Self Help: Self Help: The “Self Improvement” Bible: Defeat - Anxiety & Depression, Supercharge Your - Mental Health, Self Esteem & Confidence

Rate this book
If you are like me, you have read countless self-help books that promised you the world, but left you feeling as if you have been cheated. Maybe you thought there was something wrong with, that other people can help themselves, but you were doomed to this life of never really being able to get where you wanted to be. I was like that until my friend turned me onto this book.

I had read all of those books, that tell me it’s all in my mind, that all I had to do was think good thoughts and everything would work out. I wanted to believe it, I did everything in the book, I wrote my lists, I said my positive affirmations… but I still felt like I just couldn’t get it together. I was still depressed and anxious, and (to be honest) I felt like a loser.

I started reading this book half-heartedly. I had already decided this book was just another dead end. I wasn’t going to allow myself to get excited, as I had been down this road so many times, I couldn’t even count the number.

But, I realized as I read this book, this book was different. While I recognized many of the “techniques” in this book, I had never seen them put together in such a way. It’s like the author says in the introduction, unless you have all of the ingredients, you can’t really follow the recipe (Paraphrasing). This book gives you ALL of the ingredients and then it tells you exactly how to put those ingredients together to literally CHANGE YOUR REALITY!

This book was such an eye opener, I can’t begin to tell you how much it has changed my life. I am so much more confident and all of my friends have noticed, they want to know my secret. I am now sharing everything I learned in this book with my friends (as the book suggests) and my confidence has grown by leaps and bounds.

I always expected that I could be more than who I was, but I never was able to break through the fog. This book really puts everything in perspective and it really enjoyable to read. It doesn’t fill up the pages with useless testimonies and stuff, it gets right to the heart of the matter and just opens up your eyes to exactly why you aren’t where you want to be.

I highly recommend this book to anybody who suffers from low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and anybody who wonders if they can be more than who they are. This book is a winner!
