Rate this book
Excerpt from a poem in Requiem called Reflection Of A Poet : "I am a poet. I use words as thread to sew the truth on the lapel of society. The scarlet letter painted on each and everyone in blood drawn by letters spoken as my words. The blood that is life. Life flows through poetry." Requiem is a collection of some of Craig Firsdon's favorite poems, old and new, a couple important messages and a special dedication. These poems touch on many subjects, mostly serious, with a few pieces of humor at the end. If you want to think and be touched these are the poems to read. This is the first in a series of chapbooks Craig will be putting out. The author is a disabled poet and artist from Holland, Ohio.
