This book was a SNOOZEFEST. So much so that I just couldn't continue and tapped out at 60%.
Although the first 60% did provide me with more than a few eyeroll worthy tidbits. Enjoy...

Ok, when I woke up morning an saw a New book by Jordan Silver I was all;
...sign me up! I am so there cause if nothing else you will get your good hot smut fix and boy was I right with this one!
It was HOT! I mean so hot that is made steam look cold!
Yup! That hot!
The story is about Ashley, a sweet 18 year old virgin still in school and Simon, an established business mogul of 30.
Their backgrounds couldn't be any more different, she comes from a caring family and he was raised in foster care. Their relationship is one that he tries to deny as he was contemplating marriage with Ashley's aunt, Jen.
"I tried to avoid her, tried to ignore the fact that the aunt could barely get a rise out of me in more than 3 months of dating, I never had the urge to push her for sex." So they did not have a physical relationship at all.
"I felt it was wrong to want the niece when I had been contemplating the aunt."
He makes very little mention of his past sex life only to say; "...in he last 10 years or so, I had put everything I had into my business...I let my personal life slip through the cracks."
Leading me to believe that he has had very little to no sexual relationships during this time.
He states,
"Damn, I was having more sex now (with the heroine) than I did in my teens. I was too focused on school and getting the f*ck out of my hell."
Therefore, indicting to me again that he was not a man whore.
Something rarely seen in J.S' books.
And I was very happy...
The story has a lot of sex, but it also has the development of a lasting, trusting relationship, in which the hero encourages the heroine to continue to pursue her studies and to keep contact with her family.
I should also point out that the story is mostly told from Simon's POV. With only 3 chapters reserved for Ashley and a sweet dual epilogue about two years later.
I won't say any more or I might give the whole story away and I tired really hard not to give any spoilers away.

What a hot story! I've read the first book a year ago and as far as I can remember, this book is better than the first. Jordan Silver's OTT alpha male is present in this book with a likable heroine. But this book may not be safe for everyone. See safety.
The story is about Simon and Ashley.
Simon, a wealthy businessman and Ashley's manipuative aunt, Jen were dating for a few months. But when Simon and Ashley saw each other for the first time, their world turned upside down. But how can he be hers if he's marrying her aunt?
At first, he tried to avoid her but he can't help it and gave in. They started a secret relationship while he's making plans to secure their future together.
There were a few bumps along the way but Simon did everything to protect her. And I like how they take care of each other.
There's a beautiful epilogue.

Wowza.. this was a dirty dirty story. The smut factor was off the charts!
This felt more like the original Jordan Silver style of story, crazy OTT sex on every single page pretty much. Lately her books have been longer and I haven't really been feeling them but this definitely brought back those original Ms. Silver feelings!
I found the whole mystery behind her aunts scheme to be a bit boring and it dragged a bit... but for the most part it was a decent story. Hope to see more smutastic-ness in the future from Ms. Silver!

There were some slow spots but still an easy fun book. Not a lot of substance. The bbq sauce sex scene was gross.
I was so happy that the H was not an asshole to the h. I had stopped reading JS b/c I was tired of the abuse.
H is all alpha male in this but there is none of the emotional or physical abuse. FYI to the JS readers who do enjoy those scenes.

A little forbidden, and typical Jordan Silver: over-the-top alpha male, and lot of wild sex that all H wanted was to "breed" h. No gentle love-making in her story. If you're used to her writing style and plots, you may enjoy it.

You know going in with this author there will be filthy talk and explicit OTT sex scenes that stretch the bounds of what's physically possible. 13 1/2" claims our 30 year old hero and he's giving it to the 18 year old h.
The secondary plot was decent, most of the perspective is first from H with a few chapters of the h perspective. It would have benefitted from being more 50-50 because she came off as immature to the point I kind of wondered why (besides the insta-lust) he saw in her, though he is true-blue to her once they are together. Towards the end there were some sweet and tender moments to balance the raunchy (hey, I never said I don't like it) sex.
Good to read if you're a fan of the author.

Ashley knew her aunt was up to no good and when she meets Simon for the first time it tears at her. Ashley wants to protect Simon but will he believe her?

Good story. I would have liked to have seen more of the softer side of Simon but it wasn't overly missed. If you liked Jordan Silver's Taking What He Wants story then you'll like this.

Here’s this fun book by numbers: 16 chapters plus epilogue of love, intrigue, and almost 24/7 marathon sex between 30 year old H with a 13 1/2 “ love rod and 18 year old h with a libido that had me both envious and exhausted while reading about them. This was vintage Jordan Silver and it was great. All the elements are there with the OTT alpha businessman and the virginal coed who are the centerpiece of the story. There is a scheming aunt and mystery companion, concerned parents, and a brief kidnapping to pad out the plot line. But the main story is the meeting of Simon and Ashley and their growing relationship and love-all while horizontal! It was a good read and a nice addition to this author’s library of love and lust.

What I like about Jordan Silver's book...
She wrote smutty erotica romance, possessive alpha male, a bit OW drama but definitely no cheating on, a very royalty hero and heroine, of cause with HEA. No matter how's the writing something pains me but I still found her books very fascinating and enjoyable.

This book is named The Seductress, but there is very little ‘seduction mentioned. I mean it is glossed over, but not really detailed how she seduced him away.
Simon is already on the way to marry Jen even though he is not in love with her. It is more of a ‘mid-matches’ business acquisition relationship with her.
But one look at Jen’s niece and he knows he has met his love match. It doesn’t help that Ashley is also crazy for him and wants to save him from her pernicious and manipulative aunt. She cannot let Simon be blinded and be taken advantage of.

I love Jordan's plots and this one is right up her ally. We have the story of Ashley and Simon. Simon is dating but not really interested in Ashley's aunt. Ashley knows her aunt is a lying, conniving, backstabbing B. She was going to keep her mouth shut and let things be. Then she meets Simon and she knows she has to tell him. Simon can't get enough of Ashley and tries to stay away. When he finally figures out what s happening with the aunt he gives in and takes what he wants. Of course the aunt can't let it go. So Simon has to protect his girl and find out what's really going on.

Good story
This one was much longer than the first book in the series. A May-December sexy and very dirty story. There was instant love and attraction between this young innocent 18 year old and the rich self-made billionaire.
