Very expensive and doesn't deliver the goods. Based on the title, I expected writing techniques--actual tips on how to write action, which weren't provided. The book does list a screenplay to read/movie to watch for each technique.

A great guide to the basics of screenwriting. Engaging and relative to many types of writing projects.

Provides great insight into the movie biz, writing action films, and writing in general. He adds humor and heart to the often cold world of Hollywood.
