Sacred Stones

Rate this book
Stones can teach us about our sacred connections-to spirit, to self, to memory, to imagination, to ancient energies, and to deep archetypal urges. In Sacred Stones , the sequel to Sacred Feathers , author Maril Crabtree offers a collection of stories, poems, and meditations about how stones-from the tiniest pebble to the largest monument-have influenced and guided us during pivotal moments in our lives.

I absolutely loved the stories and poems, the book was woven together so nicely, it felt comfortable to read and the flow made it easy to read straight through. I would suggest it to anyone looking for a nice, gentle read.

I really liked the poems:
On the road by Ted Kooser
Barefoot by Timothy Pettet

I am a biased reviewer, since one of my stories "Crystal Children" is among the collection of stories. I'm really fond of the whole series of books (Sacred Feathers, Sacred Stones Sacred Water, and Sacred Fire) collected by Maril Crabtree.
