Another weak female heroine in Isabel. Poor Tyler, it is a pity he had not bonded to someone else. And his old enclave, what a bunch of hypocrites, expecting Tyler to clean up the mess they created.
I stopped reading when Tyler and Isabel decided to have sex before getting out. Reality check please, you are in the middle of the enemies place but you stop to have sex first.
And the instant forgiveness just because she says sorry, I was young and stupid and threatened.

Tyler loves his crew, he really does, he might have to remind himself several times a day, but there isn’t a shifter there he wouldn’t take a bullet for. His best friend Thorn is suffering and he can’t help, he knows how it feels to have lost the one thing you loved more than life itself. Thorn lost his mate to death, Tyler lost the love of his life to his brother!
Tyler is different from the rest of the Clawed crew, he’s a Skin Shifter! He can control all animals even shifters if they shift into their animals, Tyler doesn’t take advantage, but it has come in handy when needed. It takes a lot of energy to control a shifters animal, so it’s only done in an emergency
Isabelle had loved Tyler as a child, as a teen and as a young woman, but she knows her place, so she broke his heart when she mated his brother and then watched as he was banished from his clan! But she never really stopped loving him.
And now she has to convince him to come back and fight to be leader, his brother (her mate) wasn’t the leader her clan thought he would be, he’s mean and vindictive, he beats her! (Some say she might have deserved it, but no one deserves to be treated like that!)
Tyler won’t come back and kill his brother, the clan made their choice, so they can live with it! But when Isabelle visits him in his new home, he can’t get over how much she has changed! And he still thinks of her as his!
The battle comes to their town in the form of his brother, so Tyler has no choice but to fight him. But how can he beat him when he’s so much stronger? And what will happen after? Will he be able to claim Isabelle for himself?
Didn’t really like this one. I didn’t connect with Isabelle and Tyler like I did with the other books. And the ending was a little anticlimactic!

This series has really went downhill. A whole bunch of TSTL. Who in their right mind would stop and have sex down the hall from someone who is trying to kill them?!? Why was Isabelle so weak? If she was a skin shifter why didn’t she ever help? Why does this author write such weak heroines?
It really just felt like a whole bunch of filler and then a HEA that we are supposed to just accept. We hate the heroine in the beginning because she rejected him but in a blink of an eye we are supposed to love her? What was up with the random story of him saying he protected the D lost author? It seemed like a really out of place self deprecating, shameless plug. I wanted to actually learn about them. All of these books are pretty shallow. If something deep is brought up it is usually glossed over or moved on from really quick.

WTF did I just read? Isabelle bad been imprisoned and tortured for years. After a desperate plea for help she is rescued by her first love, but she can't wait 30 freaking minutes to get laid?

This is the epitome if TSTL. They should just all die. They don't deserve a HEA.
Also, plot hole, she's always locked up but goes to Montana to look for help. No explanation given for how this happened.

When skin shifter, Tyler Jones, was excommunicated by his older brother from his home he was also forced to leave the woman he loved. Ten years later, he's a member of the Clawed Squad and making a home for himself. Jacob is the one that took part of his leg when they were children as revenge for taking a glove and he's gotten crazier with age.
Isabelle Lexington, was Tyler's best friend growing up and the love of his life. When Tyler was excommunicated, out of fear she chose Jacob. Which was the biggest mistake of her life and its coming to haunt her. With Jacob's growing psychopathic ways, Isabelle and the rest of the skin shifter community is becoming desperate and they set out to find Tyler for help.
When Jacob discovers that his wife went to see his brother, he is determined to fix some loose ends, as a result he shows up at the Clawed Ranch with a rhino. What ends up with the rhino is hilarious, lets just say he's named Horndog. When Tyler finds out how Isabelle is being treated by Jacob, he does something he's vowed to never do again, return home. With the help of his cousin and friends will Tyler be able to take down Jacob?
From the beginning of this series I knew that Tyler's story was going to have to be something special to fit the man that he is. While the rest of the guys can shift into bears, Tyler's gift is something special, allowing him to connect and in some cases bond with animals. I loved how he found his wolf and decided that she shouldn't suffer anymore pain, and ended up keeping her. She is a fierce and loyal friend. Knowing that Tyler was kicked out of his home, I had some idea that he was going to be forced to return home, and when he did it did not disappoint. Tyler's story was filled with action, love, betrayal, family, friends, loyalty, and had some comedic points as well. After seeing everyone on his team happy, Thorn leaves because he doesn't want to be a burden to them and force them to lose the farm. I can't wait for him to get his story so he can get his HEA too. A great read and I love the world that was created with these characters! I highly recommend this story!

