Oh please, can I add some extra stars?
I read Mushaf in digest and every month, I couldn't wait for the next episode. This novel is magnificent and well-beyond description. I just love reading it again and again after every few months.
Mehmil and Farishtay ! Amazing characters. Like two sides of the same coin.
The explanation of Quranic verses, the significance of being truthful, the crushing weight of being a selfless giver.... there is so much you can learn from this novel.
Absolutely incredible !

The plot of the story was not very unconventional as there were many times when you were made to think of the scenes of a typical Pakistani drama where girls are shamelessly beaten and abused by their families for the unjust inheritance of wealth. The end in that way was also typical where the old yet a proud mother is shown who is extremely happy at how her young son has grown up to be while the rest of the family reaps the sown seeds of abuse as each one of them faces the wrath of nature.
However, what made an impression on me the most was how the author connected the life of Mehmal with Quran and it became her source of facing the hardest of hardships that she had to face. Quran became more like a guide for her to assist her on every single decision and a source of attaining patience and her peace with Almighty.
On a more personal note, the book with its end has really pushed me to approach the Holy Quran from a different angle to achieve guidance and not just recite for the sake of it.
However, what made an impression on me the most was how the author connected the life of Mehmal with Quran and it became her source of facing the hardest of hardships that she had to face. Quran became more like a guide for her to assist her on every single decision and a source of attaining patience and her peace with Almighty.

My first ever Urdu book, and I didn't regret it a bit. This book has altered the way I used to look at the world. This book has taught me how to read Qur'an and understand it by finding messages hidden in between the lines. I never thought of Qur'an 'Talking' to us before, but now I know that Allah SWT gives us little signals in the form of Ayaat everytime we stray from the straight path. I loved the main concept and how such an amazing message is interwoven with the life of an everyday person. Good Job Nimra Ahmad. We need more books like this one.

ادب میں نمرائیت کی لہر
واہ کمال ہی ہوگیا، بہت عمدہ ، شاندار۔۔یہ ناول اردو ادب بلکہ عالمی ادب کا ایک شاہکار ہے، میرا خیال ہے نمرا احمد نے یہ ناول لکھ کر قلم توڑ دیا ہے۔ اب کوئی بھی رائٹر جتنی بھی کوشش کرلے اس جیسا ناول نہیں لکھ پائے گا۔ اب اردو ادب کی حتمی تکمیل کا اعلان کردینا جائے۔ کاش حسن عسکری صاحب زندہ ہوتے تو کہتے کہ ادب کی موت واقعی نہیں ہوئی بلکہ احیاء ہوگیا ہے۔ سالوں سے خشک پڑے ادب سے سوتے دوبارہ رواں ہوگئے ہیں۔۔ یعنی میرا مطلب ہے اردو ادب میں وہ چیز آچکی ہے جس کی تلاش صدیوں سے ادب کی بھول بھلیوں میں پھرنے والوں کو تھی۔ میں حیران ہوں کہ ابھی تک نوبل پرائز والوں کو نمرہ احمد کا پتا کیوں نہیں چلا، باقی لوگوں کو تو چھوڑیں شمس الرحمن فاروقی اور ناصر عباس نئیر نے ابھی تک کھل کر اس بات کا ادراک کیوں نہیں کیا۔ یہ اعلان کیوں نہیں کیا گیا کہ حقیقت نگاری، ، لایعنیت، سٹریم آف کنشیس نیس، سریلیزم، اور جادوری حقیقت نگاری کے بعد اب عالمی ادب میں نمرائیت کا دور آگیا ہے۔
ساٹھ کی دہائی میں مغربی ادب میں یہ بات ہونے لگی تھی کہ ناول کی موت ہوچکی ہے۔ مابعد الجدیدیت کی لہر میں اینٹی ناول تک لکھے گئے ، ایسے میں لاطینی امریکہ سے جادوی حقیقت نگاری کی لہر نے ناول کے فن کو ایک بار دوبارہ زندہ کیا۔ اس کے سرخیل گیبریل گارشیا مارکیز تھے جنھوں نے تنہائی کے سو سال لکھ کر کمال کیا۔ اس کے بعد کا دور جادوری حقیقت نگاری کا ہی ہے۔ پوری دنیا کا ادب اس سے متاثر ہوا۔ لیکن اب کافی عرصہ سے ادب کا میدان خشک پڑا تھا۔ مگر اقبال بشارت دے گئے تھے
ذرا سے نم ہو تو مٹی بڑی زرخیر ہے
تو وطن عزیز میں سالوں کی ادبی خشک سالی کے بعد تخلیق کی کالی گھٹا ئیں آئیں اور نمرائیت کا ظہور ہوا۔ اور اس نمرائیت نے پورے ملک کو اپنی لپیٹ میں لے لیا۔ لوگ دانتوں تلے انگلیاں دبائے حیرانی سے پانچ پانچ ہزار کی کتابیں خریدتے بچوں اور بچیوں کو دیکھتے ہیں۔ کون کہتا ہے لوگوں میں کتاب پڑھنے کا رجحان ختم ہوگیا ہے۔
نمرائیت ایک ایسی چیز ہے جو اردو ادب تو کیا ، پورے عالمی ادب میں اس کی نظیر نہیں ملتی۔ یہاں حقیقت کو دیکھنے اور سمجھنے کا ایک نیا پیمانہ دریافت کیا گیا ہے، یہاں پیاز کی لہروں میں لڑکی کی زندگی کا فلسفہ ہوتا ہے، آٹے میں زندگی کے غم گوندھے جاتے ہیں، صندلی باہوں میں پاکیزگی کی مٹھاس، بلوری آنکھوں میں باداموں کا رنگ، حیا کا فلسفہ، بچوں کی نفسیات، ہوتی ہے۔ حیرانی ہے کہ لفظ و معنی کے ایسے رشتے کیسے دریافت کیے گئے۔ سادہ سادہ صورتحال میں بھی اتنی گہرائی ، پاکیزگی، سکون، لطف، شکوہ، درد، آہ، کرم اور پتا نہیں کیا کیا ہوتا ہے۔ میں تو ایک ایک لفظ پر رک کر سوچتا ہوں کہ لکھنے والے نے کیسے لکھا ہے۔
میرے خیال سے اب ہمیں پرانے گھسے پٹے ادب کی موت کا اعلان کردینا چاہیے اور ادب میں نمرائیت کے آںے کی خوشی منانی چاہیے۔ میں تو کتاب ختم کرکے گھنٹوں سے گم سم بیٹھا ہوں اور دل چاہ رہا ہے دوبارہ پڑھوں، پڑھتا ہی چلا جاؤں۔ سب ادب سے محبت کرنے والوں سے گزارش ہے کہ اگر آپ نے نمرہ احمد کو نہیں پڑھا تو کچھ نہیں پڑھا۔ ہمیں فخر ہونا چاہیے کہ ہم نمرائیت کے دور میں زندہ ہیں۔

