 In Giles' latest, and most raucous book, he takes 'Generation Pussy' from the warm wet womb of 'Pussville' to the rarefied air of 'Mantown.' This is definitely one of the most politically incorrect books to ever hit the market. It will most certainly offend the entitled whiners, but it will also be a breath of fresh air to young males who wish to be men versus hipster dandies.

What an asshat. Probably the worst book I will read this year. The ravings of a madman and delusions of what it means to be a man. Not only does he suggest that Islam and Muslims are evil but that they should leave america and go back to "Suckistan". He constantly makes references to Thomas Jefferson building America and Safeguarding it from tyrants but does he not realize that the Native Americans would have felt as though the founding fathers were tyrants, also what about the black slaves who were subjected to inhumane treatment and living conditions, they also probably felt as though the founding fathers were tyrants. Did he ever ask the question "What are the religions that some of these black slaves followed?" it clearly was not Christianity as they were forced to convert from the religions that they were following, and one of them history tells us is Islam. And if that was not bad enough he is quoting Bible Scripture to give the reader the idea that somehow his rantings are being justified by the God Almighty. So many things are wrong with this book. I cannot continue to write this review as it is most upsetting. You sir Doug Giles, is filled with Hate and Ignorance about this amazing world we live in.

One of the best books I have read in over a decade..seeing how our country has become too feminine..sorry thats offensive to women. When men begin to dress in womens clothes, yet think its manly, I shake my head..bedazzled skinny jeans..justin beaber tights...etc etc..if your feelings are hurt already..you need to read this book and learn a thing or two. But this book is definately a must read for all...women need to read it to compare and take notes on what a real man is and should be today...don't settle for these sissies today.

This book is definitely thought provoking and hilarious. Not for the faint-hearted though. Giles is a great, spicy writer. If you want a good laugh, read this. Very macho but not boring. Check it out!

Initially, this book seemed like a deliberately over-the-top book satirising both the target of the book and the type of author that writes this kind of book - both of which are highly deserving of this treatment. However, as the book progressed, it became clear that the author was sincere in the views being espoused. The thing is, though, what the author is yearning to go back to (and extremely intolerant of those who don't conform to it) is essentially a fiction, certainly as far as being the mainstream of American masculinity goes.

In truth, for most people, I expect that the boorish author would be as annoying to be around as the infantilized millennials under discussion.

Very simply stated and honest ranting about a very true, timely American pnenomenon.

Where have all the cowboys gone? They've become women. You're not alone in noticing, either. Giles takes you on an honest and funny look at the modern American hipster male, offering tongue in cheek guidance to the men who want to throw away their tampons and struggle in to Manville.

Don't read if you're a snowflake, trust me.

Doug Giles would meet the definition of a "Man's Man" in most books. He's happily married, has two great daughters, successful, hunts, eats meat and by the way is a Christian. His book shares some of his thoughts about what the emasculation campaign against men has produced and how getting back to some basics, you know, treating a lady with respect instead of having 'sympathy cramps' or providing for your family instead of getting your nails done and shaping your eyebrows.
Is it a bit over the top? One could agree. Is it necessary to overcome the brainwashing the media and entertainment communities are pushing on our culture?

Readable, which was a surprise considering the title. I fully support (retired Army Sergeant Major) but do not like the word pussy used in the book (also the title). Am concerned with the future of military and law enforcement considering the snowflakes coming up.

Short and Succinct, Pussification is meant to trigger the snowflakes. Doug Giles has a way of being brutal, especially towards Rosie O'Donnell, but the same aggressive tone can be tiresome after a while.
