While I do recognize that I am far older than the intended audience for this book, my review will still stand. I read this book because I was going through boxes of books that had been buried in my garage for years, and this was one of them. I remember having read this and others like it almost a decade ago, so I thought I'd give it a shot. While not a terrible book, it is rather basic and almost word for word of the Bible. People would be much better off just reading the Bible. It was an interesting decision having Peter be the rock and anchor of the story, but in all this book is nothing special. 2/5
The Jesus book is about the story of Jesus. It starts with Jesus finding his disiples. As you get farther in the book it starts talking about the priest wanting to kill Jesus because he thinks Jesus is causing trouble. At the end of the book Jesus dies on the cross but on the third day he rose again. It is basically the Bible story but easy for kids to read.I like this book.