READ THIS BOOK RIGHT NOW, BEFORE YOU MIGHT DIE! LIKE SERIOUSLY!!!!!
It has been ages since I read a "HARDCOPY" of a book because I am addicted madly to my collection of ebooks, and even more ages since I read a book IN A DAY, with only very short breaks.It was beautiful and this book transcends the usual fictional stuff we read because it explains the soul purpose of our life. It is such a well rounded book mashaaAllah and completely covers everything you might have gone through or ever wondered about. Although at times I did find it a bit too on the surely-no one-can-do-all-this and a little over the top but I think that might be due to the reason that our lives haven't been touched and we have not reformed spiritually.
This is a story of a girl who changed as she grew closer to a magnificent book and how she survived successfully because of this book. This book is a great ground for spiritual and religious training and it is surely a great guide! It does has some very typical elements which I guess are due to the way our society is and the way our urdu female writers style is basically, but I would say, it is worth a shot definitely.

"Dunya kaam ki jaga hai, qabr araam ki aur janaah inaam ki"how well does this fits on mush'af and it's storyline. Honestly the novel was quite conventional but still I ratted it 5 stars. Why? Because it's last 100 pages made me do so. Everything is settled and now you think what's next? They're still many more pages to go. Then you unravel this conventional Pakistani story as not-so-conventional. The ayat of bani-israel and gandum and how it all starts making sense to her in end made me love this novel to moon and back =] how "kalaam-e-pak"a word we have been saying for ages makes so much sense that mush'af was never meant to be just read but to apply on our life and this novel gives a very thought provoking message about it.

A masterpiece by Nimrah Ahmed. Changed my perception on life, its deception and how it keeps distracting you by trapping in its delusional web. It increased my love for the Holy Book and now i feel a fresh desire to read and understand the holy scripture again and again until it becomes a part of my personality and my life.

