3.5 Stars - I really wanted to know Emil and Becca's story. This was just O.K. for me because it was way too short. I personally think thought they deserved more. It also ended abruptly. It was not that great for me, it had potential though.

Nice story
Good story. Gives decent background information for the rest of the series. I would have liked to find more about the guy at the end, like what he was doing and how he liked being where he was. The ending also seemed a little rushed with a lead into the next book. Otherwise decent story line and likeable characters.

Not your having a hard day. You go to "Shift Your Date " to talk she is all seeing. Tells your to step outside your comfort zone. To go to the other side of the world. So you can find your destiny. Great book. Can't wait to read the sequels. Cara Wylde is a great writer, every book I have read of hers keeps me enthralled till the end. She never has you wondering what the book was about, her descriptions make you feel as if you are standing beside the person seeing the sites. I just love her books and suggest you read them.

Very well written. I will definitely get the rest of this series. The characters are so real and interesting that you just want to continue to read about them so I hope they are in the rest of series!

What made her believe the museum curator but not the woman at Shift Your Fate right away. She might have missed out on meeting him if she hadn't decided to go. Enjoy I did.

Good start to the series
Interesting & well-written first book to a series that I look forward go reading. I liked Rebecca's style especially how she fell for Emil's accent - I am a woman who adores an accent! There was good chemistry between them & some hawt smexy times.

This is a great book and I love how Rebecca is a no holds bar go get them kind of girl and and she sees Emil and she doesn't care if he's the one that the empath had sent her to find or not she knew she wanted more time with him and luckily Emil's wolf wouldn't let him leave because he had recognized his mate no matter what Emil's plans are.

Rebecca takes some advice and visits a small store Shift your Fate and ends up going on vacation in Romania. There she makes a new friend and finds one amazing man and history lesson. They eventually make is back to New York and she gets a call, her new friend is needing some help. This was a great start to what will be a great series in my opinion, can’t wait to read more.

Rebecca is an accountant, and a curvalicious woman who only lacks a man in her life. When she is advised to go see an empath,she is a bit bemused but decides nothing ventured nothing gained and gives it go. When she is told to get on a plane to Eastern Europe, she says "What the heck" and goes!
Staying at a small inn the medieval city she is waaaaaaay out of her comfort zone! But her tourguide more than makes up for any discomfort. If he could just be what she was looking for she'd be a very happy lady. Emil Severin may be a tour guide but he has a couple of big secrets lurking in the shadows which may be enough to make Rebecca flee when she finds out!
Rebecca and Emil are a hot hot hot combination. He's annoyingly gorgeous, polite but alpha to the core. Rebecca is a strong, independent woman who doesn't need a man in her life but wants a man in her life...quite the difference. I loved the wonderfully inviting historic setting and the intriguing nature of the Emil's back story. My only complaint was I wanted it longer!!!!

I had already read Bear Unbound, Shift Your Fate, Book 1, and I was happy to find out more about how Becca and Emil met, and how Becca had met Amber, who is the heroine in that book. I really enjoyed that book, and I enjoyed this one just as much. Even though this book is the prequel to that one, it did not matter. It still hooked me on page one, and kept me all the way to the last page. It is so romantic and sizzling hot. I received this book from the author in return for an honest review, I highly recommend this book and this series.

What a lovely story. Really liked this prequel and I'm dying to get into the series proper. It was a great introduction to a new world of paranormals and their enemies and hunters. The hunters in this world are the bad guys which I love. I dying to see how this world grows and builds. One of my favourite things in any series is world building. As i've not read any synopsis for future books I'm really hoping that characters don't just end but follow through the books and join the new characters.
