Sexy clashing of the piercings anyone? This was H-O-T! Helena Hunting gives us PUCKING PERFECTION with GET INKED!
Helena Hunting never fails at bringing the sexy shenanigans to each of her books. Combining characters from two series is a huge risk, but Hunting managed it PERFECTLY! GET INKED is going to attract a wide variety of readers. In my case, I haven't read her CLIPPED WINGS series, but I've absolutely DEVOURED her PUCKED series. Some readers will have the opposite dilemma. There may even be brand spankin' new readers who will pick up GET INKED to see what all the fuss is about. My point is, that it doesn't matter either way. GET INKED is for everyone, fans and newbies alike.
I love love LOVE that the CLIPPED WINGS characters were included in this crossover novella. This series has been on my TBR forever, and being introduced to the characters from that series, made me want to read it even faster. The characters you know and absolutely ADORE are back for more in this novella. So many laughs, so many orgasms, so much hilarity with every turn of the page! I couldn't get enough! If you want a quick, sexy, hilarious, and unputdownable read, GET INKED is definitely the book for you. This will satisfy die-hard fans of this author, as well as, bring in some new ones that have never experienced the GREATNESS that is Helena Hunting.

It’s no secret that I AM A HUGE FAN of Helena Hunting and when I found out that she was doing a crossover novella of the Pucked Series and Clipped Wings, I was beyond ecstatic!!! I couldn’t wait to be reunited with Hayden, Tenley, and Chris the most since it’s been awhile since I last read Clipped Wings and Inked Armour.
What makes this novella truly epic is that the Pucked Series gang of characters are back and ready to get inked by your favorite tattoo artist Hayden. So if you want to be reunited with Violet, Alex, Randy, Lily, Sunny, Miller, Charlene, Darren and Lance then you don’t want to miss this pucking amazing novella. Puede que estas novelas extras no aporten nada demasiado interesante al eje central de esta saga, pero son tan amenas, divertidas y entretenidas que realmente hacen imposible que yo me resista a leerlas.
Get Inked le da mucho mas protagonismo a Randy y Lily de lo que esperaba, echo que me encanto ya que son una de mis parejas favoritas, ademas de darnos pequeñas pinceladas de lo que encontraremos en Pucked Love, libro que tiene como protagonistas a Darren y Charlene y el cual yo inicie hace unos dias debido a mis ansias por esta serie xDD.
Otro punto muy destacables es la aparicion de los personajes principales de la saga Clipped Wings, la cual lei hace bastante tiempo pero de la que conservo un buen recuerdo ( sobretodo por Sarah y Chris ), asi que si eres fan de alguna de esas dos series estoy segura de que disfrutaras como una enana de esta lectura.
Novela muy recomendable, es corta, ligera y te dejara con una sonrisa en la boca al llegar a el final.

I love to laugh as laughter is life. Life is just better when you’re laughing. A gut-wrenching giggle fest feels good and is therapeutic. Some may even say laughing is the cheapest medicine you can buy.
When I need good laugh, the kind that makes me contemplate slapping on a Depends adult diaper due to the thorough laugh-to-bladder work-out, I’ll grab a Helena Hunting book. I’ll stalk these stories so hard that I could teach those wanna-be Hollywood stalkers outside celebrities’ homes a thing or 10. Once a story from Helena Hunting’s hot and hilarious Pucked series appears on my e-reader, I will drop off of the earth or go missing for hours. I may be physically present, but my mind is off on one great giggle fest and involuntary-thigh-clenching quest.
Helena Hunting decided to gift me or readers with a new naughty but oh-so-nice novella, Get Inked, which centers on a tattoo shop. Oh YES!!! Giddy like a first date, oh did it feel FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC to be reunited with Violet, Alex, Randy/Balls, Lily, Darren, Charlotte, Lance, and even the Beaver and Super MC! Get Clipped was the best family reunion ever. It was so exciting to meet new family members too: Hayden, Tenley, and Chris from the Clipped Wing books I now need to devour.
The first line sent a spark of scorching heat to my body and lit me up in laughter.
“Randy’s on the couch stroking Wiener.”
I LOVED the peek into the love life of Lily and Randy, AKA Balls. Even after a year, their chemistry is still SMOKIN’ HOT.
“Sometimes Randy and I have plank-offs. Whoever wins gets oral. I’m up to six minutes now. I’m pretty sure I can hold this position at least that long. But it really depends on what’s at stake.”
When my favorite couple, Violet and Alex, came back to play, my BOOKGASM blasted with approval!!! Alex is so sweet and sexy, the perfect alpha and hero. Violet, my favorite humorous and heated heroine is so many things: beautiful, curvy, sexy, klutzy, cute, hilarious, and uncensored. My soul sister. Spirit animal.
“He liked it when I blinged out my beaver, maybe he’d be into blinged-out boobs, too.”
I’M DYING OF LAUGHTER LIKE A LOON!
Secondary characters, MC and Beaver, had to join this riveting and racy reunion too:

