Fed up with her controlling fiancé, Reyna Wild impulsively boards a cross-country train with the intention of starting over, far from his clutching reaches. She’s not equipped to live a life in the great outdoors, but she’s desperate to make it work.
Rancher Toby Blue, the biggest landowner in town, is enchanted by the lovely woman in city attire he briefly spoke with at the town’s general store. He’s not too concerned when she slips away; he’s sure they’ll meet again.
When they do, Toby offers Reyna a place to stay on his ranch. Life there is everything Reyna imagined it could be. With every passing day she is drawn closer to Toby, and it becomes harder and harder to fight her attraction…
But in the midst of this new blissful existence she suddenly disappears, leaving Toby with just a Dear John note and his memories. He’s determined to find her and get her back.
Will Reyna ever escape the long shadow of her past? Will she find the courage to make her life her own and find her way back to the man she has come to care so deeply for?
**** This is a standalone Novella with a HEA **** Your copy of "Saved by a Cowboy " (approximately 31,000 words) includes a BONUS BOOK.
I'm always happy when I read the story that I have chosen and it's good but I'm always surprised and grateful that the bonus story is just a good sometimes even better I recommend this book
I was excited to read this book after downloading the sample. It was a quick read. I was however disappointed how the story panned out. The whole storyline of Reyna being on the run from Duke her fiancé because of his controlling ways ended up being pretty weak. Toby was a nice, patient man who only wanted to help Reyna have her happily ever after.
