Mack DeVin has always been hard, in charge, and unstoppable…

As president of the Forsaken Sinners MC, Mack has a reputation to uphold and a family to protect, but when a bullet puts him in the hospital, everything is ripped away. Unable to walk and lead his club, Mack starts to lose hope that he’ll get better. That is until a spitfire of a nurse walks into his room. Nurse Rose isn’t threatened by him and pushes him to his limits. She gives him hope that he can get his life back.

Rose Chamberlain hates motorcycle gangs and everything about them. That includes their President…

Rose’s brother Anthony is a member of The Street Kings MC, known for violence and never taking no for an answer. She makes it a point to stay away from him and any other gang member, including her patient. Except she can’t seem to say no to Mack. The more she gives in to him, the more she realizes he’s nothing like her hothead brother.

But a deal has been made, and payment is due…

Anthony has promised his sister to The Street Kings President in return for a promotion. He kidnaps Rose from the life she’s built and the man she’s starting to love.
The Street Kings better be ready to pay for their mistake because Mack is back in charge of the Forsaken Sinners and he’s willing to fight for what he wants…

But is Rose ready to become any man’s old lady? Or will she walk away from them all forever and make her own destiny?

This book had tons of potential, but honestly I felt like the writing fell short. It was supposed to be a serious story but it had so many cheesy moments I felt like I was cringing through a lot of it. The story was still overall enjoyable.

President of the Forsaken Sinners MC, Mack DeVin is not sure he will walk again. The doctors are not openly optimistic and he has never been a patient man. When he lashes out he gets called to task by his nurse, Rose Chamberlain. Mack is not used to having someone call him out and the stunning nurse is a fiery temptation.

Rose is falling for Mack, he is completely different than the bikers she has been around before. She should know, her brother is a member of the Street Kings MC and vile in every way. When he resurfaces and lets Rose know he is coming for her, she jumps on the opportunity to be Mack's home care nurse. However she didn't expect to fall in love with Mack nor did she think he wouldn't let her go.

Page turning biker fun. I liked that it kept me guessing until the end. Wasn't sure what Roses past was or if she could get past her feelings of MC's. Liked Mack, he is commanding but with Rose in private he is gruff but you love him for it. Another great read by Shelly Morgan.

MAD ABOUT MACK!!!!!💟💟💟💞💞

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Series and I finally get Mack's story!! Mack meets Rose when he winds up in the hospital and she's his nurse. Rose tries to keep her distance judging Mack based on his appearance but they strike sparks off of each other. I LOVE that all the characters we've grown to LOVE from the previous books in the series are part of this book too. They play a part in Mack and Rose's journey. This book was a GREAT READ and I am looking forward to the next book as I don't want this series to end!

Fab read

Well my favourite MC guys are back in this book. This series just gets better and better. This is Mack's book and tells of his struggles to get mobile again after he was shot. Rose is the no nonsense nurse set with the task of helping him. Explosive outbursts that have you chuckling and also almost shedding a tear.

I loved this while series I listened to them on audio book smashing them all out in just over a week.
I pushed aside all other books I had to read/listen to as I just need to know more of what was going to happen to the characters.

Wow wow wow loved this whole series 🌶🌶🌶🌶 hot and spicy great story line and loved how each book flows into the next .

This last books ending has left it open ended so we really
need another book added to the series . I really hope Shelly Morgan has a couple in the works as I need more of the Forsaken Sinners. I need to know what is next for Rose and Mac and all the grandbabies.

Highly recommend this series it will not disappoint.

Waiting Patiently for the Forsaken Sinners book!!!

Macks story

Wow Mack had a long road to recovery after he was shot in the back, with the help of Rose a beautiful take no prisoners nurse he's able to exceed all expectations. Rose fits in perfectly with this bunch and I really enjoyed this book. I was worried about how another female especially being with Mack would go down but she fit in perfectly taking on a motherly role to the girls.

Probably just me but kept misreading forsaken as foreskin 🙈

Anyway, great story. Loved Mack and Rose, liked that they'd lived some life and it kept me guessing. A few cringe moments hence 4 not 5 stars. But gripping.

