My parents love me, my boyfriend adores me and I have a great job. But here s the my life is in danger. Someone s been following me, watching my every move, trying to control my life. At first I thought it was a harmless prank to gain my attention. My roomie thinks he is a secret admirer. Is he? BTW, I call him Stranger. But why am I, of all people, of any interest to him? Unless there is something about my own story that I do not know . . . With every revelation, it seems the truth is far more twisted than Rivanah can imagine. So, the only motivation to read this is to know who is the stranger.
Nothing much to write about it.
What i didnt like about the book..
1. Riavannah (really.. what with these tough names?) She is hypocrite. Falls for every good looking guy. Get jealous when her cousin found someone (i strictly dont like the idea of an adult dating a minor) because reasons. She gets jealous of nivan's girlfriend. She ets jealous of nitya (which i understood). So much jealousy.
2. She lied and cheated on her boyfriend but how dare her boyfriend get angry and tried to breakup (when few pages ago she herself walked out on him on mere suspicion). Hypocrite. And after that please stop whining that you are a woman and all.. no hon.. you cheated.
3. Every hot and rich guy fell for her. How and why?
4. Her parents. God, they are so annoying and i understand why rivannah never wanted to move back to kolkata. They dont like two of her choices because both were not bongs.. but suddenly liked someone for her who isnt even a bong.. oh yeah. He was rich and hot.
5. How can stranger kept an eye on her for 24x7. We readers really deserve some explanations, atleast, after spending hours on 3 books.
6. Who is argho?
7. Every woman in the story is either kind and sweet or a jealous bitch.
I can write more about cons but then again.. i think its the major point.
What i liked about the book.
1. Suspence. The curiosity to know about the stranger made me glued to the book.

The book opens with Rivanah getting attacked by a stranger at her boyfriends place. Rivanah Bannerjee is a 21 year old girl from Kolkata who has come to live in Mumbai alone for her new job.

Rivannah realises she is closely watched by a Stranger. The stranger responds to her through messages and she is stalked to the extent that he responds when spoken.

Her love story with Ekansh takes a huge turn. Life gets worse for her. It is difficult for a girl to live alone in a new city. Despite knowing some people it is possible to feel lonely. Danny, a growing actor adds colour to her life. Danny and Rivannah hit it off at the beginning.

The stranger’s messages and notes start increasing. He is no creep longing for love from Rivannah. The stranger tries to bring the good from her but with some conditions. The stranger gives her tasks which has to do no matter what but also helps her during the worst of times. Sometimes the stranger is her friend and other times her enemy.

Rivannah tries solving the mystery and she leads to finding some hidden stories from her Past. She unfolds the truth.

Rivannah badly wants to find out who the stranger is and what does he want from her?

The stranger trilogy is a romantic Thriller written by Novoneel Chakraborty. Suspense kept the book alive till the very last page.
It was my first time reading a trilogy, At times I lost patience, I couldn’t wait to find the stranger. Curiosity turned into frustration but The stranger trilogy was indeed a obsessive read.

Personally, I have to like the protagonist to like a book, as we are going to travel in their perspective throughout. Rivannah is a wolf in a sheep’s clothing. She falls for every hot guy and they reciprocate the same feelings for her, which i found not very realistic. She did not like to be blamed or judged but she judged every other character.

The stranger trilogy being a ROMANTIC thriller, there was intense romance, which could have been told in light manner. The Indian readers do expect the author in such aspects but not all want such description. I found it not Romantic at all when it so explicitly explained and when it was not with one particular guy.

Other than that, I enjoyed the book. It was not any creepy stranger stalking the protagonist for love but here the stranger shows the good in Rivannah. The talk between the stranger an the protagonist was so philosophical and true. The stranger conveyed beautiful messages.

It was like a jigsaw puzzle, some lines and chapters made sense only in the end? Few character from book one reappear again, It is difficult to keep the characters engaging throughout the trilogy and he has done a good job in that case.

The story of how an innocent loving girl from Kolkata has a complete change in character after one bad incident in her life but. The stranger constantly asks Rivannah to Know her worth. The stranger asks her to confess her mistakes and even then if the person accepts her. Rivannah would know her worth in that persons life.