There is no other book series that makes me drunk girl laugh like Helena Hunting’s Pucked series and characters. Violet has nearly made me purchase some Depends from the serious snort-laughing I do every time she speaks through these hot and hilarious stories.
Lance, whose character I’m dying to meet, and Lily sum up the powerful Pucked series and this story perfectly:
“…I recognize that these guys have become my family…Sometimes it’s about the people who come into your life, and embed themselves in your heart until you can’t imagine you’d be without them.”
Get Inked felt like coming home, a giddy and great feeling. These Pucked characters are my family, and feel so raw and real. Alex, Violet, Miller, Sunny, Randy, Lily, and more have burrowed themselves in my heart where they will likely remain.
A hot and hilarious hybrid of Clipped Wings and Pucked, Get Inked satisfied my ache to laugh while sending my body into a blaze of burning bliss. This is a fun and hot little novella – a crossover between Helena Hunting’s Pucked and Clipped Wings series.
My favourite of the Pucked boys, Randy Ballistic is leading the charge for the hockey boys - Alex, Miller, Darren and Lance - to get a team tattoo, and where better to go than Inked Armor to see Hayden, Chris and Jamie. And, of course, the girls are along for the ride, eager to explore all things ink and piercings.
There’s not a lot really going on in the story, just a chance to catch up with all of the characters that we know and love from both series - which of course features a whole lot of smut-talk, inappropriateness and sexy time. With each chapter written in a different perspective, we get up close and personal with Randy, Hayden, Chris, Violet, Darren, Alex, Lance, Tenley and Lily. It’s gorgeous to see these couples all loved-up and just as crazy about each other as they’ve always been. This statement really is true about all of them…
I also really loved getting the POV of the characters that haven’t had books yet – Chris and Lance’s stories are going to be great and I can’t wait for their books, but the big surprise was Darren! I’ve had my theories, but seeing him and Charlene together… whoa! That’s going to be a great book if it happens!
This is a great read for fans of the two series. While you don’t need to have read all of the books of both series to enjoy it, I would definitely recommend at least reading the preceeding Pucked books (up to book #4) before starting this one in order to avoid spoilers. And if you haven’t read the Clipped Wings books, this novella could be a great introduction to the fantastic series.
A quick, fun and dirty read, I really enjoyed this one.

I always love when authors connect their books and ever since I knew Hayden was the one who tattooed Randy, I was kinda hoping this novella to happen!! And the time arrived and I’m completely and utterly in love with it.
Get Inked
is a crossover novella of
Clipped Wings Series
and
Pucked Series.
All the characters are there and the better part is that they all have their own chapters! All their different personalities are very marked in each chapter which is one of the reasons I love Helena’s writing so much, she can create amazing characters each one very different from the other, and their personalities always remain and also evolve as the stories go on. There are some surprises for the #Pucked lovers. I really loved them and I’m sure everyone will too.
In Get Inked Alex, Randy, Miller, Lance and Darren will get team tattoos in Inked Armor. Hayden, Chris and Jamie will be their artists. While they are deciding on the designs and all, the girls decide to tag along to the tattoo shop and the two gangs get the chance to hang out a little, which was really awesome #FriendsGoals. There are some revelations in this novella, ink and steel preferences that I didn’t know of—it’s always awesome to get to know more my beloved characters—and of course the sexy interactions within each couple is always perfection.

