Chasing Dream
Dream Lawrence has been married to famous record producer Terrion aka Tragedy for the past eight years. She envisioned being married forever, until he did the unthinkable. decent read
This was a decent read with a slower pace, which made it feel a bit drawn out at times. However, the story itself wasn’t bad—it had its moments and kept my interest enough to see it through. While it didn’t have the fast-paced twists or intensity I usually love, it was still a solid read for those who enjoy a more gradual buildup. Not my favorite, but not a disappointment either.

Pretty good read!
Although this was a rerelease, I never read the original release. Tragedy really got on my nerves and I wished that I could reach out and touch him after he beat dream. The book touched on many subjects, such as mental illness, abuse, marital affairs and interracial relationships.

No color blinds!!!
It's sad the things a lot of women put up with in relationships!!! It makes me wonder if men experience it also. Their mama was so trifling screwing her nephew, while her husband was in the house, who does that!!! I loved that she found real live even if he was the fairer skin! No color blinds for me, he just has to be real!!!

Chasing Dream
I give this book five stars. It was filled with drama, humor, and emotion. I found the male characters' double standards troubling. Tragedy repeatedly cheated on his wife, and when she refused to work on their marriage and spent time with a friend, he became abusive. The parents in this story were deeply flawed. Overall, this was an excellent read.

This book was amazing. It wasn't your typical hood love romance and I loved it. I was so glad Dream gave Dylan a chance because it turned out wonderful for them. I would definitely read more of her books.

Different.. in a GOOD way!
Idk about anyone else, but this was a welcomed change from Ms. Raynor. I always enjoy her book, but this one, in my opinion was relaxing. This book gave insight on real life martial problems and the things we go thru. I loved Dream from the very beginning and I'm happy she got her happy ending. Her mom, really shocked me and the dad didnt make it any better. Overall, this was a good read and a standalone that kept my attention. ❤

At one point I was like you can't be serious right now. The foolishness that was happening in Dream's life was crazy. Back to back nonsense. However I thought she took on some things that were not her concern. Glad she gave Dylan a chance despite her drama. Then that darn Dylan had his own drama. Love won though.

Very Good
Dream has been through a lot in this book. Her husband Tragedy was wrong for what he did to her. I am happy she met Dylan and was able to love again. I love that this was not your hood book. Also happy that it was a standalone.
