Bentley “Beast” Harris became a Righteous Outlaw over a decade ago and never looked back. He gained the reputation as being the deadliest among the Outlaws, a skilled killer with no remorse or regrets. What his brothers don’t know is beneath the dark, death stare, and permanent scowl, he is drowning in regrets from a past he can never go back to.

Ryan Stanson grew up with dreams of becoming a police officer like her father, despite her mother’s objections. After a deadly mistake that took the life of her partner, Ryan is ready to leave the dangerous city life behind her and go home to Black Hills to start over. When Ryan takes a call to check out the local docks, she soon realizes that the small town she grew up in is more dangerous than the city she left behind, and Beast is at the center of it all.

Two damaged souls, refusing to forgive themselves for mistakes of the past, are brought together. With one on the right side of the law and the other on the wrong side, will what they share be enough to destroy the divide that keeps them apart? And will these two be able to come to terms with their pasts before they destroy themselves and everyone they love in the process?

***4,5 "Royal Pain In The A$$" stars***

This series was a wonderful surprise for me and i enjoyed very much all the previous books, but i won't lie to you... this one was the BEST!!!

For me, Beast's story was the best of all and i just couldn't stop reading!!!

"I didn’t do relationships, and a cop was the last person I needed for one night of fucking. Besides, she didn’t seem like the one-night stand kind of girl."

From the previous books, you could see that Beast was hiding much pain beneath him and even though that he was very antisocial, he was having a big heart who he was liking it to keep it hidden... He was dangerous, dark and savage...

He was killing without remorse but the club and his brothers meant the world to him...
To be totally honest with you, i wasn't sure that i was gonna like Beast, but damn, he managed to stole my heart with his big heart, with his memories, with his honor and with how he was with his Beauty!!!!

"He was no longer a criminal in my eyes. He was a man who was suffering with serious emotional scars that ran so deep I wasn’t sure if they’d ever heal."

Ryan returned to her hometown after a deadly mistake that took the life of her partner...
So, now, she is back and she is preparing to take the place of her father in the force...
Very soon, she is going to realize that the quiet town that she grew up is more dangerous than the city that she was living the last years!!!

And that her father had made a deal with the MC's of the area...
A deal that she has to keep going herself, even though that she is opposed to the idea...

"The truth was Beast was on the wrong side of the law, so it didn’t matter how dark his eyes were, or how tall and muscular he was, or that he understood my sarcasm. When I looked at him, all of that got lost to the simple fact that he was a criminal."

This deal is bringing closer Beast and Ryan and even though that they have to stay away from each other, something is drawing them together....

But how could anything like that to work??? She is a police officer and he is a criminal...
But all the god damn time, they are stepping in each other's path and with every encounter the questions are raising!!!

Ryan wants to unravel all the secrets that Beast is keeping inside of him, and Beast even though that he had decided that no woman's ever going to be a part of his life, his belief is trembling down when he is near to Ryan...

Is it possible this thing between them to work????

"I was falling for the one man who could destroy everything I ever worked for." {Ryan}

"This whole fucking thing is stupid! You and me would never work. Couldn’t work. But, for some goddamned reason, you bring something out in me that has been dormant for so long...." {Beast}

I really loved both Beast and Ryan....

Beast seemed to be broody and dangerous, but he hid inside of him too much pain... He wasn't who he was showing to the others... and i liked very much his soul!!! From the first moment, his protective insticts were kicking in for Ryan and he couldn't ignore for much longer the burning desire inside of him...

“I swore to myself I would never get involved with someone ever again. I never wanted to feel that pain. That heart ripping pain that nearly destroyed me. And I was doing just fine until you showed up. Then, you reminded me of what I was missing. Reminded me that it’s not all bad. You made me want you. Want something I swore I would never want again. I fought it. Every second I was with you, I fought it. But I can’t anymore. And I don’t want to.”

Ryan had her own issues... Her soul is damaged and she just wants to make a new start in a small town... But the problems have no end...
She was very dynamic and at the same time very sweet... She was noisy as hell, but i liked the way that she was pushing Beast's buttons...

"I wanted to be the one who opened the gate that kept him swimming in the shadows of his past. He was beat down, broken and, while I might not have gone through nearly as much as he had in this life, I knew the feeling."

Those two together had the perfect chemistry...

From the first moment, the attraction was palpable in the air...
Yep, they fought this thing between them very much, but it was impossible to not happen...
And when it did!!! Everything seemed just right and so freakin' hot!!!

