A great step-by-step guide to planning your goals which makes it less daunting at the same time, motivating you to brainstorm and imagine new possibilities previously unthought of.

This particular method is not for me (I prefer add steps and see when I'll finish it). Some pages of same contents paste over (monthly list where each week is the same). Orherwise some helpful informations.

It's a good book, but nothing special

It's a quick read, no more than 45 minutes. No new information, but it could be great if you are new in goal setting and self - help things.

Live it

I love how the author was very detailed about the goals and plan and how to keep yourself committed to it.

Good for someone who has never created and sought after thoughtful goals. Very fluffed up with repetitive examples. I think the part about feelings (at the beginning) was the best advice in the book.
