A simple fun horse story with a rich-vs-poor contest, written at a 3rd-4th grade reading level. Probably because I just finished rereading the entire Saddle Club series, having the main antagonist be a snooty spoiled rich girl named Victoria set off my plagiarism radar. (Its not, i'm sure, just a bit unimaginative)