I must say there isn't a book of Kim Fox's I don't enjoy, and The Clawed Squad: Tyler is just another fantastic read in The Bear Shifters of Clawed Ranch series.
I was so knocked over by this story, trying to figure out what would happen next. The storyline is a intriguing concept and an excellent read. When Tyler's brother excommunicated him, who is the ruler but he is a psychopath, and the girl who he spent his whole youth loving are each trying to best each other, with one of them also struggling to be the leader of the shape shifters, It really got complicated. This book kept me up most of the night trying to get to the big finish before bedtime, I was enjoying the story too much to want to put it down, but the ending was worth the wait. Thanks, Kim this is so exciting!
There’s lots of humor mixed in amongst the drama, keeping the reader fully entertained. I loved the premise and I loved how well the author developed the characters. Once you start reading this story, you really won’t want to put the book down. This is the fourth book in a the series it's well written and if you don't like cliffhangers then you don't have to worry there isn't one. I totally loved this book! Kim Fox always does an amazing job with introduction of characters and the entire flow of the book. I have read a lot of her books and I have thoroughly enjoyed them all. She has a gift of keeping you involved in her books. I will continue to read her books I am a big fan for life!

GO KIM!!!!! Kim Fox has literally rocked an entire series so far. After this fourth book in the series she only has one more to go…. And I know for a fact she will not let us down. Tyler’s book was so serious, and yet it still had its share of comedy in it as well. You will laugh, cry, scream, holler, fall in love, and get extremely not over the fabulous sex scenes. This book contains hunky skin shifters, fabulous bear shifters, a rhinoceros, lots of secrets, and fearsome women!!!! A book that I promise you will not get bored with, and one you will not be able to put down till you are finished with it. Oh and there is a surprise at the end of the book that will literally break your heart. So be prepared for the journey of a life time. This book is recommended for mature readers 18 years of age or older.

Isabelle needs his help, his people need his help to overthrough his psychopathic brother who has aquired the ultimate power a skin shifter can and he is the only person Jacob can't control. But Tyler is not ready to forgive all that turned their back on him 7 years ago, starting with the woman in his sights. Will Tyler be able to face the man responsible for his having the nickname Stubs, more importantly will he be able to rid the world of his brother? And if he does will he be able to forgive and forget Isabelle's betrayal all those years ago even if it's to save the ranch?

Nothing like it. I tell ya. Book no 4 down. I loved how Tyler got the chance to be with his true love. But he had to go through his brother and town. I thought I wasn't gonna get to read Tyler's story because I couldn't find it. But I'm glad I did. Isabelle couldn't take another day being beaten, tortured, and locked up. She the broke her true love heart by marrying his brother. She thought she did the right thing by protecting him. His brother was a vicious cruel man. He threaten to him if she didn't choose him. Once his brother became ruler he had Tyler excommunicated from their town. Tyler found his new family the Clawed Squad and until now has never regretted anything. Until now...Thorn their leader was leaving...why you say? Read the book. I already said too much. I'm waiting for book 5 to come out. And what's up with these other skin shifters Rhett, Emery, and Nathan..I smell another spin-off. Hot diggity.

OMGosh!!! Where do I start. Talk about a history lesson. I knew Tyler being a skin shifter would have the most interesting past but at times it was heart stopping for me. We see Isabella his mate from his past who chose Tyler's brother Jacob. Jacob is cruel and evil whil Tyler is love and compassion. The face off between the two brothers is huge. I love the introduction of the new skin shifters (hope for more from them) and found a moment that was tense then caused me the largest laugh out loud moment of the story. Kim Fox make you want to know these characters and the world they inhabit. I have enjoyed everything she has written and look excitedly for the next story.

