Some great suggestions in this book, it just left me wanting a little bit more. Loved all the concepts and focus on the positive. Great book to read to help you stay motivated.

Interested to write this book since it suddenly recommended by algorithm and since it has short length, I gave it a shot. The Power of Focus emphasize the importance of concentration and using gratitude, to empower yourself. Sleep is more important than food, you have to sleep to function properly and rest enough.

Straight and to the point. I can appreciate the lack of fluff.
And yes, while multi-tasking, overwork and burnout aren't new topics, it was a good reminder to take a step back and find simple, easy, little habits to incorporate into our daily lives to maximize our wins and reduce fatique and the feelings of inadequacy.

Very helpful tips especially for all freelancer that work from home. lots of distractions compare to an office, and this is truly a must read! I enjoy every bit of it.

ربما لان اغلب المعلومات التي فيه قد سمعتها
