Regency Romps by Cerise Deland is a great Regency Romance collection, books 1, 2 and 3 of ROGUES, SPIES, AND LORDS OF HONOR series, with
Never a dull moment. Filled with exhilarating, exciting and entertaining rogues, randy ton members, spies, Lords of honor, fiesty ladies, suspense and mystery, what more could a historical romance fan, wish for in a book.
Each story presents readers with a different hero and heroine, plots, and cast of characters. Ms. Deland has an eye for history, detail and characters. A refreshing read! Strongly recommended for fans of not only, Cerise Deland, but historical romance fans, fans of delightful characters, a bit of with banter, romance and finding HEA. Fantastic reads, in my humble opinion. I look forward to reading more from Ms. Deland. I enjoy her writing style, her plots and her characters, which are all positively amazing. Another must read!!

Renduvous with a Duke
Regency Romance can be read as a stand alone . Hero is Huge. He is a Duke . Ann father was a spy master during the war Heroine is Ann . This is a great fantastic read with Spies during the French war in Regency time . There is betrayal and Treason . Both Huge and Ann meet in a music shop . Huge hears Ann play and falls for her . Ann won't allow it . There is scandal with her name . She is trying to save Huge reputation . But Huge starts digging and finds something out . Grab it and see what it is

When Justin asked for her hand in Marriage kitty's father denied him. Justin wasn't a lord and second Kitty's father owed money . Kitty was married to a cruel and unfeeling Lord . Once Kitty's husband passed she needed a way to pay off his debts . Justin approached her with demands of what he was looking for in a wife . Supposedly his Uncle had made them up . Do read it and see what the demands are and what happens

Once he gets back to England he wants to make it up to Emma . So he gives her a house , right next to his , He gives her servants that the lawyer says comes with the house . Dryton also gave his lawyer money to put a side for her . The lawyer says it was her husbands pension.
Emma needs something to do . So Dryton hires her as an accounted . She's having a great time until she notices her staff are tired with circles in under their eyes . Then she starts to question a few .
She doesn't notice that Dryton is living next door . How does Dryton get away with Everything . There are a few suprises in store for both of them

There are 3 independent stories but they are connected because the male characters are friends.
In the first book we have the story of Lady Katherine Varney - Kitty - widow, who needs to work discreetly as a matchmaker to get money and pay the debts left by her husband.
After having been successful in at least 7 couples marriages, she is sought after by none other than Viscount Justin Belmont.
Justin and Kitty met each other years ago when he, still a ship captain and a bastard son, saved her from the hands of the Frenchmen.
They fell in love but Kitty's father did not allow them to get married, and made her daughter marry a much older man in return for paying his debts as well.
Kitty vowed she would never marry again, valuing her independence.
Justin seeks a wife, now that he has been recognized by his Uncle Earl, becoming his sole heir.
His demand list was huge, and Kitty soon discovered that there were only 3 ladies who could meet the demands, and she was one of them.
Justin would do anything to finally get the woman he loved, but first he had to convince Kitty that not all men were the same...
In Book 2, a little longer, we are presented with a mystery.
Miss Anna Fournier lived with her mother's sister's family. She was like a Cinderella, working for the family taking care of the house and being chaperone of her cousin, Lettice.
Anna was raised to be a lady, knowing how to choose a good wine, to have great taste for good food, and to play pianoforte like an angel. Anna was even a composer, and secretly sold her compositions to raise money and live alone in a country house.
In one of her trips to Herr Breyer, where she sells her compositions and buys music material, Anna is introduced to the Duke of Kendal, Hugh Lattimer.
Hugh is captivated by the lady. First, because of her talent in playing the pianoforte - he's a deep-seated music fan. Then for her beauty.
Because of her he starts participating in all Season events with the goal of finding her, but it didn't happen.
Hugh asks for help from Kitty Belmont, his friend's wife.
Soon, they meet at a ball and Hugh knows she's just a chaperone.
He does not let himself be defeated and still wants her.
But Anna hides other secrets, not hers, but her father's, which could shake the Duke's unblemished reputation.
Hugh discovers Anna's secret and realizes that something in that story was not right, and as he seeks to discover the truth, the result can make him win the woman he loves... or lose her forever...
In the third book we have the Marquess story, Victor Cameron.
Victor works for Her Majesty, and at the time of the war played a key role to victory.
At that time, he met a woman who rocked his structures and almost made him be killed.
Sophia di Contini did not think she would meet Victor again while she was disguised as a maid.
Would he want to take revenge on her, get information or would they have a chance as a couple?

Great stories!
I would love to read about Neill Wainwright and Lord Winterborne's daughter and Rafe Masterson. I feel like I'm being teased with no release. Those two characters had good character development I would love to read about them.

I love Cerise DeLand's writing. I really do. She was awesome enough to send me this box set as an advanced readers copy in exchange for my honest review. So to her I say thank you very much!
First of all I think the cover is simply stunning. I also love that all the stories are connected. Don't get me wrong, they are all stand alone stories but it is nice that some of the characters carry over. I actually read Masquerade with a Marquess several months ago and I read it again as part of this set. Each story has such memorable characters and scenarios. My favorite is Rendezvous with a Duke.
The only thing that I didn't care for so much was the first story in the set. Lady Varney's Risque Business is a great story but I felt like it got a little too "intimate" right away. I like a good steamy novel as well as anyone but it just felt a bit rushed for my liking. However, it has such a great ending and the characters have such a great chemistry that I couldn't help but keep reading.
This is hands down one of the BEST box sets I have read in a long time and I recommend anyone who loves a good regency romance to buy it.

Three wonderful stories about lords of England who were spies during the fight against Napoleon, have a second chance to get their lady loves. The stories are somewhat connected in that the men are friends, and turn up in each others story, to assist in their campaigns to marry their one true loves. I loved these men. Each of the women they love have been betrayed and forced into loveless marriages, having to abandon the men they loved. As their former loves try to woo them, the women are all leery and don't want another man controlling them. The men however will do anything to get their women and protect them. Three great stories in a sexy box set. In the first story Kitty runs a secret business and ends up with a client who she didn't think she would meet again. I enjoyed this story a lot and the characters in it. In the second story Anna is living her life counting down to the moment she has enough money to leave and start over. I really liked when she started over and characters from the first book were included. In the third story Sophia is searching for her families treasures when she stumbles across Victor. She hasn't seen him in years.

This is the first three books in the Regency Romps series in one collection. Each story can be read as a stand-alone. The characters are strong, and well rounded. Each story has a little bit of mystery to go along with thr romance, something for everyone to enjoy. I liked all the stories with this collection and thought they were all great.

I had previously read the first story in this collection and loved it so I re-read it. It is my favorite story of the three. Justin and Kitty are a terrific, fun, and sexy couple and it was great visiting with them again. The other two books contain intrigue which I do love but I found that they were a little slow for me. On the whole the collection was a nice read.

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This is well written, romantic, dramatic, intriguing and fun. The storylines are interesting and entertaining, the characters are likable and enjoyable. Written with some dry humor, there are some very funny moments.

This is a selection of three stories - each one different, and each one just as good as the others. The writing draws you in, and, for a little while, you become each one of the heroines. Good read.
