Neat little book!
While trying to get my health under control, I do things like eat a balanced diet with lots of veggies and as close to pasture raised meats as I can. Lots of fish and staying away from grains and nightshades. These are the best of our standard diet; tomatoes, potatoes and eggplant.
As great a start on wellness this is, the toxins in our home, outside and just plain in the air still keep us sick. At last, I found a cheap, easy way to protect our lives. Baking soda has been used for 3,000 years. This book has a lot of tips and recipes to sanitize and clean.

So many uses for Baking Soda! Who knew?!
I had no idea how many uses there were for baking soda. I am definitely saving this book to favorites. I am definitely trying the toothpaste, laundry care and car deodorizer first. Thank you for putting this book together. What an incredible value!

Baking soda
I found the book to be useful in giving you ways of cleaning your home. I have a home cleaning business and already use baking soda and vinegar in cleaning. There were some ways of using baking soda that I have not implemented yet but will try.

I like that I learned I can use it for deodorant. I have been using baby powder, that does not work well. So I am going to give this a try. Great idea for heartburn/acid reflux, because tums does not work. I will also be using it for my shoes instead of foot powder. For cleaning purposes also.

Good tips!
For people who don’t know about the wonderful uses of baking soda, this is a good book. For me, it was a great refresher with some additional information. I’ve been using baking soda all my life, and always have a couple of extra boxes around the house.

Love the tips!!!
Never knew baking soda was so versatile! Have used the sore throat recipe and it was fabulous! Sore throat GONE! Will try the carpet treatment and pet cleaner soon..what great information here!!!!

Easy reader!
I enjoyed this book. I wish it was a bit longer with more tricks but that's OK I learned some new things.. It was an easy reader I hope I find something similar to I'm thinking similar to it. I love hacks and home remedies.

Yes, there are a lot of uses for baking soda and this will give you quite a range from health and beauty to cleaning solutions to odor elimination and moisture absorbers to uses with food. Some of the ideas are definitely good and others are actually scary, like coating meat and letting it set out at room temperature for an hour or two to tenderize it, or using it to suck up odors from your kitchen garbage can or sponge, suggesting killing the odor and not the bacteria is good enough.
Some of the suggestions get specific with the amount to mix with water, vinegar or liquid soap and others are kind of vague, giving you the amount of baking soda but leaving you to figure out how much water to add.
Very short book—60 pages—that I picked up when it was offered for free. I can’t see it being worth the full paperback price it’s currently being sold at.

Lots of cool Baking Soda uses
I always have a large bag of baking soda in my pantry. I buy big bags of it from a warehouse store. Baking soda is natural and between that and vinegar, I can clean many things without toxic store products. I don't like using harsh products and mixing cleaning products is bad for health and can be dangerous. I don't like chemicals around my pets plus I like to eliminate my purchases of things that use animal testing in their production.

If you've never read about baking soda before . . .
This may be a great book for you. Those of us over age 60 were taught most of these uses by our mothers, but I expect many in the under-30 set have never heard most of th these tips. Buy the book! You'll save the price many times over if you follow the advice.

Some New Information
If you've been around the block a couple of times this book won't hold anything new, but if you're just starting out it would be a great read for more natural cleansing. I knew most of this, but it was interesting to see the newer information and get actual measurements and instructions for some things like cleaning burned cookware.

You can actually tenderize meat with baking soda if you have an hour to kill! All you need to do is rub both sides of your piece of meat with baking soda, then put it back into the fridge to wait. Make sure you coat the meat liberally with baking soda.? Yeah… no.

i love all of these ideas and have used quite a few they work especially in laundry and hair
