This book is supposed to be recipes that go with the natural hygiene diet touted in Fit for Life. There are a few good ideas (I realized it was from this book I learned to add lemon to broccoli many years ago when I first read it) but there are mostly inconsequential and/or unrealistic recipes. There are also a few recipes that do not conform to the advice in Fit for Life or in the beginning of this book. On the whole though, between Harvey’s voice and Marilyn’s, I prefer Marilyn.

While it's ok as an addtion to Fit for Life, and maybe slightly better recipes for a meat eater, the recipes just aren't as yummy as her other books.

This wasn't practical for me or my husband. I'll leave it at that.