Owning Destiny

4 Stars for Owning Destiny, This is the fourth book in her Forsaken Sinners MC Series. This story is Mack's aka Michael Prez of the Sinners. In Defining Destiny Morgan ended with Mack shot in the back and never to walk again. In Owning Destiny is about Mack and his h Nurse Rose. Rose of course is his nurse in the hospital and becomes his focal point to walk again. Once released Mack gives Rose an offer she can't refuse. Rose has a secret she is keeping that could lead to the Sinners destruction. Mack and Rose become more than just the patient/nurse relationship. All my favorite characters from the Sinners are in Owning with their own secrets and happiness. We also get alittle more of a glimpse of Tyke and Jax. Skinner will come clean to Mack about his problem.
Will the threat from the Kings end? Can Rose come clean to Mack about her secret ? Can Mack walk and ride again and remain the President ? Will Mack claim Rose for his own ? Well I guess you should check out Owning Destiny to get those answers. This book could be read as a standalone but I suggest reading the first three point five books to get an understanding of the characters and back story. I am so looking forward to Morgan giving us more of the Sinners, I want Tyke and Jax's story.
4 Stars for Owning Destiny Happy Reading!!!

I have to say like a few other's have said in their reviews, I have been waiting for Mack's book. I have loved Mack since the beginning of this series. I also want to admit freely right now that I actually have not gotten to read Louie's book yet, which was the last book in this series. It's not that I haven't wanted to, I just haven't had the free time to read the last book yet. So I had no clue what happened in the last book or at the end of the last book. So to say the least I was a little surprised at the beginning of this book and the way it started. But it was fairly easy for me to catch up and figure out what happened in the last book.

Now that being said, as I just said above I love Mack. Ever since the beginning of this series he's been the leader, the one holding them all together, and strong. In the beginning of this book we find Mack in the hospital from being shoot at the end of last book and unable to walk. Mack finds himself in a position he's not accustomed to, where he's not leading the pack, where he's unsure if he's going to be able to walk again, where he has to ask for help. I liked getting to see this side of Mack, the vulnerable of him.

I have to say I did like Rose most of the time. Rose finds herself being Mack's nurse, but she wants nothing to do with him or the MC life. In fact she's doesn't have good views on MC's because of her brother, whom she has been hiding from. I liked that Rose was strong, independent, and sassy. But I have to say I wish she could have been a little more honest, especially with Mack. But I understand her reasons for not wanting to tell Mack who her brother was.

I really enjoyed reading this book and was really happy to have the chance to read it. I loved the connection between Mack and Rose, and the banter between them. I have to say that there were several times during this book that I got teary-eyed. This book definitely wasn't lacking in the action either. I also loved seeing the other character's and catching up with them.

I'm giving this book 4.5 Stars out of 5 and can't wait for the next one!!!!!

I really enjoyed this book. I add another dimension to the all too misunderstood biker. From the start Mack is determined to walk again after a near crippling gun shot. He isn't afraid to take the help offered him by the sassy Nurse Rose. He knows that the only way he will ever walk again is by getting her to become his private nurse. He moves her into the clubhouse but little does he know that she has secrets and is using Mack's offer as a way to hide from her abusive and deadly brother, Anthony (a.k.a. Brutus - VP of the Street Kings). Mack and Rose fall into a very heated romance that is "HOT" and potent from the beginning. My favorite part is where Rose stands up to the "good" Dr. and basically tells him off and tells him he can shove his job. Rose knows that there is danger lurking out there but she refuses to have her "happy" bubbled burst. Eventually, it all come crashing down around her. She uses Kat, the club house mom as an excuse to push Mack away but she's using it as an excuse to run again. Rose learns the hard way that running wasn't such a good idea. She is abducted by her psychotic brother and is being bargained to the Kings president, Gutter. The Kings don't realize how important Rose is to the Sinners and how they will do ANYTHING to get her back. The Sinners end up rescuing Rose but it isn't long before the Kings come looking for retribution. There's a chaotic shootout that results in Dani, one of Mack's adoptive daughters getting shot and putting both her and her unborn baby in jeopardy. It's through Rose's quick thinking and nurse training that she is able to stabalize Dani until they can get her to the hospital. All ends up being well! I loved this book and really could identify with being older and falling in love. I was a little disappointed in how it ended but I just hope that means there will be a continuation in the future. Well written and a must read!!!