The Clawed Squad: Tyler is a great story. I love it as much as the previous stories in this series. It is very well written and I love the way Kim Fox brings everything to life. It is so easy for me to picture the story in my head as I am reading it. Tyler and Isabelle are a great couple to read about and see how their love for each other is the type of love everyone needs (especially second chance love).
This book contains bear shifters, skin shifters, rhinos and lions. Something for every shifter lover! I would recommend this book to anyone who loves shifter stories. I can't wait to read more from this author!

Tyler's story was fantastic, introducing a totally new kind of shifter (To me, Anyway).
Tyler is different from the rest of his Squad, He is a Skin Shifter with the abilities to take over the mind and physical being of any creature whether it be A shifter or not. Some times it has an unexpected result, if he mind links for too long they becomes bound to Him.
Tyler is careful with his unique talents, determined to use them only when necessary and only for good. Until, his past catches up with him and His own Squad Brothers are threatened.

I received this for a honest review. This book will work as a standalone so don’t worry if you have not read any of the other series. I have loved each and every book in this series but I have to say I have been looking forward to Tyler’s story. The author was so creative when she created this character. Tyler is not a shifter but a skin shifter which means he can slip into any animal or shifter when in animal form and take over. Pretty cool, huh..
Tyler did not want to find a mate. It was something he needed to do if he wanted him and his friends to keep the ranch. We get to find out more about Tyler in the book. He has had this mystery that has surrounded him, so it was good to find out more about him.
Isabelle was Tyler’s childhood love. He had hope she would be his one day but Isabelle had betrayed him. Now here she was asking him for help. The feelings he thought he had buried were now surfacing. He will not be able to deny his feelings for long.
Isabelle’s heart broke for the pain that she had caused Tyler. Here she was married to this mean cruel man that was very powerful and Tyler was the only one that could save her and the town. Isabelle hopes to find love and forgiveness but is it to much to hope for?
Tyler will find himself in a battle for his life. He will have some important decisions to make. He is in this alone and can not rely on his family aka squad. Can Tyler handle coming up against a master skin shifter?

Kim Fox's The Clawed Squad series keeps getting better and better. Tyler is the 4th book of the series. Tyler is different from the rest of the Squad, he's a skin-walker not a shifter. Skin-walkers are humans that have the ability to channel or control animals. Skin-walkers can't shift into an animal of their own. They have a lot of the attributes of shifters though like faster healing, enhanced strength, longer life span and they mate for life. Tyler had a once in a lifetime love before joining the squad but he lost her. Now that the squad must find mates and get married in order to keep not only their ranch but the Vega brother's ranch too Tyler needs to take a mate. Problem is he is still in love with Isabelle. Isabelle is also a skin-walker but she is married to his deranged brother Jacob. When Isabelle comes to Tyler after betraying seven years ago seeking his help he doesn't know what to think. How can he get past the hurt and betrayal of Isabelle, Jacob and his entire community? How is he suppose to fight his brother a master skin-walker when his whole squad can be used against him? Tyler's story was everything and more that I'd hoped for from Kim Fox. It's full of action, love, betrayal, lust, friendship an nd loyalty. It was more than worth the wait. His and Thorn's books are the most anticipated in the series. I can't wait for the last book in the series which Thorn's. I received an ARC for my honest review.

Being one of two left to be able to claim the Clawed Ranch as theirs was doing a number for Tyler. The pressure was intolerable and he didn’t know how to deal with his feelings. He had not forgot that he had been rejected by Isabelle and that his heart was broken. Very sad things had happened to Tyler in his past. A wonder he had not been a bitter and vengeful man because if I had been in his place I would had been planning something awful all these years. But been the nice and loyal guy he was it was not strange that when his past found him he decided to face it. Leaving behind his friends he embarked in a mission where his life was at stake and he was convinced he would lose. Mixed with the witty comments and antics of the clawed shifters and their mates the author gives us a strong, worrisome, unfair and at last redeeming story where some of the characters have a second chance. Many emotions involved and decisions to make. The action was exciting, the descriptions of the evil one and his antics maddening, the suspense amazing and Reth’s character with his ravens intriguing. Loved the addition of the wolf and amused by the rhino. I was so caught in the story that I cheered at the end. Way to keep me reading! The author didn’t fail me. Love these stories and with Thorn’s last words I’m even more hooked.