I absolutely loved this! Anyone who knows me knows that Hayden is my number one and I'm a huge fan of the Pucked gang! I was so happy this happened! From the little scene in Pucked Over when Randy is explaining a tattoo and he mentions he sees a guy at Inked Armor, I knew this HAD to happen!
It was really interesting and fun to see Hayden through others eyes. When we see him through Tenley's eyes, he's her everything and pretty much perfect in every way (I agree!) and when we see Hayden through his own eyes we get how tortured he is, yet how deeply he cares for everyone. He's very hard on himself. So to see him as just an awesome tattoo artist and a hot tattoo artist to the Pucked girls... I don't know... it was weird but really cool! It was definitely a surreal moment of world's colliding and it was perfect! And I loved that the Pucked gang got to see his very serious love for cupcakes. *sigh* God I miss this man!!!
So yeah (I could talk about Hayden all day) It was interesting to get inside of Darren's head. I already had 100 questions that I needed answers for (and I didn't get one single answer), but now it's a thousand! I can't wait to dive into their world (hopefully that happens)! He is completely different from the rest of the guys.
Lance, my heart breaks for him. I'm also really excited to get to his story. He seems to be one way, but he is the epitome of "Don't judge a book by it's cover" I mean... a manwhore math nerd that's also ordained...?! Say Whaaaaat?! Lol, I need that book in my life! I'm also anxious to see if he will give Tash a chance or is some other special lady going steal his heart....?

I absolutely love the Pucked series by Helena Hunting, so when I see another book is coming out I get super excited. Why you may ask? Because these are some of the FUNNIEST books I have ever read, the characters at times are over the top but that is why I love them. I know when I pick up one of these books I will be laughing so much I dare not take a drink of anything because it will be spit out (it has happened more than once trust me).
Get Inked combines the Pucked series with the Clipped Wings series. Now I must admit I am way behind on the Clipped Wings series and this book reminded me why I need to hurry and read the ones I haven’t. We get to see the characters from both series that we love, and it felt like I was revisiting old friends. I loved how this book brings together two of my favorite things, hockey and tattoos. I wish Hayden was real because I would so be lining up to get one from him, I have five now and after reading Get Inked I am itching for some more ink.
Helena Hunting has once again made this book whore laugh out loud; fall in love with her characters all over again and wrote another book you must read! Get Inked will have you not just craving cupcakes; it will be having you want some ink of your own, and possibly some hockey related ink at that.

Helena Hunting has once again made this book whore laugh out loud; fall in love with her characters all over again and wrote another book you must read! Get Inked will have you not just craving cupcakes; it will be having you want some ink of your own, and possibly some hockey related ink at that.

Loved this crossover with our men of Inked Armor and Pucked series. It was short, sexy and sweet with laugh out loud humor. Every new chapter was in a different POV adding character to the story and insight into some of these characters. I had fun from beginning to end.

I don't have a lot to say about this, as it would be easy to spoil.
While it is new, it is a crossover and a revisit of characters who are in previous books. If you have read them, or most of them, it is a lot of fun. If you haven't, there may be some minor spoilers to previous books, but nothing that will keep you from enjoying the books once you have read this.
The glimpses of the characters, where they are now, how their lives have progressed, was fun. The characters are all written to stay as you remember them, as they were when you read their initial stories, which definitely adds to the appeal, as you feel like you are visiting old friends.
Helena Hunting has a fun writing style, and the story moves well, each chapter essentially focusing on a new character or a new interaction. I felt enough time was spent with each character that you got a sense of them, without going into too much detail for some and not enough for others.
I recommend this, especially for fans who have read at least some of the previous books.

Get Inked takes the reader back into the lives of the Pucked series crew, while giving the reader glimpses into the lives of her Clipped Wing series sexy tattoo artists.
This novella is everything that readers of Helena Hunting have come to love. The girls have crazy conversations that are pretty much TMI, but oh so entertaining to read. There are lots of sexy times between each of the characters. But most importantly, she allows you to take a glimpse into the world that is filled with love on all levels: lovers, friends, and family. It is what I have come to love the most about this series. The support, the joking, the love are all the things that make life worth living, and Helena Hunting uses this novel to really solidify these core values in her characters and her series.
The other aspect of the book that I love is that is gives the reader a better glimpse into Lance and Darren and Charlotte's relationship. I need Lance to get his happy ending, and I MUST know what the relationship dynamic between Darren and Charlotte is. Ms. Hunting fed us just enough information to make me eagerly anticipate the next two books in the Pucked series.
If you are like me and haven't read the Clipped Wing series, don't fret! You can completely read this novella and fully enjoy all facets of the story, but I will warn you that you will end this book and immediately by the first book in the series. Just the little glimpse into their tattoo shop and seeing the interaction between this family will make you want to jump right into the story of the Inked Armor characters.
I love this crew! I love this series! I love this author! I swear Helena Hunting is making me an addict! Each new book just leaves me jonesing for more!