Bestest novel of 2018 ❤
I just want to rate it more than 5 bestest novel bestest literally bestest novel ever❤❤🌟 .Finally I m done with this .Buddy read and discuss it with my Crime partner I was firstly mad at you because you stopped reading but now discussing or telling you the story is great your keen listening got my attention and that's what I want lol 😂😂 I m inborn emotional blackmailer .
Such a beautifully written by Nimrah Ahmed .What a great writer literally .I cant have words to explain my feelings. The heart touching novel of 2018 .I just skipped my test to just finished the novel because I was and I m very much obsessed with the story .
Highly recommended to my BFF ❤agar tum is naa perho tu tum dash ho .............😜👻
💗.Love just love such a motivating one .I just feel ashamed because there were many things which I didn't know before .This story motivates me to recite Quran with Urdu translation. I m very excited because it seems I ll also find many answer of my questions there .This is also included in my resolution for 2019 .InshaAllah I ll inshaAllah .I experienced many feelings at a time I was hurt I was heart broken and I just thought why so many hardships just on those who are true followers of Quran .This afraid me and frightens me .
Mushaf such a heartwrenching and heart touching story of an orphan girl which lived with her mother in their own house but they were treated badly just like servants by their relatives.Initially Mahmal was blunt but then she bore alot of hardships that these hardships even crossed the limit of her patience and then she felt she found herself dead.She seek guidance from Holy Quran and from verses .She thought the verses are just for her .But it was just in her mind that she saw things in her perspective.Her mother ,her husband and her step daughter not more than a blood relation sister broke her apart .And even her son but the little child was too cute and innocent . Then in those moments of despair she only seek guidance from verses .Then finally a day came when everyone just came to her and she forgave everyone .Such a beautiful ending .I never finished any novel so quickly this novel got my all attention even while studying in class my mind was still stuck in Mahmal story .Such a great novel .It becomes a part of my life .Indeed Allah is with those who have patience and courage. Indeed ❤❤❤❤

It was sooo annoying. I had to stop reading after every 10 minutes because every character in this story irritates me so much thay my blood starts boiling.
I know it's a great message that you can find everyday answer in Holy Quran and I firmly belive it is the absolute truth, but the way it is presented in this novel made it some sort of 1 dimensional thing. A girl who had no knowledge of arabic language, who had never recited this book in her whole life finding answers just by reading few verses. Get real! It's Holy Quran, the books of signs not a manual. Some people spend there life in understanding just ONE QURANIC VERSE!! I might've tolerated it if 3 out of 100 time she get her answer directly and for the remaining 97 time she had to do some little research and some consultation with a mufti, but no she gets answers on daily basis by just reading or listening to FEW verses.
The heroin's mom; oooh I wanted to slap her so hard for being such a weak, stupid woman. Not only she is weak but she doesn't even learn from her mistake. Also, did i mention that i didn't like the heroin AT ALL. She is hypocrite and has different set of standards for different situations. The scene during which she enters into the police guy's (forgot his name) home, WITHOUT his permission and tries to kill him was sooo idiotic and is completely out of character for heroin, here she didn't remember she has to travel "pul e sirat" after her death but in next scene when she visits the police guy in hospital and he asks her to stay for few more minutes she suddenly remember that she is with a "na mehram" alone and she has to travel "pul e sirat".
I think nimra ahmed loves suspense and also loves putting religious stuff in novel and during all this she doesn't spent much time in characterization and plot develpment. Just to spice up the novel she put some twist during which her characters behaves totally out of there personality. Suffice it to say, I don't like Nimra Ahmed's writing style and totaly lame characterization and I didn't like this novel one bit!

Pretty good try! I would recommend this book to anyone who really wants to know how to apply Quranic verses in daily life. Or who wants to know how Quran can guide your EVERY move. Idea is fantastically impressing. The only thing i didnt like about this book, its story is bit depressing.