Rivannah’s parents were typical. They wanted her to get married to a bong or to any handsome guy with lots of money. This made me dislike the characters. I enjoyed Tista’s character, Rivannah’s roommate. Her sweet innocent nature made her very beautiful. She came for a short span and won my heart.

The stranger trilogy is basically a series of novels which consists of three novels namely.....which is a thriller story written by novoneel chakraborty. I would describe this triology as "curious". It opens with Rivanah getting attacked by a stranger at her place. Rivannah Bannerjee is a 21 year old girl from Kolkata who has come to live in Mumbai alone for her new job. Rivannah realises she is closely watched by a Stranger. The stranger responds to her through messages and she is stalked to the extent that he responds when spoken. The plot is vry different n unique not the usual types where you are being stalked way too creepily by someone who is attracted to u. A vry diff take on how the stranger can help you get the best out of ur ability, the best u truly deserve. The stranger’s messages and notes start increasing. The stranger tries to bring the good from her but with some conditions. The stranger gives her tasks which she has to do no matter what but also helps her during the worst of times. Sometimes the stranger is her friend and other times her enemy. The curiosity about stranger is very well maintained till the end of the book. Rivannah badly wants to find out who the stranger is and what does the stranger want from her?
Rivannah tries solving the mystery, she leads to finding some hidden stories from her Past n She unfolds the truth.

🌸 I was in class 11 when I read this trilogy. I remember one of my senior gave me the e-book version and told me to read it as soon as possible. I finished this trilogy in just one week. After reading so many books by this author, I still believe this is one of his finest work. 🌸

BLURB:-
The main character of this trilogy is Rivanah. She got a job in Mumbai so she went there and started living by her own. From the very first day some mysterious things started happening with her, which she couldn't figure out at all. She started getting notes from a stranger about whom she has no clue. She started doing unique things and started discovering things which are all somehow interconnected to that stranger.

REVIEW:-
⚫It's a hardcore thriller trilogy, and who doesn't love thriller? It consists of three books--- Marry Me Stranger, All yours Stranger, and Forget Me Not Stranger. This trilogy is translated to some other languages too.
.
⚫If you have watched the web series 'Hello Minnie' then you have probably got the idea of this trilogy but for me I hated the web series. It was a waste of time for me.
.
⚫I remember this trilogy left me with nothing but nail-biting. Throughout that week, I just placed myself on my sofa, and forgot about foods or other things in this world.
.
⚫The language is pretty easy, and the pace is quite in rhythm. I loved that.
.
⚫All the suspenses regarding the stranger will leave your mouth-open.
And all the actions of the stranger will make you fall for that human for sure.
It was the first thriller read of mine, and still today I recommend it to everyone.
.
⚫It's a kind of book i am gonna remember for a long long time, and also I loved the climax of the book.
At the same time, it made me cry, made me emotional, made me think about my life, and made me realise what I should value more in my life.

3.5 to be exact.
I started this book because I was bored and there was a blackout at my place. But then I was so intrigued to find this stranger that I completed it in 2 days.

Now I did certainly liked the book and the style of writing. But the second part of the book comes out as lengthy and unnecessary. And by the half way of the 3 part i could just tell who they stranger was. But his motive and his decision in the end kept me going on.

At first I felt bad for Rivanaah. Her both relationship did not go that well. And the part for which i appreciate the author for the most was that I felt irritated with Rivanaah. Like there were times that I wanted to know why the stranger was doing what he was doing along with Rivanaah. As I don't usually get so consumed with the characters I give the author a tonnes of credit.

Now this book made me think what's right and what's wrong. Was the stranger right in what her doing with Rivanaah and with her other classmate (sorry I forgot her name). Was Rivanaah right in what she did. Did she commit a crime by drugging her classmate. Like i know she regretted what she did. But that thing kind of got over shadowed. What about Ekansh and Danny and the way their relationships ended. This book made me think a lot, when I say alot i mean a tonnes and tonnes.

But i just loved Novoneel chakraborty's writing so much so that I have read all his books after that. His books still carry a special place in my bookself and in my mind. I am still thinking about The stranger.

