that believable. Everything happened in less than one day! For me they fell in love too quick and the whole sex stuff (some scenes were hot) and for Savannah's part was a huge leap. Especially considering she was a virgin and Deacon didn't notice. I can say I enjoyed Grady's small pieces the most and would like to read his story.

Savannah is living the life she always dreamed of, following in her mother’s dreams she has escaped the life that her affluent father wanted and is living by the beach in Miami. She grew up in a house with all the things that money can buy but love was never offered and she watched her mother slowly disappear and eventually die living in a loveless marriage. Savannah was determined to leave and start her life well away from her father’s influence and money. Savannah isn’t one for parting but as it’s her roommate Olivia’s birthday she goes out on a night out that changes her life forever. She meets the man of her dreams, does things that she would never have thought she’d do in a million years. Deacon is the start of her life in a way she never expected.

Deacon is drifting through life after what can only be described as a horrific and abusive childhood, he learned that if he was to survive he was going to have to learn to fight and oh is he good at it. He is living in Miami working at a club as a bouncer, it was a night that he wasn’t meant to be working when he gets a call to come in. He is just arriving for his shift when he sees Savannah and Olivia, he is immediately attracted to Savannah although she is not his usual type slightly shy and mousy he knows that he wants her. Although he isn’t the only one after being spotted by a infamous cruel man decides she and her friend are to be his new toys. And if Deacon wants to keep her he will have to fight the biggest fight of his life and this is the fight he will do anything to win. After a night with Savannah he is changed forever she is his and he will die before anyone takes her from him.

The insight into Kelly and Hunter’s future was great and also learning Grady’s back story explained a lot.

Really did love this story Deacon is not the most likable character ever but I still found myself liking him and wanting Savannah to be together. And I wanted to punch Olivia at one point too, although she may have redeemed herself slightly. Great read with all you could want in a story.

Deacon and Savannah complemented each other very well in this book. Deacon was rough around the edges. I loved his blunt attitude and the fact that not much ruffled his feathers. He was the epitome of a bad boy and his character didn't feel forced at all. Savannah was a dreamer. She wanted more out of life than material things and forced relationships. Deacon was the only thing that was "real" in her life. They fell quickly for each other, but it's because they recognized what one another needed. Savannah surprised me with the way she embraced her sexuality with Deacon. I expected her to shy away from him, but she came at him like an experienced vixen. I would described their relationship as very fast and intense. I think the backstories could have been dispersed in small amounts throughout the story instead of giving it all to the reader in the first few chapters. It felt like a bit of an info dump and the H and h needed to have shared page time a lot sooner to keep the reader interested.

The secondary story with Grady was crazy! His story started off with a bang...literally. The description of his first meeting with Raveena was perfect. They were like two caged animals trying to tear each other apart. I wasn't sure if he was going to sleep with her or kill her and hide the body. Their relationship was so freakin' dysfunctional and the end of their story was so sad.

Overall I think this was a pretty darn good book. It was entertaining, the characters were fun to read and so different and there was lots of angst and action.

I was given this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Holy hell I want me a Deacon. I know he  is a little rough around the edges and doesn't care what people think of him. But hell he is HOT!!! He had an ugly past and didn't grow up with love, but if you get to be apart of his family you get his loyalty. Mainly the only person he really cares about is Hunter and obviously Kelly now. Well that was until he met Savannah. Once he got a taste of her that was it and I'm so jealous of that right now:) Savannah moved to Miami away for her dad and her own loveless life. Her mum showed her love but that changed and Savannah decided to follow I  her mums past when she was truly happy. She meets Deacon and he is rude and brushes her off but hell it turned her on more. His roughness may of irritated her but she saw the real him through that and couldn't let go. Oh man these two have such a beautiful relationship. Which makes Olivia who is Savannahs room mate a friend a bit jealous and it my God what she says to Savannah is unforgivable. Oh and let's not forget about poor Grady in this. I felt bad for him. Yes he messed up and made a bad choice but he didn't need to beat himself up over this. I couldn't believe how much he tried to make things right. I just wanted to hug him. I loved this book and got involved with the people. Another awesome read from Chance.

I couldn't even finish this one. Didn't feel the chemistry between Savannah and Deacon and then there was another story intertwined with characters from another book which took away from savannah and deacon's story. Not sure if this is a standalone or if I should have read the other books before reading this one. Perhaps I would come back on a later date to see if maybe I can finish it. But for now it just wasn't for me.

This is Chance Carter's best novel to date! All of Chance's novels deal with Bad Boys; however, Deacon Riley (the Beast) is the baddest boy yet.

He's rough, gruff, and without remorse. All he cares about is getting wasted, getting dirty, and getting his face between some chick's legs. He's definitely not someone you'd take to Beacon Hill to meet the parents.

