People engaged in sports for different reasons, in schools sporting seasons are put into place to boost the students competitive spirits, at a higher level individuals take up sports as a professional career from which they can earn a living, there are people who spend thousands of hours at sports stadiums and tons of cash just to enjoy the fun of watching big games and athletic tournaments, there is also a class of people who engage in sports activities to exercise their body muscles and boost their health, in many cultures and tribes, communities gather together in huge numbers to engage in sports activities as part of a ceremony, a ritual, a religious observance or a rite of passage.
