Michelle's dating a movie star and from the outside, her life looks glamorous. But she wants something more. At night, Michelle has dreams about an alien. She can't believe how handsome he is and lets him do unspeakable things to her. After all, it's just a dream, right? She's surprised when the alien appears out of nowhere. When she's at TerraMates, the intergalactic mail-order bride agency, Caspian Coore walks into the room, looking for some oversized parts to fix his spaceship. Everything's bigger about these aliens. Michelle had her future planned out, and a large, stern alien warrior isn't supposed to be part of it. Besides, Caspian is a Yarian. They're always promiscuous and love to party. Yarians only make an exception if they find their flaura...their eternal soul mate. Michelle's definitely not Caspian's flaura. She won't let him penetrate her defenses. Or will she? This story takes place in the TerraMates universe, but can be read as a standalone novel.
WONDERFUL INTER-PLANETARY RELATIONSHIPS FRIENDS,LOVE I WAS GIVEN THIS BOOK FOR AN HONEST REVIEW ........ OVER 18 + READING Michelle Fletcher,a young woman who (works for Textra Corporation for the last 4 years)lives with Tate Sheen (an obscenely famous movie star, sure of himself, loves attention and luxury, and is running for governor) and now feels stuck as if there was something more out there for her. There are also the Keeps of Yaria header home after a mission- Prince Jethro,Caspian Coore (Cas), Botu,Splynter (one of the oldest in senior ranks,an oracle, eccentric) the crew had to land the ship on Earth in an emergency from failing equipment. Michelle stops in to see what TerraMates is like, though in a few minutes feels like she is cheating and starts to leave when 7 warrior come in a regal one in the middle and three to each side, two were women(Indira and Nala). The warriors looking for electronics department but were told by the receptionist they were close but were at TerraMates a mail order bride agency and told them where to go. A few days later early morning Michelle goes to a diner and again meets the Keeper Cas and is introduced to the rest of small group, so when later at dinner with Tate and his friends(4 male) in government and the prince and Keepers are there they wave to her, then the prince comes to be introduced and ask them to all join them which Tate agrees to. When Michelle stops some fun one of Tate's friends is having touching the waitress, Tate calls her down and ask everyone(but her) about going to Diamond Tower that offers private entertainment, all but Cas agreed. This is a story of human and alien friendships, love story,inter-planetary travel, betrayal, and choices (good and bad), feelings of failure, pride. Is Michelle Cas 's flaura (life mate)? Is Prince Jethro now really Tate's friend? Will ate move on? A great HEA ending.
Although this is book 12 of the Terra Mates series, it is actually the first book I have read from it, but as it is a stand alone there was no problem and I thoroughly enjoyed the book. Michelle is dating a movie star and everyone thinks her glamorous life is great but in reality it's not as her boyfriend is rather selfish and when his fans are around Michelle might as well not be there. At night Michelle starts to have rather hot dreams about a gorgeous alien and she get quite a surprise when he actually show up in her life after crash landing on earth. I won't tell you more as I hate when reviewers ruin the story for others, so you'll just have to take my word for how good it is and read it yourself:-)
One of the cheesiest novels I've ever read. Most of it seems written by a twelve year old girl... then there are the way overdone sex bits. I alternated between rolling my eyes and giggling the entire way through.
There was no warning the lead characters would be sleeping with others more than each other in this book. Made the characters feel like a fling instead of in love.
it was so cool, for me this one had the perfect balance of romance, action and intrigue. cass was so interesting and loyal, liked him and michelle was pretty independent I liked that she tried everything to try save a relationship but the way she ended up with cass, perfect. and all the yarian conspirancies and such truly added body to the plot.
This was an okay read but had absolutely nothing to do with TerraMates
So I would have to say out of all the books in this series this was probably the best and that's something coming from me since I probably haven't left more then a 2 star review for all the others. The only issue I have is it had absolutely nothing to do with the TerraMates program, she visited the program just to check them out and that's where she innitialy meets Cas but other then that it had nothing to do with the Mail Order Bride program which is no surprise for this author her books never really seem to follow a purpose or order. So I would say it wouldn't be a waste of time to read this one it was pretty decent
This should have been titled Debauched Alien. The Terra Mates series is a bit like rolling dice. There is no consistency with the the way the author writes. It almost seems like each book is written by a different person, or perhaps this one was rushed to meet a deadline. Nonetheless I will move onto the next since I’m stuck at home with the flu.
This latest installment of the TerraMates series is unlike the stories before. It really has no relation to TerraMates other than two small references and unlike the other stories it does not feature a bride leaving to another planet. Lisa changed the game up and set this story smack dab on planet Earth! Starting with a daring rescue that ends with a crash landing!