"It was insane and completely irrational, but the more I thought about it, the more it made sense. We were part of two very different worlds, so why was it when I was with him that those walls that kept us apart didn’t seem to exist? The lines that were so clear and distinct in the daylight didn’t appear in the dark nights we spent side by side, running through the streets."

I also liked that we took glimpses from the previous couples and i'm loving very much the dynamic between all the Righteous Outlaws... They are not just club members... They are family!!!!

God, i would love to have another one book... Maybe Hudson??? Just sayin'!!!!

4.5 Stars!

This is my kind of MC story and I loved the main characters! Beast is one of my favorite types of Alpha. He either grunted or talked with one word sentences. He was big, hence the name beast, but has honor and protects the weak. I absolutely loved that he had a 5lb Yorkie as his pet that was named Beauty. The heroine, Ryan, is a tough-as-nails cop who was mature and had a good head on her shoulders. She saw the good in Beast even when he couldn't see it himself. The best part is, they actually communicated with each other! For being on the opposite sides of the law, these two were great together. The writing and story line was mature and entertaining and I consider this a safe MC book. There was barely any mention of the club wh*res and no cheating. While this is a standalone, you do get to see the other couples from the other books in the series.

Alpha male vet, now MC member with PTSD and anger issues meets new girl who is to become sheriff and it becomes explosive!

Beast served his time in the military and was part of a group who's humvee exploded, then coming home one thing after the other went wrong. It's been ten years now that he's been with the Righteous Outlaws and they are his new family. He is not the man he once was.

Ryan is a cop's kid who is back home after her partner died in her arms to take over when her father retires. She is finding out that her home town is not what she thought it once was.

When Beast has to meet Ryan (who he assumes is a guy) to solidify the agreement of the new sheriff as the same as the previous sheriff's he is pissed it's a chick. She is offended and their relationship is off to a very rocky start. She asks too many questions and he talks in one word sentences, if she's lucky. But something in him is protective of her immediately.

Find out how this relationship goes and if the MC can keep their territory safe.

After not being completely thrilled with the first book in this series, I was hesitant to pick this one up but decided to give it a shot. Boy am I glad I did! The issues I had with the first book are completely resolved in this one!

I loved the take on the relationship between Beast and Ryan. You don't expect the cop (soon to be Sheriff) to even be interested in Beast but over time that's exactly what happens! I love how despite fighting his feelings, Beast feels almost an immediate attraction and need to protect Ryan.

This book was filled with action, romance and steamy scenes that kept you reading until the very last page!

Beast is a big nasty looking biker who usually will answer with a grunt or one word and has one mean temper but this big mean nasty biker has a 5 pound yorkie named Beauty. So is there really a softer side to Beast that he doesn’t let anyone see? It’s also easy to judge someone when you don’t know the whole story behind their behavior. That’s where good looking cop, Rylan, comes in. Her dad has been the sheriff of her hometown of Black Hills for as long as she can remember and was now going to be retiring. Rylan had been a cop in Detroit but when tragedy strikes Rylan blames herself and leaves everything behind for the opportunity to be her dad’s predecessor in Black Hills. There are things about the way her dad ran things that aren’t all above board but he looks at the bigger picture and choses what is best for the town he serves and he figures that Rylan is that type of person also. The Righteous Outlaws are just that; outlaws but they also feel a responsibility to the town they live in and have every intention of keeping the “bad” guys out. This proves to be a problem when there are gangs who don’t give a crap about Black Hills and only want to grow stronger and make money no matter what the cost.

Beast goes to meet with the person who will be taking over the sheriff’s job and is making sure that the agreement the Righteous Outlaws have with the sheriff will still be intact. All he knows is that it is one of the sheriff’s kids that have come back to town with the name of Ryan. Beast was shocked when Ryan turned out to be a beautiful woman…even if she wore an ugly as hell tan uniform. These two form a special connection with Beast watching out for Rylan and letting her know who the really bad guys are in this town and why the Righteous Outlaws do some of the things they do. Rylan knows that there is something behind Beast and his persona and she is determined to find out what made Beast the man he is. Imagine her surprise when she starts to learn things little by little with one of them being that he is a decorated Marine vet who received a medal of honor from the President of the United States! But there is much more to what makes Beast this way. Is Beast ever going to come clean to Ryan about his past that has sent him into some extreme PTSD episodes which she has witnessed? How can a sheriff actually have any type of relationship with a biker and how are the town’s people ever going to trust in a sheriff who hangs out with one of the bikers from the MC in town?