I wanna shoot every single character of this novel (except Taimur ofc, he's a kid)
What I liked about the novel: All the verses and stories related to the Quran. The core message of this book is about how our holy book can be a way of solution to most, if not all, our problems. Certainly drove me to read the Quran's Tafseer.
What I didn't like about the novel: the characters were so frustrating and unbearable. Mehmil's family made me wanna put a Glock in my mouth. Mehmil, Humayun, and Farishtey were so tiresome and aggravating. If there's one thing I remember about this book, it's the color of Mehmil's hair and her "ponytail," oh and ofc her "chamkeeli aankhein" I DON'T BLOODY CARE ABOUT HER CHAMKEELI AANKHEIN!!!!! Another thing that kind of made me roll my eyes was how Mehmil, a girl who previously wasn't a religious person at all, found a connection to Mushaf suddenly (good for her), and now whenever she's in trouble or has a problem she would open the Quran and the perfect solution would be RIGHT THERE for her 😍😍😍 just great...all the people who have spent their entire lives trying to understand the Quran in depth must be side-eyeing mehmil I mean c'mon the girl has any problem and she'd just open the book randomly and the perfect ayat for her would be there. I guess miracles do happen. I know Allah can guide whoever He wants to but this was very performative in a way and didn't feel natural at all. (Her spiritual journey felt really rushed and just awkward)
Let's talk about how beautiful Mehmil is and there's nothing more to her than her beauty.

I mean why the hell would u go to a random person's house (who's a man btw) to get some papers signed, while you're fully dressed up in a saaree and everything???😭😭😭 Girl pls you're dumb
I'm not even gonna talk about how abusive her entire family was (and her dumb mother??? Wdym you've been enduring their abuse for the last 10 to 15 years and when Mehmil tries to stand up for them, she says "Beta sabar Karlo <3" WTFFF)
Humayun and Farishtey were just pathetic I'm not gonna write anything about them. I definitely hate Humayun more than Farishtey (bcs he's a man) .
AND THE WRITING STYLE WAS SO BAD I WANTED TO CRY!!!!!
Overall the plotline was pathetic and your typical Pakistani drama type. I didn't enjoy it all. Classic Nemrah Ahmed novel where she bashes people who aren't religious and don't do pardah, the FMC is drop-dead gorgeous bcs she has fair skin, long beautiful hair, tall, and skinny while the other girls are ugly because they're short, dark, and fat😍😍 as if we needed more colorism in Pakistan and its media.
I'm gonna stop reading her novels for A LONG TIME now bcs I don't think I can digest any more of her pathetic opinions (I say this as I'm currently waiting for the next ep of Maala lmao)
Thank God it was a quick read and didn't have more than a thousand pages like her other books; otherwise, I would've dnfed it.

What I liked about the novel: All the verses and stories related to the Quran. The core message of this book is about how our holy book can be a way of solution to most, if not all, our problems. Certainly drove me to read the Quran's Tafseer.
What I didn't like about the novel: the characters were so frustrating and unbearable. Mehmil's family made me wanna put a Glock in my mouth. Mehmil, Humayun, and Farishtey were so tiresome and aggravating. If there's one thing I remember about this book, it's the color of Mehmil's hair and her "ponytail," oh and ofc her "chamkeeli aankhein" I DON'T BLOODY CARE ABOUT HER CHAMKEELI AANKHEIN!!!!! I think the author failed to draw proper analogies between the Quranic verses and the various difficult situations faced by the protagonist of the novel. The story was not that bad though.

rage-inducing tbh! the theme was extremely enticing but the execution was extremely flawed. the Quran is meant to be explored and read in depth. there are people who have dedicated their lives to interpreting and finding solutions using the Quran as the source. usually references are given from many different sources for one question.
but the way reading Quran and its importance is portrayed here came off very performative. the whole point of any religion is that it is a Muslim's job to gain as much knowledge as possible and make educated guesses or reach out to scholars when there are lots. yet the protagonist is expecting everything to fall in her lap???? when you have a problem, you should go through the entire Quran and then also see if there are any relevant hadith. thinking that you got your answer because you read one ayat is so naive. that is a very hollow understanding and honestly it comes off almost entitled that she expected the Quran to offer solutions to her life in the exact same order that the problems are coming to her. it's just silly im sorry. there is absolutely no need to romanticize religion and turn it into an aesthetic bc there is plenty of beauty in islam already. instead of creating it yourself, look for it!!!!
this whole book was just ssssssssoooooooo frustrating. why didn't the protagonist use the Quran to find solutions to her problems in a comprehensive way? if you love the Quran so much like you say you do, it would make much more to do that. and why didn't she ever employ hadith? hadith can be extremely relevant to life problems specifically because of the sheer number of them that have come out of real life scenarios. also, it's very weird that this book is all about using the Quran to guide you yet there is no mention of the ayats regarding divorce? it's just so funny to me that this book is full of shaming people for not being religious yet
another thing i found very performative was shaming non-arabs for mispronouncing words in the Quran. while we should obviously be striving to pronounce everything as close to its true pronunciation as possible, everyone is trying their hardest. arabic is not our native language and it's just bizarre to me that anyone can take this as disrespect to the book.
honestly, the focus on showing yourself as very religious over actually being religious is something i find to be very prevalent in pakistan. people are weirdly obsessed with talking about the beauty of islam (of which there is plenty but their perspective comes from a place of boastfulness instead of a more pure sort of pride) instead of putting in actual effort to learn it. lastly, it really bothers me how much of a cultural icon this book has become. i understand pakistanis want a book about loving religion which is GREAT ofc, but this approach is comically bad. i'm worried it's influenced a generation of our people who are Seeking but are limiting their own understanding and knowledge if they think this is a viable method of developing an understanding of the Quran.

