Pen name of author A.M. Snead.

Born and raised in scenic Coos County, Oregon, CJ enjoys the small town atmosphere and down-to-earth country folk who populate the area. She is a single mother and lives with her 18-year-old daughter, 1 horse, 4 dogs and 6 cats deep in the country woodlands which gives her plenty of time to write.

She is a Christian and a strong supporter of the LGBT community and favors gay erotic romance when it comes to writing. She hopes that her stories of love and acceptance will help further compassion and understanding for LGBT people who she feels is greatly misunderstood and persecuted - in a large party by the Christian community.

Most of all, she is hopeful that her stories will bring comfort to those who have been told that God hates them because they are different. It is her strong belief that God loves everyone and His love covers all.

Imagine this:
1. You buy a book named "Bachelor party" with 3 hot men on the cover. At first I thought it was MMM. Well then I've read the description and realized there are 4 couples. And an explosive bachelor party. Ummm, I was all for that. I was afraid it was going to be all too sweet because obviously we get HEA ... AND a bachelor party.
2. It's your first book by this author. You have high expectations because it has a huge rating on GR. 4,43 to be exact.
3. You avoid reading any reviews because you're afraid of spoilers and you dive into it completely blind.
Now's the shocking part: this book is actually a continuation of another series. Here you get right into the bachelor party preparations. No proposals and not even many details about their history together.

There were SO many characters!!! I mean there are 4 engaged couples, so 8 men... So many names. My head was spinning trying to remember who is whose fiancé. To me it was excruciatingly painful to pair them. Max and Horacio were the first and then the only couple I didn't forget. Thank God! The rest of the couples I messed up super often. Devlin, Darius, Dane (3 starting with D), Carl, Cole, Caleb (3 with C), Angel, Abel... Oh but there's MORE: many many other characters, Gavin and Samuel, Jamie, Levi, Kane and I remember an intriguing character, Nolan!

Well to be honest it was really hard to remember all of them and their place in this story, BUT I sticked to it because the writing was great AND I wanted to know what happened next. There were SO many sexy games at the party. What am I saying here? Smoking hot ones!!! 🔥🔥🔥

This book had ZERO angst and infinite hotness! But I strongly advise you to read the previous books from this author with these Phoenix boys.

I will surely read the next book because I'm super curious about Nolan and I got a feeling all the couples will have some tests before their HEA. Or I could just admit the writing is great and the sexiness is super high! 🔥

I have loved these guys since I first read Abel’s book back in early 2014. They are as hot as ever. I suggest reading the books in the first part of the series before you get to the Phoenix Wedding books, otherwise your head will spin with all the characters.

My only qualm with this one was that it ended very abruptly. Perhaps it’s because it’s part of a group of books. I’m not sure.

NOT a stand-alone

I've read the whole Phoenix Club series and was really looking forward to this !!
While the previous books were EXTREMELY angsty this one wasn't, at ALL !
This was full of fun, frolics and seriously sexual scenes as they all prepare to embark on the next stage of their relationships. I now want to have these guys arrange for me to have a party, of any kind at their club !!!
LOVED IT !!!

*** O.M.G. ! This is a sexy batch of men ! *** Some are paired up and engaged, and some are on the loose. Max and Horacio run the gay strip club,
The Phoenix, and are one of the couples to be married. Then there is Abel and Devlin, Darius and Riley, and Dane and Angel, plus other couples, Seth and Jaime, Ricky, Carl, Caleb, Cole, Gabe, Samuel, Tommy, Gavin, Levi, Nick, Christian, Kane and Cochise, Axel and Clint (cowboy), etc..

Wow, that is a lot of characters, but we get to know them and one by one they are in our hearts. The invitatioons have gone out, and everyone is gathering. We get lots of hot sexiness ! We also get deep characters with diverse pasts, and see the fierce, loving bond that hold this chosen "family" tight. There are meaningful conversations, and an exciting bachelor party where the couples compete ! FUN !

Darius speaks with Max about his upcoming first time. The club dancers are classy, fun, and terrific, while being sassy, and still professional. Grid, Seth and Jaime's friend comes along to get a first hand look at his decision to try out his inclination to be with a man. Nolan is a straight ? lawyer, but ends up sucking face with Grid, then disappears. The contests are a scream ! Who wins?

Yes, a cliffhanger, because this is a series of short stories that connect through the characters life events. Wonderful !
So worth it, and "unputdownable" ! ENJOY !

Hotter than hell

This book was hot hot hot as usual. I expected no less. Love the couples although I must say there's getting to be too many couples, it's hard to keep track of who's with who and what their story was.

I love all of these characters so much. I was blown away by how they got together and how they became the ultimate family. I had no idea that this book was even in process let alone more than one of them out. The characters just absolutely break your heart when you think about all that they went through to get to this place and time where they are comfortable in their own situation. I should go back and re-read some of the stories to remind myself of the details. The bachelor party scene though was one for the books, the competition just was totally and completely all Phoenix Boys. The erotic dance was my favorite scene ever. I cannot wait to read more of their stories.

What a hot Bachelor Party!!!

As usual it was wonderful to be with these men again. From the very first book CJ Bishop has created characters that you come to know. This was an amazing read as I have come to expect and it was wonderful to read about the boys in happier times and to see them settled. Thank you to the author for creating these men and loving them as much as I do and many other readers do.

Always so happy to get more stories from all the Phoenix Boys and their friends. This book is the bachelor party for the four couples getting married. My kindle should have been smoking with all the goings on with these guys. They just continue to get hotter and sexier as these stories continue. Grab this story and enjoy the boys.