Beast will have you reading it in one sitting because it draws you in and doesn’t let go. There are times that are hilarious and there are also times that are so sad that tears will come. This is my second Righteous Outlaws book and I have become a real follower of this series and Ms. Rylan. I can’t wait to read more on this MC!

Two people from opposite sides of the law, who realize they have more in common then they thought, and fall in love. The sexual tension between these two is strong. Add in their strong connection, steamy sex scenes and danger to make this book a good read. They get their HEA. This was a good addition to this MC series.

Opposites attract

I loved this whole series.
Beast and Ryan are differently opposites.
Beast is in the Outlaws gang.
Ryan is a cop. Her dad gave her the name.
One up holds the law. The other blurs it.
They both fall for each other, but yet still battling demons of their own. Helping each other carry thru. Enemies are at Bay. Can they come together to battle what lies ahead.
That's where you come in to read the rest. Happy reading. To get the full understanding of all the characters. You should read from the beginning.

Beast

I loved Beast and Ryan's story. Two broken people who's pieces for together perfectly. They made me laugh, cry and every emotion in between. The way Beast interacted with Beauty melted my heart.I'm so happy Dice is coming home. I loved how the guy all got their happily ever after and how Aubree included Nick, Miles and Cash's dad into their ceremony.

Heck yeah I want a Beast!!

Beast is so far my fav on this series although Dice and Allison was just as good as Cash and Sunshine’s story. This author has found her niche! The story flows with lots of action, feelings and some steaminess! Of course the HEA! Loved it!!

Beast has a past he doesn't like anyone to know about. You'd think with how secretive he is about it that it would be filled with illegal things instead of the kind of things people would be proud of, but to him it's nothing to be proud of and he'd like for it to stay right where it's meant to be...in the past. The problem with that is Ryan can be one nosey little woman and Beast can't help but succumb to her questioning.

"... You made me want you. Want something I swore I would never want again. I fought it. Every second I was with you, I fought it. But I can't anymore. And I don't want to."

Ryan is supposed to be the Righteous Outlaws' new link to the town law enforcement, but when Beast discovers she's a woman and not a man things won't go as planned. For either of them.

Ryan thought moving home and taking over for her father would be a walk in the park compared to the city, but she was wrong. With the Army trying to move into the Righteous Outlaws' territory she's basically walking into a war zone. One with murder, car bombs, and things she's better off not knowing about.

"He tasted like a pungent mix of sin and desire that left me completely intoxicated and frantic for more."

Beast is a story of the fine line between right and wrong, law and crime. It'll dance the slim gray area between the two and leave you feeling the light amongst the dark.

The relationship between Beast and Ryan is as sweet as it is intense. Their fiery passion leapt from the pages. And the Righteous Outlaws remind us of how important family is and how there are no lengths too long when it comes to protecting them.

On a side note, I have noticed that some people say this can be read as a standalone, but I wouldn't recommend it. There is an underlying story that continues throughout every book and you have to read them all and in order if you want to understand it.

My Favorite Moment: There comes a time when Ryan will stand up for what's right and for the man who deserves it even if he doesn't believe so himself and she'll do it in front of the entire town.

I received a copy in return for an honest review. Wow I have a new MC author that is going to be an auto add to my TBR list. Beast grabbed me from the very beginning and though it is a part of a series you can read it as a stand alone. My suggestion is to read the rest of the series first though. I have since made my way to Amazon and that issue has been since been rectified and I can't wait to get stuck into reading more of the boys from Righteous Outlaws MC. Beast focuses more so on our couple rather than the MC life, even though there is enough in the book of that as well. Action, explosions, a passion that crosses the line and a love that is as explosive as any bomb blast and you have a story that drags you kicking and screaming through each page as we learn more about Beast and Ryan, their past, present and future. I really didn't want to read the last page, I was that engrossed in the book that I devoured it as fast as I could read even though I really wanted to savour it. I really look forward to and know that I will be reading more of Savannah's works in the very near future.

My Review:
This is one of those books that I was so pissed off when I finished it because I was done with it! Some of you understand that and others of you may not. There are just some books that you can't wait to get to the end of, you can't put the book down. But when you are done with the book, you are so mad that it's over! You want more! This is one of those books. I just wanted more!

Bentley Harris had a bad war. Too many of his friends got hurt and he couldn't keep them safe. So he left that world behind and joined the Righteous Outlaws. He was good at it and got even better until he was the best. His armor is thick. No one gets to him. Nothing gets through.