This book is definitely a kick to read. If you're a fan of Chance Carter's other novels, you already know what to expect--hot, sweaty sex with mouths that won't quit, and very graphic descriptions. But trust me...you read the Princess and the Beast, and there won't be enough ice cubes to cool you off!

Although not a fairy tale, this book has all the elements leading to a HEA. The characters are well thought out with not one but two subplots; and there's lots of action!

This book deserves more than five stars. I think with this novel, Chance Carter has risen to a whole new level in bad boy romance. Please keep them coming!

Deacon and savanna both are from Boston. One upper class, and the other lower class. When they both meet one night in a Miami bar running from their pasts. They collide into a whirlwind romance. Deacon is a bad boy beast who is a bouncer at a ritzy night club watching over the shadiest evil man he hates. Savanna who is level headed comes from a trust fund father she wants nothing to do with. So when the man deacon is taking care of sets his sites on savanna. Deacon is determined to save her from everything. Great read. Chance hasn't let me down yet. It also includes the book Heart of the Hunter. Hunter is friends with deacon, and from Boston as well. Only Hunter is running from the father he has only known, and with his money. So when he stops in Montana he meets Kelly. A sweet girl working in a diner taking care of the only family she has. Her brother Lucas. So when Kelly and Hunter collide can these two out run his past. Can he keep Kelly and Lucas safe. Need to read.

So, this is my first full length Chance Carter book, and I got it as an audiobook. The narrator does a great job with all the voices. There are quite a number of supporting characters, and he never falters. The main characters are Deacon, a rough and tough beast of man from Southie Boston, and Savannah, a sweet, gentle, virgin young woman who yearns to break away from her cold, loveless family. They meet when she goes to a club with her fun and flirty friend, Olivia, where Deacon is working as a bouncer. He has to stop a bigshot from taking advantage of the girls when Olivia becomes drunk. There is a side story involving Grady and a drug addict named Ravina that is totally heartbreaking. Chance Carter really pulled out all three stupid with this reimagined, adult version of Beauty and the Beast!

Even monsters deserve to be loved...
Boy meets girl, fall in love and live happily ever after is NOT what this novel is about. A whirlwind adventure begins when Deacon sets his eyes on Savannah. They go through one hell of a merry-go-round from the moment they connect... and the connection is instantanious! Two powerful magnets who are unable to stay apart. A young girl who had been locked up, isolated in her glass tower her entire life collides with a reckless beast of a man who had never felt anything for anyone because of the harsh way he was brought up. Everything changes for them in this shotgun, gritty romance where they both discover what overwhelming love is all about. 5 Animalistic yet Desirable Stars for "Princess and the Beast".

Princess and the Beast

Deacon and Savannah's story is love at first sight. The rich girl and poor boy from Boston meet in Miami at a club he bounces at. She isn't a partier, but goes for her friends birthday. They are sent upstairs for a private party and Savannah only wants to be with Deacon. Some other guys want her to be with them and start to force her. Deacon can't stand that and starts a fight. Afterwards Deacon and Savannah leave, ending in her place. Olivia walks in on them having sex and gets upset. Deacon starts to leave Miami, but is drawn back to Savannah. Friendship's are strained, friendship's are reinforced, futures are made, and bullets fly!
Grady makes an appearance with his heart wrenching story.
Chance has written yet another hot book.

Love for Real

Deacon and Savannah have the kind of love that we all search for. This is a compelling story of them coming together and working things out. I became so involved in the story that I just couldn't put it down until the end. It is so much like my own personal story that it is spooky. I am pleased to see that Chance Carter explained what it is that men really look for in a life partner. What is inside is way more important than what is on the outside - you curvy girls remember this. Not only is this a gripping read but it is also a life lesson.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review.

Well, I have to confess that reading the blurb in Princess and the Beast already got me excited for the rest of this amazing book and I really don't remember when I last loved a book this much! Chance Carter has a genuine gift with words, and I was completely and utterly hooked from the first page .
This is my first read by "Bad Boy" Chance Carter but it defenitly won't be my last one . I 'm so looking forward to read more of his books in the future .
Great job Chance , wow , I was just blown away !!

A great story

I really loved how this story tied so many things together from previous stories. Chance Carter actually gets you more ingrained in the series by broadening the back stories, as well as elaborating on the 'current' lives of existing members of the Brotherhood, and Hunter. I love how there is this great 'six degrees of separation ' thing happening in the series.
I also love2that Lucas had aged properly in this story. :-).
Can't wait for the next installment in the series. Please keep up this great quality, too.

RAW AND SEXY

Loved it and these characters! I loved Grady in this story too. I had hoped for a story on Grady and his sad situation could break a girl's heart. Of couse, Deacon is my wet dream man and I relished his strength and hotness!

I am hoping there will be more stories with these characters. It is great to hear about all of the characters from previous books, albeit brief.

Great series! Hope there are more in the future! Give yourself a treat and read the Naughty Boy series.
