“A side splittingly funny, heartwarming, and delightful read! I laughed so hard my husband kept asking me what I was reading. The inhabitants of Kissing Bridge are adorable. I wish I could give it 10 stars!” S.Stevens - Kindle Good Books Paris Kisses and Christmas Wishes a hilarious romantic comedy by Amazon best selling author, Linda West.
“Within a matter of pages I was laughing my socks off and immediately fell in love with the slightly crazy Kat… Linda West has such a knack for the humorous side of characters … Her writing style is so upbeat and unique I hope to see more of these characters I’ve come to love - can’t wait to see what happens next in the adorable town of Kissing Bridge!” Debbie Dragna

"I have become a huge fan of Linda West! I LOVE her books! This one did not disappoint! I hope the Kissing Bridge series never ends!” Beachluver
Funny, engaging, heartwarming and unique! You will love this story from beginning to end! Humorous, clean and wholesome, this love story is filled with tender moments and hilarious events all centered around the Christmas obsessed town of Kissing Bridge Mountain. Kat O’Hara is an author that can’t write. Her excuse for why she is not finishing her opus, is because she needs to visit Paris first, so the ending of her book which is set there, can then be authentic. It's a perfect excuse for the girl that lives in denial. Kat works as a waitress on Kissing Bridge Mountain where everyone is obsessed with Christmas and happily ever after. Kat's tons of fun, especially since she’s gained thirty pounds after her longterm boyfriend left on his internship. Between trying to dupe her boyfriend into marrying her and hiding her true self on Skype, Kat laments her lack of passion and drive. When Kat agrees to teach the Adult School Diet Class, despite the fact that she herself is thirty pounds overweight, she meets an international visitor from India that challenges her way of life. Together they form a pact to lose the weight they each want to lose to achieve their goals. Kat is a super funny, easy going white trash girl. She is also slightly mentally challenged and a heck of a beer drinker. Raj is a blue blood aristocrat snob fleeing the bonds of his responsibilities in India, and his arranged marriage to a woman he barely knows. Along the way the unlikely couple forms an undeniable bond that connects them against all odds. When Kat’s love life breaks apart, she learns that sometimes the things you are looking for are not always where you think.
From the #1 Best Selling Holiday Comedy Romance Series - Love on Kissing Bridge Mountain
"I loved everyone of the books in this series! Clean, wholesome and Christian based, they were all so very cute and different and you didn't need to read any of the others to understand what is going on. I truly hope this series doesn't end. 5*****

Oh my god this was the worst one out of all of them. Kat was just awful. Her constant pining for Lance who sucks (who did not cheat on her since they were broken up) then pining for Raj, then pining for Lance again the second Raj left. Raj was the only redeemable character. The editing is terrible in these books and honestly the lack of attention to the fact that India is NOT the Middle East is downright ignorant. To call Aamina who was presumably Raj’s friend from India, a Disney Arabian Princess is so ridiculous and shows how little the author even pays attention to the world. Indians and Arabs look completely different from one another and have vastly different cultures. Just because Disney is racist and didn’t understand that Aladdin was supposed to take place in the Middle East or Northern Africa yet the palace was built like the Taj Mahal and Jasmine and her father’s attire was slightly more Indian than ancient Arabic (yet Aladdin was dressed in a Moroccan fez), does not give excuse to someone writing a book who should do their proper research before making ignorant statements.
Another thing that just made no sense. If Kat’s mother was a French aristocrat, why would Kat not understand a word of French and have absolutely no manners? Also, why is a 30 year old’s best friend a 19 year old? She keeps referring to herself as miss popular, and her age would make sense if she were friends with Summer, but no she’s best friends with a 19 year old. Please also explain to me how Kat went from being “fat” on November 29, then suddenly by December 1 she’s lost so much weight and by the time it’s Christmas in Paris her stomach is flat again. Did the author legitimately pay zero attention to timelines and authenticity?
All the other books in this series have good characters but horrible plot development and even worse editing. This one though, Kat was just downright annoying, lazy, and despicable.
Loved Paris Kisses I think I read out of order. I can't wait for the next book. I truly loved all of Linda's characters. Funny - sad yet hopeful. Good clean reading......
Ok, well I stuck with this reported laugh a minute riot, (that I wasn't supposed to be able to either put down, or stop laughing over) to the 50% point. By that time, I had neither laughed, smiled, nor seen any reason to do either. It seems to be about a beer guzzling woman, who has gained 30 lbs, no longer cares how she looks, dresses, or keeps her home. The boyfriend breaks up with her, she meets a new guy, also overweight, who is already engaged to someone else. Presumably, at some point, these two will lose weight, fall in love, and go hea into their future. But, it was neither funny enough, nor fast paced enough in getting there, for me to stick with to the end.
Fun read. I was a bit put off at first with some of the chapters in the first person and some in the third person but got used to it and it didn't spoil the story. And the typos. What is it about Kindle books and typos? But I'm used to it now and they don't b bother me. . .much. the story is delightful and as a Francophile loved the part in Paris!
Yet again this talented author has bought us a lovely love story from kissing bridge. This time we get to see one of our characters go to Paris on a trip that she has longed for since she was a little girl told about Paris and all its sights by her mum. A good read with lovely romance.
This was part of a series I read and it lived up to the other books. Good ups and downs and a heroin I could relate to. Nice twist and turns to the romance. I could laugh and cry with Kat.
