Very good read and practical!

On a whim, I read this book and it didn't disappoint. I hope to apply much of it to my current situation!

It's interesting to read this book about the beginning of the no-money down world of real estate from this end of the boom. The underlying message that determination and effort are more important than money and degrees when it comes to success was heartening.