Ryan Stanson lost her partner when she made a mistake. She can't forgive herself. So she's come home to take her Dad's job in her little hometown. She thinks this will be safer than the big city. Little does she know there's more danger here than the big city ever dreamed of. It walks on two feet and she's drawn to it like a magnet.

Rival motorcycle clubs that will stop at nothing to come out on top. Drugs. Sex. Guns. Nothing is safe in Black Hills. Ryan is supposed to uphold the law here. Beast is the essence of danger and he's aimed right at Ryan. The story of how these two manage to meet in the middle despite all their differences is amazing and one that I've put on my "read again" shelf. I'm betting you will, too.

I was provided with a digital copy of this book by Kindle and NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. I am not being compensated in any way. All opinions are fully my own.

This was my first read for Savannah Ryan and I liked it and was I was very surprise by it. This book is about two totally different people in the world one who breaks the law and one who is the law and how they fall in love. Beast in his past life was a Marine but when he walked away from that life with no direction in his life he end’s up become a member of Right Outlaws MC. Ryan is her father’s daughter flowing right in his footsteps and is an office of the law in Chicago. Ryan comes home to take over her dad’s position as sheriff when her mistake in Chicago cost the life of her partner; she thinks this will be safer than the big city little does she know there's more danger here than the big city ever dreamed of. Beast goes to meet with the person who will be taking over the sheriff’s job and is making sure that the agreement the Righteous Outlaws have with the sheriff will still be intact. Beast was shocked when Ryan turned out to be a beautiful woman even in that an ugly as hell tan uniform. The relationship between Beast and Ryan is as sweet as it is intense and fiery passion. And the Righteous Outlaws show us of how important family is and how there are no lengths too long when it comes to protecting them. And throw in action, explosions, a passion that crosses the line and a love that is as explosive as any bomb blast and you have a story that drags you kicking and screaming through each page as we learn more about Beast and Ryan, their past, present and future. Makes this book a good read.

***recieved An ARC from net galley for a honest review***

I really enjoyed this book. cops falling for the "bad guys" is one of my favorite things to read. I had never read this series before or the author in fact. While it stood alone just fine I think it would be more enjoyable to have read the other books in the series first (obviously I'll be going back and buying them and reading them right away!!)

The heroine was strong without over compensating for being a female in her line of work, I really appreciate that she wasn't trying to be tough or prove herself, she knew she was a good cop and had nothing to prove to anyone.

Beast was so beautifully damaged! He thought he was stone cold but his kind soul shows through all his hard ass talk. He reminded me of Daryl Dixon from the walking dead. Hard as nails but still a great guy who cares about those he considers family to the point of putting himself in danger to protect them at all costs

I would highly recommend this book for lovers of MC reads

I found this book to be full of action! I love military type books, I realize this is not your typical military book but that is what made it so good for me. I enjoy reading new to me authors, am I glad I asked to review this book. Beast, yes that’s totally his name, is an ex-military man with PTSD. He finds his place with a group of bikers; these aren’t your typical outlaw either. They love the town they live in and will do what they can to protect it to the best of their ability, and if that means taking the law into their own hands than that is what they are willing to do. Lucky for them, the law is willing to look the other way as long as it’s to make the town a safer place. I love the interaction between Ryan and her dad the sheriff, also Ryan’s mom, OMG could she be any more adorable, as in I’m so glad she’s someone else’s mom. I would label this as opposites do attract with great romance and a sexy hot bad boy!

I always heard opposites attract and that is what happens to Beast and Ryan in this story. Beast was once a marine but he walked away from that part of his life and joined a motorcycle club trading his way of life for the darker side. Ryan has returned home to become the sheriff but she struggles with her guilt over her former partner and questions her ability to lead her town. When Beast and Ryan are pulled together in an investigation all bets are off. This was an interesting read for me. I enjoyed the tough guy that Beast was and how spunky Ryan was. They made a great couple with each bringing a little flavor to the mix. This was a good read and I liked it.

I wasn't sure that this series could continue to be great but I was proven wrong, again! This story was awesome and will be a great addition to the series. This book takes us on a journey with Bentley better known as "Beast" and his broken life. He meets his match when Ryan takes over as Sheriff for her father of Black Hills. I enjoyed the snarky comments, back and forth sexual tension and understanding between these two. I love reading about the growing family of the Righteous Outlaws MC clan.
