Nunca dei bola para esse livro. A capa sempre me espantou. Excelente.

A really helpful guide for CBT trainees. I read it during my master in clinical Psychology and it was really useful for understanding how to use a variety of CBT techniques!

A decent very basic introduction to the methods of CBT. The videos are more helpful than the text. There are some helpful resources of books to have patients read, and worksheets.