Michelle thinks she is where she wants to be in life. She is in a relationship with a famous, hot, actor who is running for office. She has a job she has excels at and is quickly moving up the corporate ladder but somewhere in the back of her mind lurks a strong want for something. What she is not sure of and she does not know what it is or where to find it. Somehow she winds up visiting TerrMates. She quickly realizes she should not be there but not be for a smoking hot alien catches her eye. The chance encounter sparks a series of events that leads them straight in to each other's arms and turns her world upside down!
Unlike previous Terramates stories, this one happens on Earth! Add in Yarian conspiracies, stolen sacred gem and an egotistical jerk of a fiance and you have yourself a satisfying read.
Michelle has climbed the corporate ladder and feels valued at work. She is engaged to a handsome actor, who has decided to run for office. But when a Yarian spaceship crash lands nearby, she is pulled into action/adventure with Cas, our handsome warrior alien.
I have to give Michelle the plaudits for trying to keep her flagging relationship going but the jerk was never worth her time in the first place. Talk about selfish, narcissistic, jerk! She eventually lands at TerraMates where the easy on the eye Cas catches her eye.
This was not my favourite of the Terramates books but that's only because I couldn't understand with Michelle saw in her fiance and why continued to put up with him!!!!
All of the stories in this series have been steamy, but this one is BURNING HOT! Like on fire H-O-T! There were a lot of things in this one that were different from the other books in the series, but I really think those differences kept things exciting. I usually see a trend in story lines that are part of a long-running series, but that isn't the case with this series, and this book is the perfect example of that. This one really took things to a whole new level for me! Cas and Michelle were really fun characters, and like I said, their story is HOT and exciting. There is action, adventure, surprises, hot aliens, and a wonderful HEA.
Interesting story. There are actually several chapters before the main characters even meet. During those chapters we are introduced to all the "key players" and "plot outline". Michelle is unhappy but not sure why. She has a good job and is in a committed relationship with a star. So why isn't she happy? Cas and his fellow "Keepers" crash land on Earth after a successful mission. Chance meetings keep throwing Cas and Michelle together. Maybe it's more than chance. Overall I enjoyed this story. It starts off a little slow but does get better.
*I received a free copy of this book which I am voluntarily reviewing*
I loved Michelle and Cas! This is how I felt a book should be written when the aliens come to earth. Especially if they are humanoid looking. Women gauking and flocking to the hot aliens. Lol. Anyway so Michelle is with a douche of a boyfriend who is also an actor trying to turn mayor. Bored with work she's missing something in her life and has no clue that she is. Cas crash lands on Earth with his fellow Keepers. They aren't happy about it until they find out how much fun they can have on this planet. Its hot, fun, quick read. I really enjoyed this one.
Savage Alien (TerraMates Book 12) by Lisa Lace What a very hot sexy story. There's so many twists and turns in this book it will spin you upside down. Michelle has a hot sexy movie star, running for governor man. What else could she want? She dreams of another alien man, big, strong, and from outer space. There is something between Michelle and Caspian (Cas). I just love the Terra Mates books and have to say thank you to Lisa Lace for her great writing skills, please keep them coming. I received an ARC and have voluntarily left a review. This is my honest opinion.
Cas & Michelle ♡ Michelle's life is at a boring stand still, even though she is dating a movie star, who, it turns out is a narcissistic a@@! When Caspian & Michelle meet, the big alien is drawn to the curvy human, but unsure why or what he is really feeling. Michelle doesn't know if she can trust her perceptions. Doubts, drama, a twisty plot, and smokin' heat...all makes for a great Sci-Fi romance!
Michelle is dating a movie star but there love life is rocky, she wants more excitement. Then comes along Cas an alien who’s ship came to earth for repairs with his fellow keepers and a prince who turns out to be bad. It’s hot and sexy and gripping. But also makes you sign at the end. It’s a great read and not to be missed. I was given this book as an arc for a honest review.
BOOK REVIEW................. Good book. I really love this series. Great characters and world building. Feels like your right there a part of the story.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
I just love how all of these Terramates books are different so you don't feel like you're reading the same old story over and over. Lisa Lace has a great imagination and I hope she keeps the stories coming!
An entertaining romance about a human and an alien who is stranded with the rest of his shipmates after their ship crash lands on Earth. This has romance, intrigue, and betrayal, before the HEA!
This one was quite a story. Full of sexual tension and just plain sex, it was not exactly my cup of tea but was well written otherwise and had a good story line to it. I did enjoy the adventure and the as the plot thickened, the character development grew stronger. Samantha Leatherwood and Paul Brion were fun to listen to and made the audiobook an entertaining listen.
Wow this series only gets better and better. Ms. Lace, is a talented writer. The characters are strong, kind, powerful, and sexy. This is a series that makes you smile and very highly recommend?
Michelle is a hard worker at Textra Corporation for 4 years now and has a boyfriend that has a double standard in viewing life. He is an actor and his job is to be a flirt but no male is to talk to. Cash is the right hand man of prince Jethro of the yarian and a keeper. Their ship crashes on earth where he meets Michelle. Michelle cheats on her jurk boyfriend with Cas. Cas on the other hand has been sleeping with as many women as he can. That kind of thing would not be on my list of heroes but it seems it's normal for his people and the author portrayed that. It's just not my thing but I wanted to added that to give a full review.