Owning Destiny is book 4 in the Forsaken Sinners MC series by author Shelly Morgan. Having read all of this series – including the novellas I couldn’t wait for Mack’s story, and all in all in was a really good story. I loved the continuity of the storyline and being able to see what was going on in the lives of the characters that I have grown to love throughout the series. I also loved that Mack was older, if we can call 44 old, but either way it worked for me.

Mack is the Prez of the club and for those of you who have read the series, you all know how things ended in the previous book, argh! Anyway Mack is a strong determined man, and these traits come in handy for the majority of this book. I loved seeing his progress with his health and with Rose. Who’s Rose I hear you ask, well Rose is Mack’s nurse. They have that instant attraction, but Rose is determined to stay away from Mack due to demons that she has to live with. I loved Rose’s character she was selfless in so many ways, a little naïve in others, but overall she was a strong character and fitted well in the story.

This book had me on the edge of my seat, you were just waiting for things to happen, because you knew they were going to. I felt that the author deliberately set it up that way, and I for one appreciated the tension whilst reading, it added to the overall emotions I was feeling. There were twists and turns in all the right places and the death, destruction and downright dirty talking bikers that I had come to expect from this author were all present and accounted for.

My only disappointment was the lack of information on Jax. In previous books we are left with the impression that there is something going on with him, but nothing comes out in this book, and I felt that we needed a little more from him. Fingers crossed he will get his own book or even a little novella to pacify us readers.

Another great read and wonderful addition to the series.

description

Owning Destiny was a great 5 star read.

Mack is in the hospital recovering from a gunshot wound. He has been told he may never walk again. In walks Rose a nurse who doesn’t take his crap and is determined to get him walking again. As they grow closer the sparks are flying, than the day comes when it's time for Mack to go home. On the day he is ready to check out Rose seems very off, she has a secret that she is running from and it has found her. She is getting ready to run again when Mack announces that he has hired her to be his in home nurse. This couldn’t have been better timing. Can he keep her safe? Will she tell him her secret?

I’ve already been involved in one club against my wishes, I don’t need to willingly associate with one.

Rose moves into the clubhouse and continues the therapy with Mack. When they finally give into their attraction, wow it’s hot. The sparks fly off the pages.

When life throws you lemons and you don’t know if you should make lemonade or drink tequila, you do both.

I really enjoyed Owning Destiny. All of the secondary characters were great, one huge family. Things get crazy with some huge twists and secrets being revealed. There were some very tense moments that had me tearing up. I was so happy to see a hard earned HEA. I really enjoyed the epilogue. Thank you Shelly Morgan for a great read.

I couldn't wait to read Mack's story and I wasn't disappointed. I love the way that this series has written and the stories continue to grow and be just as good as the last. I loved the anticipation I felt whilst reading this book I was always on the edge of my seat waiting for what comes next.

Mack is the PREZ but after being left with limited mobility after being shot he doesn't know what his future holds. Being stuck in the hospital is hard for this dominant bossy man but his brothers and daughter help as best they can. When his nurse Rose comes to him with a new idea that might help him, Mack finds himself agreeing but more because of the attraction he has for her and the feelings she sparks inside him.

Rose has not had the easiest life with a bully for a brother she has tried to stay hidden but live her life at the same time. Her attraction to Mack is undeniable but it is something she cant act on. Knowing who he is and knowing what MC are all about this is just something she always promised herself.

With the sexual chemistry becoming explosive its only a matter of time before one of them caves and when they come together its electrifying, However Rose is hiding a secret and Mack is falling in love.

With Rose's past coming after her and Mack's club under fire this couple may never get their HEA
Mack needs to know what Rose is hiding.
Rose will do anything to protect the ones she has come to care about.
Who wants to hurt the club?
Who wants to hurt Rose?

I cant wait for the next book in this series I just hope I dont have long to wait.