This was such a fun and sexy read. Exactly what I expected from a "Pucked" series novella. I thoroughly enjoyed catching up with my favourite characters from the series, especially Lily and Randy as they are my favourite couple. If you loved Pucked, you will love this delicious little treat.
The story itself was an uncomplicated one, revolving around the Pucked team getting a tattoo. All of the main players from the series were involved so I was delighted to get another dose of the humour and sexiness that they bring. I was intrigued by Darren and Lisa. I had only met them as secondary characters previously so this story shone a little more light onto their relationship. I was definitely left wanting more from them. I have feeling their book would be all kinds of kinky!

The only negative thing I have to say about "Get Inked" was that it ended abruptly at eighty-one percent. The remainder of the book contained previews of both the "Pucked" and Clipped Wings" series. I really wanted more from this novella so I was a little disappointed for it to end so quickly. Overall though, I found this book to be perfect for any fan of either series and could not give it less than 4 stars.

What do you get when the bad boys of hockey meet the bad boys of ink? You end up with the collaboration called Get Inked by the lovely Helena Hunting.
This book is a fun, dirty read. It's short and super easy to lose yourself in. As someone who hasn't read the Clipped Wings series, I haven't met Hayden and Tenley. However, that does not mean that I haven't heard of them. And what I've heard has me wanting to fit Clipped Wings and Inked Armor into my reading schedule yesterday. On the plus side, you don't have to know Hayden and Tenley in order to appreciate their appearance in this novella. In fact, not knowing them beforehand will pretty much guarantee that you'll run out a grab their books (I hear they are angsty AF, so be prepared).
Anyway.
This book has everyone you've ever wanted to see. Randy, Lily, Violet, Alex, Hayden, and Tenley. You'll also see some POVs that--if you're a diehard Pucked series fan--you've been dying to see. Lance or Darren, anyone? Plus a little bit of Chris and Sarah. See, everyone is here.
I'm pretty sure this is the worst review known to man, but I can't really say anything beyond this is an excellent crossover novella set in two different worlds. And when those worlds collide, you get Vi talking about nipple piercings, Lily looking at tattoos for herself, Randy working on a new sleeve, and Hayden enjoying cupcakes. You also get Tenley baking, Chris braiding hair, and Darren being all Dom-like (what is with this relationship?!). Everything is here. Everyone is here.

This was a crossover between the ice hockey series and a tattoo palour series by the author, so a lot of people the readers of the series already know showed up. A lot of couples having their moments all tied up by the loose storyline of the guys getting a team tattoo and some of the girls being interested in getting tattoos or piercings too.
Somehow to me it was too much. Too many couples, too many sexy moments. It was ok but nothing great, plus since I haven't read the tattoo series and only 2 installments of the hockey one I got spoilered big time ;-).

I was hoping to see more from the Inked Armour characters. As I haven’t read the Pucked series, I think all the other POVs & couples really went over my head, some parts felt cringy as I guess I don’t know their background and rapport.
This was a short listen though and was included with Audible Plus, so shouldn’t really complain. Actually, I will complain as Lance’s accent was absolutely godawful. I can’t work out if it was supposed to be Irish or Scottish - all I know was it was BAD.

I absolutely loved this mix of the two series! The characters mixing and comig together was genius and I loved how they bounced off each other. I also loved that it was from multiple points of view. Such a fun read!

This was a rather pointless novella. It tried too hard to be funny and smutty, and in doing so only achieved a cheap, cheesy story. Instead of focusing on one core character’s POV it featured multiple side characters POV’s with shifting chapters and in doing so, all of their monologues sounded the same. The plot was loose and not necessary in the series. This would really only be an exciting book to those who loved the ‘Pucked’ and ‘Clipped Wings’ series by Helena Hunting. It wasn’t boring, but certainly not something I’ll remember or could even say gripped me with entertainment. Just a very ‘Eh’ addition to these series. Two thumbs stuck in the middle.