Lots of great action in this one. The characters are unusual and well writen. I enjoyed the story and like i saI'd the actin was wild. SyFy fans should love it. Book given for an honest review.
I really enjoyed listening to SAVAGE ALIEN, the 12th book in Lisa Lace's SciFi series TerraMates. Savage Alien stands out from the other books in the series in several ways. For one, the hero/heroine in question only casually meet accidentally the first time at the TerraMates offices rather than being matched through the program. Secondly, they aren't married by the end of the book. Lastly, Michelle is actually in a relationship with Tate, who is a local celebrity, when they do first meet. Still, this story was very fun to read and kept my interest from start to finish.
Caspian, or Caz as he prefers, is a Keeper. A big dark, sexy hulk of a warrior who comes from a planet where his only pastimes are casual sex and sleeping when he isn't protecting the kingdom. He finds himself temporarily on Earth after the ship he, the Prince, and several other Keepers were headed for home on after completing their most recent mission, is forced to land for safety. Since they will be there for several weeks waiting War the parts needed to make the repairs to the ship he makes the best of it by spending time in the clubs in the area hoping to meet women from Earth.
Michelle has been living with the very self-absorbed and narcissistic Tate for over 3 years now. She isn't really happy with him but believes that all couples go through difficult periods and she owes him her loyalty and effort to make things work. The fact that she keeps bumping into the sexy alien isn't helping her cause. Likewise Caspian is very interested in Michelle and is not detoured when he sees her with Tate. It's apparent to him the man does not appreciate her or even really care for her. Caz on the other hand cannot get her out of his mind and pursues her, despite the many other women he has opportunities with.
Despite never leaving Earth there is danger and suspense involving all the main characters including the Prince. Michelle, Caspian and the other Keepers must work together to save Earth from a dangerous plot.
Great story that was well read by the narrators. 4 stars
~Complimentary audiobook received. Opinions expressed in this review are my own.
I received this audiobook free for an honest review. As usual Lisa Lace delivers a great story again. This being her 12 in the TerraMates series and it is just as unique as all the others. This one, however, takes place on Earth. Different from the rest. Michelle isn't looking for romance. She is living (4 years) with a TV/movie star. However, is the grass greener on the other side? In this case, yes! The two narrators did a wonderful job of portraying the characters and bringing out their personalities and the story. Always looking forward to Lisa's next book. Awesome!!!!
Title: Savage Alien Series: A TerraMates Destination: Book 12, 347 Pages Author: Lisa Lace Reviewer: Ingrid Stephanie Jordan Genre: #SciFi #Aliens My Score: #5Stars☆☆☆☆☆
○°○°○°○°○°○°○°○°○°○°○°○°○°○ I really have come to the conclusion that all Ms. Lisa's book are a little different each time but it always tells a story. One thing I like the most is Ms Lisa hooks you right away all the way to the end. Most definitely a MUST READ Book.. Love this whole TerraMates Series. Elizabeth Michelle Fletcher was bored she has climbed up the cooperate ladder in four year, starting on the 1st floor and half way up so far, not at the top yet but the money is great. Plus she was very lucky her boyfriend is a movie star. Oh she loved it at 1st, everyone loved him too and ofcoarse his fan are everywhere when she's with him she is basically pushed to the side and ignored. Now there relationship is cold as ice. There's got to be something better but what? Caspian Coore aka: Cas of Luna Maris is an Alien from Yarian also because he is a Yarian Keepers just like his deceased father. He also second to Prince Jethro who plans to step in his father footsteps for the throne. After a successful mission and celebrating by drinking barrels and barrels of liquor there spaceship's alarms go off. There crashing to earth. Will they all survive? I was gifted this book for an honest and truthful review.
I was given this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Michelle is living in a rut. Her boyfriend is more concerned with his want than hers and thinks he's all that. Well so do alot of people and Michelle use to. But now more things are coming to light and his true face is showing. Then the alien crash land and from the planet she most wants to visit. When he and Cas meet they have a instant connection. It still doesn't stop him getting women as aliens have appetites, and it doesn't stop her relationship from carrying on. The rest of the aliens are just as free with sexualality and enjoy earth while they are here. I got to admit I wasn't to keen on the Prince and definately Indira. She needed to back of Cas cause he is Michelle. Don't get me started on Tate, I mean seriously what the hell was Michelle thinking being with him? He didn't see or hear her. Twanda omg those talks with Cas? I had tears in my eyes they was so moving. This book had alot going on. Comedy, action, betrayal, hot sex and soul mates. Omg Cas and Michelle are amazing couple. Both needed to put the past behind them. So much to enjoy with this book is didn't want to put it down. AWESOME!!!!
