This was an enjoyable read. I have been a Beatles fan for over 40 years. I agree with what Leonard had to say. I saw a review complaining about his assessment of George...You can see that Stegmann is a fan of all the Beatles and rates Harrison high in the rock guitarist category. Clearly, Lennon and McCartney were more talented though. And the gripe about the quizzes being to easy, obviously the person has never read any of the "Pantload of quizzes..." books Stegmann puts out. The quizzes are meant to be fun and informative. It's fun to take the quizzes and enjoyable to read the write up of the answers.

This book is another winner, from an author that has become one of my favorites.

As also a lifelong Beatles fan, found the book, dull, trite and full of the stereotypical Beatles statements
The Quizzes were simple beyond belief
Found the chapter criticising Yoko insulting,
also found the statement that George was the second worse Beatle extremely insulting to his memory.
The dismissal of Come Together as the least favorite Beatles single, showed a lack of taste (ok that's in my opinion)
In the whole from a British point of view seemed to have total lack of understanding of what The Beatles were about.

This was a fun read from a dedicated Beatles fan. There were lots of quizzes and just various thoughts from the author about how the Beatles impacted his life.