Literally i was unaware of the real meaning of Mushaf which langauge is this and whst are the meanings of it. Many people suggested me to read this book it's related to Quran and for daily life chores. I never pay a heed to such suggestions. Because in urdu literature these novels worth nothing, they only suggest to read classics particularly by Ishfaq Ahmed, Bano Qudsia, Manto, Intizar hussain, And Abdullah hussain. But i suggest them to take this type of literature in your crtics. Our society and young generation is not reading classics suggested by urdu experts but they are reading these authors and fantasises their life upon these stories.
As far as book is concern it is a master piece or one of the book near to become a master piece, not because I'm Muslim or i have read quran or i read tafseer and know real meaning of Quran but due to the story line and interesting way to teach. I adore Nimra Ahmad that she is using this method to teach her audience instead of dictating.
Nimra Ahmad plotted two parallel stories in her book (i) Ishaq e Haqeeqi (Love with Allah) (ii) ishaq e mijazi (love with a humen being) and i surely say this love with Allah can create everything in your life, particularly those things you think impossible.
وَأَحْسِنُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
Be good. Verily, Allah loves those who are good.
Allah is most generous and he never take your good deeds without paying you off the reward.
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ سَيَجْعَلُ لَهُمُ الرَّحْمَٰنُ وُدًّا
Verily, for those who have believed and done righteous deeds, the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection.
I don't think we humans even think about it to pay gratitude to the other who always do mercy on us. We even forget the attitude of our parents, while we know no-one will be more loyal to us rather then our mother and father. But Allah didn't do it he remembers each and every bit of out righteousness for rewarding us and our faults to forgive us. As in this book Muhmal was the one blessed person to get changed her whole life and do believe on everything and decision came by the Allah. And i read the life changing story of her here, how crucial moment was that when her life was out of her hands she believes on people and her own sister came as an angel to guide her, to get help from Quran and after reading verses of Quran whole scenario was changed.
فَبِأَيِّ آلاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
Then which of the favors of your Lord will ye deny?
But all this happened in her life due to Allah, because she got the love of Allah and HE listen to her, sent her help. Indeed this book is fiction but this happened in our lives too. He sent his angels in the war against non Muslims to HIS beloved prophet. We are never equal to Hazrat Muhammad SAW but HE never left us alone too. We just needed faith on it.
قُلْ إِن كُنتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ اللَّهَ فَاتَّبِعُونِي يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
Say: If you should love Allah, then follow me. Allah will love you and forgive you your sins, for Allah is forgiving and merciful.
Secondly she tried to tell us what Islam is, i love the passage where she has define the difference between Religion and Islam. Indeed Islam is a complete code of conduct to spend whole life and it will not get old as per modern notions. And he chosen this religion for us.
Thirdly she discussed about patience and from the life of holy prophet we can learn the lesson of patience by reading and listening different events, and these events or incidents were too much painful but HE remain patient and Allah has promised to give best reward in its response now we have open choice to choose our way.
فَاصْبِرْ صَبْرًا جَمِيلًا
So endure patiently, with a gracious patience.
If you will follow the path of Allah and keep the patience with you in every hardship indeed he'll be with you. Like on the death of our beloved we speak with out thinking that in which sense we are talking about so we have to be careful at the moment also remember the words of Hazrat Muhammad SAW on the death of his son. He said it's painful but he have to be patient because Allah is happy with his move and it will be best for me.
إِنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ
“Indeed ALLAH is with the patient”
Fourthly she wrote abour forgiveness the main character Muhmal never forgive to her relatives who were cruel to her but after reading and learning Quran she start doning that as per Allah's wish because He has promised rewards on it too. Because after every hardship there is an ease.
فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا :
Verily, with hardship comes ease.
We have to be patient and forgivers so the Allah will be love us.
The thing i like the most in this book is that she explain quran in daily life. We take Quran for granted that how it will help us? Indeed it does to our ancestor or forefathers and to us too. We have to make our lives according to Quran. Our 98% problems will be resolved.
The book with its end has really pushed me to approach the Holy Quran from a different angle to achieve guidance and not just recite for the sake of it.
After reading this book i again fall in love with Allah that how generous He is, He have sent a whole for me, for us and we are still betraying Him. In the end of the story i get all my answers and the result as per Allah and Quran promised.

