This is for people with lots of time on their hands who have serious gut problems. There were a couple recipes I would try, but nothing really jumped out at me for being awesome. 2 stars.

I thought this 150 stage-by-stage recipe programme to heal your stomach, particularly focusing on Leaking Gut Syndrome, was well-written, clear and well laid-out. I picked this up on a bit of whim, from my local library, as I suspect I have an undiagnosed autoimmune condition, which I have been investigating treating with an anti-inflammatory diet. I don't have any immediate plans to start such a rigid programme as this, however it was interesting to see ideas I have already implemented supported here and to discover some new ideas to try out as well.
Looks like it would be a good program to follow if you were trying to repair your gut. It starts with very basic soups and works foods back into your diet in different stages (each stage lasting 5-7 days). I was just looking for healthy, simple, wholesome recipes and this book does deliver. They are basic and simple recipes, but the ones I tried were tasty.
The beginning of this book is very good. It plainly lays out the facts about gut health and how to maintain it. The way it’s presented is very accessible.
The recipes in this book are super great but many of them require a lot of time to prepare. I found the recipe portion to be haphazardly organized but the photographs were good and the instructions seemed thorough.
I would recommend to someone looking to seriously figure out their gut health, included different levels with recipes to help readers figure out the foods that don't work for them.

7-22-22 Gut issues is still problem with my family so I decided to add some of the dishes into my normal diet.
This was totally not what I thought it would be.
I just thought it was just a cookbook but nope. It was and entire diet plan geared towards your gut. LOVE IT>
Lately people in my family as well as myself have been having gut issues. I picked this book up hoping to change you diet to help out with this issues. Little did I know how helpful this book is going to be. It gives you everything you need to start and healing of your gut. Simplified everything. Pictures were a great help as well.
