It is an interesting insight into a time and a series of thoughts around socially engaged Buddhism.
This rating is not persay to say that I agree with the contents inside, but there is a lot of good that can be taken from the book, and then a lot of things that may be important to other folks and missed the mark for me.
I was slightly hesitant to read a book on social action that was written 30 years ago, thinking it might be outdated. It is, however, as relevant today as it was back then . . . perhaps even more so.
