But he is such an idiot and he just won’t quit picking on me.

Just as well he’s so rude, I can’t afford to fall in love. I must leave before it’s too late...

GHOST. I found this book interesting. This is a different take on the spirit world. Tana wants peace and quiet so she goes camping in the . She sets up camp. The next morning she sets out to reach the top of the mountain. When she gets close she discovers a village of strange people. They embrace her into their village because she hurt her ankle and couldn't walk. She stays for weeks even though she's worried people are looking for her. She befriends a man that takes her in and starts to love her. When she is able to walk, she starts down the mountain. Tana discovers something when she finds her old campsite that devastes her. This is an intriguing and sweet story that captured my attention and kept me reading. The author does a great job packing the story and moving it quickly and smoothly, delivering an interesting read with an unexpected ending.

I have recently found Ms. Summer Cooper and I’m glad I did. The stories I have read by her have all been charming, and a fantastic way for me to unwind without a lot of the anxiety that can come from some more intense books. That’s not to say there’s no tension, there is, and in this one there’s a small bit of the Bully to lovers element, but nothing that leaves the reader hurt along with the character. While I will admit there are some small issues that I’m left wondering about.

How come Kajika forgot his apology? That seems a bit strange to me, but it wasn’t significant enough of a issue for me to be unhappy with the book.

Overall, I personally enjoy reading books like this when I am super stressed, or feeling a bit emotionally raw. They help me focus my emotions, without adding to the calamity so I can get through them and sort myself out, and for that I’m grateful.

5 ⭐️s= Perfect story, exciting, engrossing, well developed complex characters, solid plot with few to no holes, descriptive environments and place settings, great mystery elements, realistic dialogue, believable reactions and behaviors, loved this story so much I’d buy it.

4 ⭐️s= Great story, highly entertaining and enjoyable, exciting storyline, well developed characters and settings, a few discrepancies but nothing that can’t be overlooked. Believable actions and reactions, realistic dialogue, a book I would consider buying.

3 ⭐️s= Good but not great story, noticeable discrepancies, grammatical and or spelling errors, undeveloped characters or unbelievable behaviors but still readable. Nothing majorly wrong with the story, just not interesting enough for me to continue. Would not buy the book.

2 ⭐️s= Not offended by the story, but not interested enough to finish. Unbelievable characters, poor writing, many mistakes, big holes or discrepancies, many spelling or grammatical errors, characters not believable, unlikeable or TSTL.

1 ⭐️= Offensive, extremely poor writing, horrible characters, victimization, gaslighting, blatant abuse, unnecessary violence, child endangerment, or any other highly objectionable behaviors by Main characters. Would never buy this book, and do not recommend it to anyone.

Tana Meets Kajika . . .

Tana enjoys hiking and is ready to relax in the peace and quiet of the mountain. She packs a small tent and supplies and starts her journey. But when she gets lost and ends up at a strange village, the apparent leader acts in a rude manner toward her. When Kajika’s bullying behavior then changes, Tana doesn’t know what is going on. Will she find out why she is there in this village? Will she learn why the living don’t belong there?

This is a kind of strange story but it becomes clearer as the reader navigates through the story line. Grab your copy and find out what is going on in this strange village and whether Tana will find where she needs to be.

Ghost is a fast story that will have you taking a step back and make you wonder what is actually going on. Tana is on vacations for a couple of weeks and decided to go hiking and unplug. When her trip takes a turn, and she ends up in a village of people she never seen before Tana is not sure what to think.

Kijaka is the leader of the group and does not think much of Tana. He actually wants her out of the village. This twist of the story will have you floored, and the passion will have you melting with each step.

Interesting story.
This story was different to the other stories I've read by Summer & I enjoyed it & it was just long enough that I read during my lunch break. Tana's camping hike in the hills took a drastic turn when she slipped falling down a hill but when she woke she had no idea where she was. Tana's whole world changes when she wakes up & her encounter with Kajika doesn't make it any easier. This story has you hooked it's enexpected in a way a never saw coming.

Tana goes out for a hike and to camp so she can relax some. However, she ends up lost and comes across a strange village. Kajika is in charge in this village and things are strange. He treats Tana badly and wants her to leave. Will Tana find her way back home? What's going on in this village?

This is a strange story, but all will be explained once you've read all of it. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Ghost: A Paranormal Romance Short Story by author Summer Cooper. It’s not really a fast paced read or at least you don’t notice it. It’s short but full of adventure- mystery- obstacles. With an end that will knock you off your feet. Ok so maybe not exactly an ending but there’s on heck of a surprise!

This is a short read that I found hard to follow at times. You have the paranormal aspect along with a bully male lead.
What I didn’t like was the constant degradation of the weight of the h.
Newsflash the weight that is described often is not overweight. Really turned me off to the story that didn’t do it for me.

I don't want to give anything away so this will be vague. Kajika is kind of an a** and bully when he meets Tana and for a while after too. I don't think I really liked him until close to the end. I did love the ending and twist. I was a very interesting read. I recommend reading it.

Tana was on a hiking vacation into the mountains for two weeks...alone...after day of hiking, set up tent planning on reaching summit next day...so then instead of being alone on mountain top, discovered what looked like prehistoric village...or did she fall and is having a hallucination??? While hiking in the mountains Tana gets lost and ends up in a strange village. The people seem nice but their leader Kajika is rude. There's something about him that confuses Tana and things take a steamy turn. This is a paranormal romance with interesting characters and some twists that made the story intriguing. I'm really not sure what to think of this. It is a short, quick, fairly hot romance, definitely paranormal and the characters are quirky, once the main male character stops being a jerk. It is enjoyable, and depending on beliefs, hopeful.
