Li transversalmente em menos de 2 horas focando pontos específicos que buscava: técnicas para modelagem de negócios para startups em cenários incertos. Mas o livro - bem didático e seguindo um passo-a-passo - utiliza abordagens para mercados e soluções relativamente mapeados e sem muita incerteza, onde é possível pesquisar, pensar e prever cenários de longo prazo. Pouco adequado ao mundo das startups mais inovadoras. De útil, gostei muito do modelo de representação de negócios 'Business Presentation Pyramid', uma evolução ao tradicional Canvas.
