Jayceon & Rebecca: A Rochester Love Story

Rate this book
Rebecca is a 23-year-old woman. She is drop dead gorgeous and loyal to whoever is in her life. Rebecca is driven for success and nothing will get in her way. Finally deciding to leave her controlling boyfriend she ends up in Rochester, NY. She meets a man that could be the man of her dreams but she is too heartbroken to let him in.

Jayceon is a confident, cocky and handsome thug. At a young age he has built a loyal empire. He has come from nothing and made it into something. Jayceon has never been in love or the committed type but then he meets the independent and beautiful Rebecca.

Myiah is Rebecca’s best friend. She is a pretty brown-skinned, hardworking woman that does not bite her tongue. She will tell you like it is but remind you that she still loves you no matter what. Myiah has a secret and, although she can tell it like it is she can’t seem to tell her secret.

Level headed, handsome and dread headed Royal, will not hesitate to put you in your place if he thinks you’re being disrespectful. He is Jayceon’s best friend and right hand man. He may not talk much but when he does you better listen. He and Myiah meet and sparks start to fly but it may just be one sided.

A war starts when someone tries to take over Jayceon’s territory and he has to figure out who before it’s too late. Will Jayceon be able to push through Rebecca’s exterior and win over her heart, while dealing with the attack on his empire? Myiah needs to tell her secret but will she be able to before it’s found out? Will she and Royal become involved or will her secret deter him from ever having a relationship with her?

Interesting.....

This was an interesting read reason for me saying that is because Rebecca whole situation with Benji still hasn't come all out yet and how things are going to get with Royal and Myiah. I'm wondering is Myiah going to have the courage to tell Becca what she really do and if Becca going to get a chance to tell Jayceon what she use to do. Hoping Jayceon is not so seriously hurt. Can't wait for part 2 cause like I said this should be interesting.

GREAT READ

I love this STORYLINE ... Rebecca running from the past has found a love of her life and Jayceon... After being fed up with the life she was sleeping she finds herself in broad chest a fresh new start with a fresh man who totally adores her and show her what love truly and she ran the passes running behind unbeknownst to her with great Stuff folks I love the best friend support on boastings hard-working dedication but the way we believe we must put first forth the effort to televise patents into reconquer that is always going to be there out freaking standing got to move on to number two

Not real sure

I'm having g mixed emotions about this book on o e hand it was good then the other it seems that it was rushed I do t know I hate the way Becca is I feel like she need a little more fire in her and for jay and royal to be kingpins the seem dumb to me like they don't pay attention. To small details and they don't have enough people!e on their team Jay should have never been touched like that when you know some one is trying to take you out I do t know something was missing But it was not a bad read at all editing could have been a little better

Nothing about their relationship seemed like it would last. They really knew nothing about each other and with-it taking place in such a short period of time the story came off as forced. I spent more time skipping what clothes they were wearing and reading about clubbing that the story was pretty much cut in half. I’ll read the next one just because of the ending but hopefully Jayceon, (really? You describe him as looking like The Game and give the character the same name) will find out its really Benji and that bug Royal put in his ear is going to make him take a step back.

Well...

I was #teamjay until they went on their mini-vacay. Smh imma just leave it at that. Do all book baes gotta be the same? Ugh... It was an interesting read though, I'm just not a fan of Jay. Hopefully he does something spectacular to get back in my good graces. I also find it cringe worthy when the female leads keep these outrageous secrets for way too long. Hopefully Becca gets it together...

HOW CAN YOU END THAT LIKE THAT! PLEASE LET JAY BE OK!! I REALLY THINK SHE WAS BEING SELFISH BY NOT TELLING HIM ABOUT BENJI!! WHEN HE FINDS OUT....ALL HELL IS GONNA BREAK LOOSE!!!

Deception

Good story line. Rebecca should have come clean with Jay. Deception is the way to ruin a good relationship. Overall, this is a good book.
