Mystery, Intrigue and the Supernatural..
This was a suspenseful box set that ranged from missing people from a concert to someone running for their life to having a very difficult decision to make in the end...
The bundle covered vampires, and werewolves and, humans oh my.
Overall, a fast pace novel filled with intrigue.
Meghan Kelly did well with the narration.

Waste of time
I don't know where to begin. This series stated ok in the first book but lost it in the end of the first book. It never got better. I struggled to get28%. The writing is first grade level with immature characters. Waste of my time that i can't get back.

A thrilling suspenseful ride filled with drama, humor, horror, sorrow, sadness as well as smiles and laughs from start to finish, the author covers many types of supernaturals. An intrigue unique read that is fast paced for the most part, it has a very interesting plot with wonderful characters. It is steamy with some very hot hunk that you are so going to love.
Venom: When Chelsey hunts down her cousin in a nightclub she has no idea how much it is going to change her life or what all she will lose. One night changes everything as she lives through the nightmare along with finding people she never dreamed and what they do to humans she is terrified. Here is where she meets Slade and his band where she is attacked and loses so much. Slade takes charge and become a night in shinning armor as he sweeps her off her feet to start a new life. His only trouble is keeping her at arms link, he has his reasons why humans aren't his cup of tea.
Slade: Chelsey and her cousin are the only ones left in their family they are on the run trying to outrun the woman who is hunting them down to kill them. They know too much and they must die. She is uneasy being around Sade can he be trusted or does he just want her blood, maybe he will be the one who kills her. The plot thickens as Slade’s exs sister come to visit, she is up to something and is holding a big secret that will shake Slade’s world. As Slade and Chelsey grow closer there is someone very near that is about to start some trouble.
Toxic: As you found in the second book Slade’s life just turned upside down when he finds out the truth about his ex and her sister. What about Vanessa boyfriend isn’t he something, oh he has plans for Chelsey but Slade has her back or will he be too late?
Ms. Kelly does a wonderful job narrating from her wonderful character voices to the delightful emotions she puts into her audios. Her male and female voices are very good, you always know who is talking and what they are feeling. You can hear the emotions that each character is going through as well as the fear, happiness, confusion and sorrow. There are no background noise, no repeating of words, no volume changes. If any breaks were taken I could not tell. I always knew who was talking, what they are feeling. She really brought the characters to life pulling me in and painting a picture I could see in my mind. I could really hear the desperation in Chelsey’s voice and the powerful emotions that Slade has. This is a very clean, clear audio that is very realistic that you almost feel like you are watching a movie, the characters feel real even though we know they do not exist I found myself watching out the window expecting to see one. I really enjoyed how she shows the sparks flying between these two as their feeling and confusion grow you are pulled in. The narrator makes them feel like they are family. I totally enjoyed listening to this audio.
Loved the plot, the story line feels real as well as the characters. I really didn’t want it to end and I do hope the author is planning on writing more in this series. When Chelsey said one day she would find and deal with the woman that turned her world upside down I was think you go get her, but I totally understood that now is not the time she has things she must deal with first as she starts her new life with Slade. I just finished listening to the Venom box set and am left with a warm glow. VENOM: Venom is a world famous rock band comprised of tall, dark and terribly handsome men, who just happen to be vampires and a lycan. Melody Williams doesn't come home from a Venom concert at Club Nightshade and is still missing the next day. Her cousin, Chelsey Fairfax, promises to find her by re-tracing her steps of the night before. She finds Melody, but a vicious attack breaks out around them among the Night Roamers, Vampires and the Shapeshifters. Bodies and body parts fly all around as they fight to the death. Melody and Chelsey weren't supposed to have seen this, so Faye, the owner of the Nightshade, orders her Roamers to kill them and their families. Slade and Liam come to their rescue but who can they trust? Do they trust a Vampire and a Lycan to keep them safe? SLADE: Slade and Liam are taking Melody and Chelsey to Liam's family's castle in Ireland for safekeeping. On the flight to Ireland, a woman from Slade's past boards the plane and his backstory is told. The story is maddening and sad, but it also twists into a major surprise. Chelsey and Slade are so attracted to one another, but he can't let it happen again. He will not fall in love with a human because of what it cost him last time. TOXIC: With Melody trying to seduce Liam and Chelsey and Slade growing closer, there is a tragedy on the horizon and nobody can do anything about it. With a slight amount of angst, but a lot of love and desire, the ending is an absolute joy! The smile on your face will last long after you've turned the last page or heard the end credits.

I was thoroughly enthralled and completely entertained by this exciting storyline. It is a unique take on immortals, and I enjoyed every second of it. The characters are appealing and charming while the plot is sufficiently intriguing and shrouded in danger and mystery. There are no lulls in the adventure you find yourself on which makes it that much stunning and mesmerizing. Just when you think you know something, you find that you know nothing when the other show drops. I loved the mystery and the danger and low level of heat as it builds. Everything kept the flames simmering just low enough not to burn until the very end. What a fantastic adventure!
Meghan Kelly brings unending heart, unfailing creativity, and beautiful heat to this wildly entertaining story. Her mastery of voices and adapting to the beautiful stories she brings to life is astounding, and it only sharpens and perfects with each precious gift she creates. She never fails to pay close attention and give homage to even characters that only have a handful of lines. No part is left unloved, and I find that absolutely wonderful! What a breathtaking masterpiece!

Book 3 took me a bit by surprise. I didn't quite expect the direction the book went in but it was a fun book. All of them are. I'm not unfamiliar with Kristen Middletons books nor the roamers and lycans. I like that she sticks to the same rules with each paranormal story.
Chelsea and Melody are cousins who upon strange circumstances end up with a group of vampires and lycans escaping Faye the evil shape shifter. Each chapter has a new twist as the two girls end up on almost any teenagers dream adventure with a bit of trouble and some heartache.
The characters are likable, the wrting is exciting and the plot is always moving forward. It's a great read to pass the time!

Story: It was a great ride. I feel like we went through so much in the span of these three books. It was suspenseful, funny, drama filled and a fun ride.
Narration: Narration was great! I love all the different voices Meghan does. I love especially the ditzy girl voice :)
It was long but didn't feel that way as i was fully in it the whole way. Great read and well worth a credit!

I received this audiobook free for an honest review. Overall, this was a very interesting story. I usually don't like stories this long, however, I'm glad I got all of these stories at one time. Unlike some long stories, they don't hold my attention until the end. However, this book did. I could't put it down. The narrator did a good job with this story.

Venom Series Boxed Set (Venom #1-3) was a great read by Kristen Middleton. This boxed set consists of; Venom, Slade, and Toxic. These books follow Chelsey looking for her missing cousin. They never thought that the answers they would get would be so unsettling. I enjoyed reading these books and can't wait to read more by the author.

I listened to all three books in the series. This author is new to me. I enjoyed listening to Meghan Kelly reveal the story on audio.
Cousins Melody and Chelsea are young, naive and romanced by a lycan and vampire rock stars. This is a paranormal series worth reading.
