A scientist responsible for an infinitely renewable source of cheap energy murders his own family and goes into hiding. Captain Snyder, posterboy for an international police force tasked with violently enforcing the safety of a utopian world, is assigned to bring him to justice.

It was supposed to be a quick and easy extraction. Things get complicated when Snyder’s biggest fan, a psychopathic private military contractor, finally gets a chance to put a bullet in his childhood hero.

PHOENIX is a script written in the flavor of an 80s action movie, a bygone era when over the top violence walked hand in hand with dark humor and social commentary. It was written by Kyle B. Stiff based on an idea developed by Angus Poon.
