Discover the pearls of mindfulness yourself!

The book is about the most sought after theme of "mindfulness". The format of the book is nice and attractive. My initial thought and feedback is that even if the book would have slightly shorter in length ( number of pages) the message would still have been delivered. There is too much of repetitiveness which gives a feeling that to manage 365 nuggets on mindfulness, the book has been stretched. For me every moment reading a book counts as the same time I could utilise to reading something else of my choice. But taking nothing away from the book, I did get wonderful insights on the subject and about myself too :). The book is laden with lots of these small meaningful quotes which definitely do justice to the topic. Then there are many exercises, some of which are definitely simple, DIY types. It would serve as a good read for those who are seeking to gather a basic understanding of mindfulness.
