Most of the recipes will work with other bread machines, and I have found (the hard way) that storing your break maker in a cold garage over a few winters will cause it to die a slow death. That's how my Oster went, and subsequently a Secura off-brand from Amazon.
Will return to Oster as my machine someday. Currently enjoying these recipes in a Hamilton Beach. Some loaves work well with arrowroot powder in lieu of vital wheat gluten. This was a fun Kindle discounted book purchase.

One recipe for gluten free bread
Great book, but I took one star because it only has one recipe for gluten free bread and it has 20 carbs! Really???