This novel’s a lot shorter and serious toned than Nemrah Ahmed’s other novels.
In true Nemrah style, she manages to portray the beautiful relation that can be built with the ‘Mushaf’. I found it to be a unique tale, one that is interesting and meaningful, a reminder of how flimsy and temporal this wordly life is.
A definite recommendation.

Ok.. so i was anticipating since long to read this book and now i have.. I loved the theme around which Nimra Ahmed plotted her story, but her plot is not that strong and grand as its theme is. I loved the parts where she explained how to read Qura'n and how to relate with it, i loved the way she explained importance of religion God and Mushaf but the only point on which i object is that she all done it through exaggeration. She did not weave a normal life scenario, there were so many loop holes in the personality of the protagonist Mehmil, and im mentioning those loop holes because they are hindering me to accept the spiritual journey of Mehmil. She never maintained her self respect, I didnt observe poetic justice in this novel as well. I felt Mehmil should be reagrded more.
Allah tests us and when we pass that test then he never He never fails us in front of others. Humayun, Mehmil's husband has been misguided about Mehmil's character, other wise he has been depicted as a good man who protected her in her crucial time and who married her when she needed it, he did all this out of no evil intentions, where as Mehmil's sister Farishtay cared for her for own measures and make her fool through her hypocrisy where as Humayun didnt do any such thing he has been straight forward, Things between them could be resolved but Mehmil at this point did not seek Mushaf's help, Islam always emphaises to save relations rather destroy them and Mehmil had a child as well, she should have atleast talked to her husband and cleared all his misinterpretations, I felt Mehmil's accident and farishatys betrayal all so much exaggerated. Theme can be fulfilled without incorporation of these things in the plot. Mehmil loves Allah loves Mushaf loves Religion than how can she collapse for wolrdly things, how can she be sad everytime upon worldly matters! her marriage her husband betrayal, she did not presented happy as being muslim, her life is all so miserable, without happniness, i did not like this thing.

This book in two words,
*Overly Dramatic*
I was highly recommended about it from someone , so obviously my expectations were abit more than average .. I wouldn't say high as I know how typical these urdu novels are .. and reading it I didn't have any qualms about my judgement as well. There was so much stuff that was "میری سمجھ سے باہر *
1. Why would a girl go to an unknown person's house to get a file signed. It doesn't matter how you're dressed at all or how you look or what time is it?
2. How could you or your mum accept n live in such horrid conditions and then repeatedly forgive such a holes.
3. Why would you go distributing pamflets regarding islam to Mr.Brigadier . Who A) you don't know at all albeit that he's your neighbor
B) You couldn't have met his wife ?
C) Charity starts at home, so why not ask your dear family members to read them first
4. Why would you bloody carry a knife to someone's house while you want answers from him , you obviously want him to cooperate
5. Why was it necessary to link up every male character in the novel with our مظلوم ترین leading lady ..
The list would just go on , so let's just end the flaws here and talk about the pros
It taught me about patience, forgiveness, taqwa and its rewards. The best thing is even in all this muddle , it made me want to read Quran with Tafsèer.. inshAllah Oneday!

I really like it... This novel is about QURAN I taught many things from this novel... it's a great message that you can find everyday answer in Holy Quran and I firmly belive it is the absolute truth, and the girl who had no knowledge of arabic language, who had never recited this book in her whole life finding answers by reading few verses of Quran with tarjuma many people just only read tarjuma but its not enough we should understand it with detailed TAFSEER i mean we should listen tafseer lectures carefully and ham jitna parhty jaye gain hamari talab utni hi barhti jaye gi and we need.Subhanallah...Its real! It's Holy Quran, . Some people spend there life in understanding just ONE QURANIC VERSE... Now novel ki taraf chalty hen... The story made me a little restless and uneasy idky. Mehmal Ibrahim, Humayun Daood, Farishtay Ibrahim and all the side characters.