Firstly I had read the first book and I fell in love with the concept then I turned to the second book which I would have to done obviously and the second book was also wondering and then the third book ! I've expected a lot a lot seriously a lot more from the ending ! But what I got? Nothing just shit ! The ending of the book was not that good ! The stranger was from some community and due to hiya he was spying on rivannah ! And then at the end rivannah became the stranger as well ! One thing I couldn't understand is that in the end the stranger died or he was still alive ! If anyone can explain me please reply ! Well the first two parts were great ! But then the third part was not what I expected ! I wanted more fascinating ending of this trilogy ! Though the stranger was the only one thing why you'll read the book . I won't give any more spoilers ! I will rate it 3 out of 5

The stranger trilogy is a book bacisally based on a stranger or stalker who stalks a girl named Rivannah, who is a smart but dependent. The stalker wanted to know her worth but by not revealing his identity. The story goes around the protagonist, Rivannah, and her past life, also her present. What's impressed me is that the writter carried out the suspense throughout the end, but by revealing little clues everytime. It was like a puzzle, which made complete sense in the end. Most important thing, why I liked the book is that, the deeper you go, the more you will know your worth.
Our life is just like this book, the universe listens to you and tells you what to do, sometimes it's your enemy, sometimes friend, but in the end you will realize and live for your purpose and worth.

This book is kind of addictive. Finished all parts in a go.
Loved the writing style of the writer, he successfully hooks the reader till the last part ..last chapter!
Title of the book of each part doesn't go well with the content. It's mismatch!

This was a fresh read. The tempo of the story slowly fades with every book but it keeps you hooked. The first book was the best as obvious with any series as it establishes the premise. Read it in a single day, by far my fastest read.

It’s a novel written for masses
I think Novoneel has potential to write far better than this
Many lose ends r not tied ti the end
Second part’s half content is almost unnecessary and redundant
Glorified unnecessary wrong attributes of the protagonist

Quite thrilling, makes you want to finish it as fast as possible to know what happens. To a level it actually tells how we are hypocrites as well as victims.

I loved this book, I followed the stranger from the book one till the end. Loved the climax at the end. Definitely an ending that I didn’t think of. So the surprise factor was there.

For me it was an intriguing theme but as a novel not much of an appeal due to the writing style , which seems solely written for so called mass appeal in Indian audience.

It was a very good book, if you are a habitual thriller reader you would get the catch but then the story is too captivating to just flip the pages upto the end without going through each one...
The more you read, the more you fall in love with the shades of "the stranger" with constant ripples in your presumptions...
Looking forward for more of his books... A must read!

I am not one to hate on a book. But boy, does this book make it hard for me.
I tried and tried to give this book a third chance, but after the second try to read this book (and failing miserably), I can say that this is by far the most disgusting thing I've ever tried to read.
The smut. Oh my god, don't get me started on the smut. It made me want to throw up.
The main leads' (the girls) character is...totally bullshit. I mean, she's a hypocrite and lost and naive. Such an immature and underdeveloped character.
She's drawn to every other attractive guy she meets, can't be truly happy for her friends and family. And, what the fuck is the story? Where the hell is the main story?
Honestly, the only thing that would make people want to keep reading this book is to find out who is the 'stranger'. That is all you can look up to in this book.
The worst book I've ever read, didn't spark any interest in me except to find out about the stranger but no matter how much i wanted to know who the stranger was, the writing style and the characters made it too hard for me to keep trying with this book.
I don't recommend it to anyone except the people who're only there for the smut.

It was horrifyingly ugly.

I will describe this story as a ‘Dark Thriller’
As I read the first part – Marry Me Stranger, the story hooked me so much that I had to read the second and third parts – All Yours Stranger & Forget Me Not Stranger. The suspense about the stranger is very well maintained till the end of the story. All the suspense that was revealed and the curiosity of who might be the stranger excited me.
These novels made me question certain things that I thought were good in my life so far. Like the stranger told Rivanah to know her worth, it made me think about the good and bad phases of my life.
In the complete story, there is love, action, heartbreak, blackmailing, family pressure and much more, but the most important part of the story is the thriller. From the beginning, it kept me guessing who might be the stranger. At many points, I thought that I had finally solved the mystery, but I only proved myself wrong.
The story is very interesting till the end, but I am not satisfied with the climax at all. I was expecting a better finish.
People generally criticize Novoneel Chakraborty’s style of writing, but I would like to say that he has developed so much in the past few years and has definitely raised his writing standards and I’m very sure that after this, there is no looking back for him.
