François Charles Mauriac was a French writer and a member of the Académie française. He was awarded the 1952 Nobel Prize in Literature "for the deep spiritual insight and the artistic intensity with which he has in his novels penetrated the drama of human life." Mauriac is acknowledged to be one of the greatest Roman Catholic writers of the 20th century.

hystérie bourgeoise catholique dans toute sa splendeur. On reconnaît le travail d’un enfant un peu plus angoissé que la moyenne, qui s’est trop tapé la tête contre le mur en pleurant dans son lit.
Les premiers poèmes sur ses souvenirs de petite enfance étaient très beaux, ceux sur l’adolescence et la vie de jeune adulte beaucoup moins. Comme quoi on peut écrire 260 pages d’adieu à son adolescence et ne pas comprendre grande chose à sa vie. Et c’est ok. C’est juste un mec quoi. Il raconte son souvenir des ombres, petites et grandes, des chevaux de la voiture traversant l’allée le soir, la tête posée sur les genoux de sa mère pour au final ne pas faire ses adieux à l’adolescence mais juste se mettre à geindre de plus (moins) belle. Les jérémiades et les jérémiades oh. On note aussi la période incel (« gneugneu joue moi un petit clair de lune ma jolie, regarde comme je suis triste », « je veux une compagne simple, grave et ménagère » mais ftg), apparemment inévitable à tous les hommes, qui m’a donné un haut le coeur mais bon.
RIP FM, tu aurais adoré Lorde, Fluorescent Adolescent, Like a prayer de Madonna, kissing boys on MDMA and saying « Cher Journal » au lieu de « oh mon dieu » à chaque début de phrase.
