As a consequence, the traditional planning processes have become unsuitable for most organization’s needs. In this book, students will find new, original insights,
A well-written book packed with interesting insights. It manages to break down complex topics about budgeting and planning in volatile times in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. It's clear that the authors are knowledgeable in their field, and they've done a great job of conveying that in this book.
However, I am giving it only two stars, and here's why: the accompanying website, which was supposed to host important templates and extra resources, is no longer available. It seems that after one of the authors retired, the website got deleted and neither the AICPA nor the Wiley team have stepped in to restore or secure the additional materials. This is quite disappointing because those resources would have added a lot of value and depth to the information presented in the book.
While the book itself is very good, the lack of access to the supplementary website is a significant drawback. It feels like a missed opportunity to offer readers a complete package that would have enhanced their learning experience. It's a bit frustrating.
