After making a clean get-a-way Cameron Forrest started a new life out west. A new life with a new wife, family and job. Things were all good until cousin Killa pops up with a truckload of product. Ultimately the temptation is more than he can resist. His plan was to quietly and quickly get in, make a few millions and get out just as quietly and quickly as he'd gotten in. However, he wasn't the only one planning. The drug market in his new city was just as treacherous as the one he'd left behind. After a few heated situations in his new city he decides to head back to Atlanta and re-claim his crown after his dope girl daughter leaves the throne wide open. Will Cam make the quick flip and go legit or is it really true once a dope boy, always a dope boy? Turn the pages and find out in RETURN OF THE DOPE BOY.
This story picks up where Dope Boy left off and keeps you pulled into the life of Cam while his cousin Killa joins in on the fun. I enjoyed reading the antics that cracks them up while making sure family is good. The added in characters were just as easy to follow as the first story. There were two instances that the grammar needed to be corrected however it did not take away from the story and the typeset was good for the Kindle. I can always depend on a Sa'id Salaam book to get me out of my book rut. His stories read like mini series. This is one series I don't mind to continue to read.
CAM CONTINUES TO BE AWESOME, WHILE TRYING TO GET OUT OF THE GAME. I LOVE THE WAY HE HAD TO SHUT HIS SPOILED CHILD UP............... CAN'T WAIT FOR MORE FROM THS AUTHOR
Said never disappoints.. it was good to see Cameron Foster in action again.. he tried so hard to live a normal life and turn over a new leaf but as the saying goes "Once a dope boy, always a dope boy" I was worried about his wife and how she would react especially since her late husband was in the game, but I guess money and the power of the D, will make one do strange things.. I liked her for the dope boy though!! Great as always Sa'id!!!
I have never laughed and smiled so much in my life. I felt like a movie was playing in my head as I read a long. It was definitely a great read. I loved the cameos by Killa and Cameisha. I expected no less.... ##iamsimplyshonda
Pure entertainment as I could imagine these scenes taking place! The jokes were on time & the violence was vicious. I loved the character connection from other books--tied in well with the storyline. Great read!
Awww man I'm so mad at myself for waiting to read this. It was soooo darn good I hate that it came to an end. Sa'id is the man when it comes to the pen game.
